Took my Honda Accord into the collision center after having hit something under my car and wanting to know it was safe to drive. After my tires and rims were stolen, I had my car towed to Art Moehn Collision Center. I got a call right away with information about timeframes and what the next steps were. It ended up being longer than expected (parts were on backorder), but I received constant communication throughout the timeframe.They did a good job with fixing everything that ended up broken underneath that wasnt even visible. Was very happy with the majority of work being done (still had some glass in the backseat that had been missed).A+ on communicationCar looked fantastic when I picked it up.

My truck was damaged in a severe storm and had quite a few dents to be repaired. I got three estimates done and was most impressed with Art Moehns completion time of approximately 2 weeks, and the price of the estimate was the most reasonable. I also figured I would get the best work from a dealership. My truck was scheduled to be worked on sept 16th, approximately three weeks after the estimate was provided. I called the 15 th to confirm everything was still set prior to picking up a rental car. I was assured everything was on track. 8 days later I returned home from vacation and checked the car wise information I was provided to find out my truck had not even been touched! I called assuming there must have been a mistake. A general manager returned my call awhile later and said they were waiting on parts and that they absolutely dropped the ball and should have contacted me. He said they had a Honda there that had been sitting for 80 days, and offered to tow my vehicle elsewhere if I thought it would get done quicker somewhere else. He obviously hadn’t even bothered to pull the estimate to see that my truck was in perfect good drivable condition, and they we’re repairing almost everything not replacing. Out of a 5000 ish estimate the only parts to be replaced were emblems and amounted to under $400. I was told that the body shop manager would know more of the situation and would call me first thing the next morning. At 12:37 pm I still had not been called! So my truck sat for 9 days and had not been touched. If a body shop manager and general manager can’t even provide the most basic customer service skill of returning a call, how could I possibly trust them to do a good job with repair, and then standing behind the work. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership/ body shop. Unbelievably unprofessional! I decided to call my insurance company to tell them what happened and I went and picked up my truck so it can be repaired at a professional collision shop who treats their customers like a customer. My insurance company farm bureau and enterprise rent a car have both been unbelievably helpful with this horrible situation! The rental car has been taken care of for me and will be when my truck goes into the new body shop. I would’ve given these people zero stars if possible. When I went to pick up my keys from the office I didn’t even get an apology a lady literally handed my my keys and looked away. I wouldn’t let these touch a toy car!

They did a great job. The paint matched. it looked great when I picked it up. They answered all by questions. If I have a problem they told me to come back in NO PROBLEM. they even vacuumed my car and wiped down the dash. I was scared to take a GMC to a CHEVY collision center, over all so HAPPY I did. They had my vehicle for an insurance claim. I asked them to save the glass if at all possible as I had damage on the tailgate. They did save the glass and repaired the damage amazingly. They also had it done ahead of schedule by 2 days and cleaned my car inside and out!!!!! I even added the task of a tire rotation and they were still done ahead of schedule. In love with the work!!! Very professional, quick work when they can, open communication about your vehicle, and kind service. Ive gone here for all my insurance related repairs (the only kind of repairs Ive needed on my car) and I will continue to choose them. They keep me posted on my car and when I can expect it back as well as what they are working on to get it back in shape. They let me know if theres a delay in getting a part, but generally things have moved along really quickly.

Everybody was very helpful in answering all of my questions, and helping me understand the process. The collision center worked directly with my insurance and provided the insurance with everything they needed to get my vehicle repaired quickly. Art Moehn estimated 2.5 weeks for repairs, found additional work needed, and was still able to repair my vehicle in 9 days. The repair is flawless and guaranteed. The only set back was waiting 2 weeks to get in. Definitely worth the wait to get in. Will be back if needed.

I hired Art Moehn Collision to repair a broken rear glass and damaged roof (the result of fallen tree limb on Jan 3). The shop executed a good quality repair. In addition, the communication between the shop and myself was excellent. Thank you Art Moehn.

I have a 2007 Honda Odyssey, this shop works directly with my insurance so I dropped the car off feeling confident everything would be fixed. I got a call from the shop saying that the damage from the air bag deploying was very expensive and the insurance would probably total the car out. I was very disappointed since the accident was just a car sliding into me under 5 mph. The side curtain air bag deployed on the passenger side and the estimate came in at just over $7000. The insurance company wont give anyone an amount that will actually replace a car, but they said the would let me keep the car or give them the car with two different cash out amounts. The car was still totally drivable, and I was without a car, so I called saying I want to come get my car. That is when they tell me they had CUT THE BUMPER WITHOUT CALLING ME TO ASK IF THEY COULD. I specifically wrote on the slip when I dropped the car off to call me BEFORE doing anything the insurance was not going to cover. I could have had the bumper repainted or just dealt with it. I did follow up with the manager who said that if I decided to keep the car they would replace the bumper. I honestly did not expect them to offer that and was very pleased with them for it. I was told that if I decided to keep the van I would just need to bring it in and it would take a couple of days. They told me that when I signed the form authorizing them to evaluate the car they are allowed to do any tear down needed, which this would supposedly fall under. After searching and searching I was having no luck finding a car for what the insurance company would give me so, having been told that they would replace the bumper, I decided to keep the car. I called and asked when I could have the bumper replaced and they told me that they would only fix the bumper if I got the car fixed there for an amount that could not be guaranteed because once they got into it they might find more wrong. I was told that they HAD to cut the bumper because it was so much work to get it off and the labor...blah, blah, blah... well, just search YouTube and anyone can find the very easy instructions of how to remove the bumper. It is a few bolts and a few screws. Thats it, no need to remove lights and all the other stuff I was told. All this being said, I have in the past had them do recall work that went fine, oil changes that went fine, and I was treated respectfully and politely, but I do not feel they should have CUT THE BUMPER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! How hard is it to just take the dang thing off or ask!?! Ultimately I ended up letting the insurance company take the car and I bought a new one, but not from Art Moehn.....

They did a great job repairing my Silverado. All the paint matches. They did more than was required. They took the vinyl bow tie off my smashed up grille and put it on the new one. They cleaned my floor mats and washed the inside of my windshield. Communication was great. I highly recommend them.

She looked at my Honda and took the time to explain to me what had to be done, how much the repair would cost and when they could do the work.We dropped off the Honda on March 9th and in only 3 days I received a call from Jennifer that the Honda was done. I hit a deer and needed to get my Pilot repaired. This facility wasnt one of the suggested shops per my insurance company, but I wanted to bring it here since it was affiliated with the dealership. Insurance will really push their own places and tell you that it could get cumbersome to go outside that realm. Well, it could not have been easier. Jennifer was great and everything was well coordinated with the insurance. Parts and service timeline were as promised. Bonus: car got washed, too! I highly recommend.
