My experience with Caliber Collision was incredible. From start to finish, they were fantastic. I have no complaints at all. From the manager (Paul) to customer service, to the gentleman in the body shop that I got to meet, they were very professional and customer driven. I received regular text messages keeping me informed of the progress throughout the week, and I was absolutely floored when I got there to pick up my car. It looks like a brand new vehicle. I will definetly use them again if the need arises, and will gladly recommend them to anyone needing body work done!

Caliber Collision repaired my mothers car a few weeks ago, and it looks amazing. From start to finish, they did a fantastic job. They went over and above with the work done, touching up some older places that were in the vicinity of the current damage. They took the time to buff her headlights because she had said something about them being dull. She is older and her night vision is definitely not what it used to be. One of the office crew even called afterwards to check on her to see if she could see a difference! I appreciate them and the diligence with which they handled her claim. Jackson, TN is fortunate to have Paul and his team!

They did body ac and repair work on my car and they didnt make sure they connected all of my parts back In place and they caused my car to run hot they did good body work but their repairs suck would not recommend to no one.
