Great customer service

Very unprofessional, and there business phone is out of service !

Purchased a few phones here in the last few years, theyre very helpful opposed to others around here.

Very professional and friendly staff. Went there with afew issues with my Galaxy 8, they took a good 20 minutes and got it back to normal without reccomending using insurance (225 deductible). Highly recommend them over other rude staff metros in the area!

The workers at this metro pcs are very rude they wont give you a receipt and say the confirmation would be on your phone and they charge you different prices.

Go somewhere else. These guys are rude and will charge you the highest. They wont even fill your order well which will come back to hunt u if you wanna leave metro pcs. Your account cant even be looked up because they never completed it. If you have a problem they cant help they will only tell you to go to corporate. Dont say I didnt warn you!...the worse authorized dealer Ive gone to.

They sold me a defective phone and when I brought it back, I was told they have to order the replacement from the manufacturer Alcatel. That was three weeks ago. Still this situation has not been resolved. They owner was very arrogant saying its nothing he can do but wait and he does no know when the replacement phone will come in. Then they told me they can sell me a different phone and take off $20. I was offended. They basically robbed me. I hope they go out of business. Oh and Alcatel phones are garbage, they should get out of the cell phone business immediately. I will probably go to a new cell phone carrier after being with metro pcs for over 10 years behind this incident.

Once my husband went to it the last time and there were ....my daughter can get a phone that can replace it or give an new one for a lower price I Rec remanded I would not go there to switch to Metro PCS
