Customer service is trash. Dude didn’t even know how to fix my phone but when I went to a DIFFERENT Verizon store they helped me in seconds. Strongly urge you not to go to this specific store.

Terrible service from Yasmin Verizon Irvington. She gets easliy irritated. Extremely bad service for a new customer. She felt irritated because i couldnt use a credit card and i had to go 5 mims away to het my debit card. When i got back to activate the new account she was extremely irritated and was rude. I actually regretted getting the internet with this bad service.

One of the worst experience Ive ever had anywhere among Verizon offices. Ive stopped by to get a new SIM card. After 2 hours spent in the office, my phone was still not functional. Agents were trying hard to sell me new phone instead of helping me with my issue at hand.

Trying to speak with Mike. Iam trying to in contact with the male manager. Everytime I go to the store the young lady is extremely rude. I asked to speak with the manager and she started she is and the only one above me is Verizon. So I contacted Verizon and was told to ask to speak with the manager of Your Wireless. I have a very serious concern with no assistance. I called no answer, text no response. I will continue to try. If still no luck then maybe some of my 5000 IG & Facebook followers can assist.
