We looked for a couch at many places. We had a good experience with them. Even when there was some confusion on delivery they made things right on their end.

They told me I had no credit and very rude. I owe a 2019 Dodge Challenger, have 2 other loans, and I bought couches the week before. So I have very good credit.

Extremely poor quality furniture. I purchased a king bedroom Set, broke the first night, called them to replace it, they did, it broke again. They said sorry it’s a new company they have and they didn’t know the quality. Also purchased a living room set, the quality is extremely poor, the Velcro on the cushions and on the couch doesn’t even line up (the cushions Velcro are vertical and the Velcro on the couch is horizontal) Definitely would not recommend Farmers Furniture! EXTREMELY Overpriced junk!!

They do not stand behind their warranties, we bought a dryer paid it off in excellent timing and had the extended warranty, our dryer stopped working called them, they lined up someone but we were out of pocket getting it fixed because the company they lined up didnt get paid for the last service they did so my husband paid for the company out of his pocket to come fix it now the dryer is messed up again.
