Ive recently left this company due to over charging me for unlimited data and a older model phone. They attach up graded phone to your bill each month which turns your pocket upside down; just be careful, ask questions dont let them over talk you to get commission. I wont be back!!

I called and spoke with Ugo an employee and inquired if they have a screen protector for my Samsung phone in Stock. He said they did and I asked about the price and he said $40. I mentioned to him that I got one at their location not too long ago and it was $30 and that was the kind i was looking for and he said come in i will sell you the $40 one at that price. When I got there, he told me he just sold the last one they had in in Stock and I said how could that be ? He got me a $24 one which I didnt mind paying for but just wanted him to honor his words over the phone. I said thats not what you told me youre going to sell me and he said do you have a recording of our conversation to prove what I said? You Africans and kept repeating that phrase meanwhile hes also an African and denies to be one. In a rude tone of voice he asked if I was going to buy the item or not and I said no. Feeling humiliated I left the store. I felt mislead and disrespected. I called and spoke to a manager but he didnt seem like he was going to do anything about it. No customer should be treated that way. Its simply wrong and its bad customer service. Thank you.

This Tmobile sucks. Their customer service is awful. Company reflects incorrect hours and then wont provide service when you come before the time. Dont go to them. They wont help you.
