I went this morning to print a one-PDF page and return a package using FedEx. The service I got was fast, the lady who helped me was nice. I went in and out in few minutes! I was very glad I went there!

This store does not have enough employees at their fedex counter.

Since they recently added a sign in to get prints, the service has been slower than ever!! The print area or Workonomy portion of the store is just terrible!! The people working it are slow, hate their job and dont care about the customers AT ALL!! They told me to sign in even though I was the only one there that needed help. I signed in and they still were working on a job when I was literally standing there with no one in front of me. Also I asked for a a paper bag for my prints and normally they place the prints in the bag, but this time they gave me the bag to do it myself. REALLY!!? Just awful service!Ill be taking my business across town from now on.

Unwilling to help out on an online order. They were not able to provide current time frame when the order would be completed. Placed an order to print on Monday and 4 days later canceled my order. WOW !!!! Way to let the customer know you are unable to full-fill their order the day of, and having them wait 4 days to let them know. Bravo on the feed back Office Depot #85.

When I rented my office in the co working side you guys were a big big help. From what computers I needed to what size office I needed. You guys changed hours of the office space to accommodate the business owners. You guys were always happy to lend a hand whenever a business owner needed it. I ordered a chair online for pickup at this store. This store was only one of 3 stores the this particular chair was available at. I received the order confirmation and went to pick it up.Upon arrival, I was met with confusion and excuses (this isnt our store, we dont know where anything is, Im sure its here somewhere, etc.)They never found the chair. But they found it in a different color (it just arrived on a truck from another store). So the manager asked me to return the one I bought and purchase the new one.I bought it online with Paypal. When I tried to purchase the new one, the purchase went through, but this time, from a different store, because the chair was not in their inventory yet!I ended up returning it (after 10 minutes on hold with corporate) and not buying anything.No offers from anything from the manager.Just go to another store.Seriously.

The store is a good place to find multiple options on the most common office supplies, and much more selection than the 1 aisle section at a department store, but you can tell websites have killed the old model of the complete all inclusive warehouse of all things office of the past. Still probably the best / only option for got to have now supplies though.

I am constantly disappointed by the lack of managements’ concern for customer service in this store. I stood in line for 25 minutes prior to being spoken to. Cashier in business services was trying but certainly could have used some help. The apparent management person evidently had more important things to do than help with customers. Once the cashier was able to get to me she handled the transaction promptly and courteously. This poor review is a reflection of poor management of this business.

The store is in a great location next to where I work. Its easy to get over there quickly, however the staff is usually swamped with people requiring their attention for copies and printing. I couldnt find someone to help me for a long time when I needed something specific and couldnt find it. If youre good to go on your own then this place is easy.

The store was fairly well stocked and I found what I wanted. I will say that some of the presentation binders on offer were damaged or bent, and I had to make alternate choices based upon how many I needed and how many undamaged items were available. Hmm... The prices seem a bit high. However, the staff were friendly and helpful.

All self service machines were down. Not many sales people in store to assist. Looks run down. Store manager was on phone placing order for a cup of coffee, not offering to assist with the 7 customer deep line.

They lost a prepaid package worth over $8,000. Also, when I called very professional to the store all I got was run around and lip service from the staff. I tried to explain the time and day I shipped the package. My response? A snide comment under breath and hung up on. Also, the store is always filthy when you walk in. All the staff is extremely under trained and very unprofessional. The store was fine about a year ago and since then it has went to crap. Oh yeah and good luck finding the manager.However, their is one guy who works in the printing area that should actually be running the place. I cant remember his name, but he is a little younger but runs circles around the rest of those yahoos.Last thing, whomever is in charge at this store needs to be let go. Its easy to tell that the problems at this store is not the staff its the leadership.

EVEN i having a working fax at home, I just cannot dial long distance. Not much different then everything else in South Irving, Second Rate lower class stores not many options.Office depot has fax machines for sale. If there fax machine does not work, take one off the shelf. Jeez what good are you? Office Depot with NO WORKING FAX machine..you got to love it.

I came here to print wedding programs for my sister and they were done very quickly! They helped me to get them just how I wanted them to be. Rodney and the other young lady who I cant recall her name were absolutely fantastic!

Great personalized service from Russ and the Lenovo (dont know his name) technician. Brought in my laptop for repair and after a grueling repair they were able to fix it all under warranty ($0 cost to me).

Ive been going to this store for year, but there was a young man who use to work there,that when I always went in Id go right to him for help his name was Cesar Mazadiego he was so knowledgeable on the products, and would do anything to get an answer for me if he didnt know it . The other employees were great but this man had great personality while doing anything.

This place is good if you are looking for purchasing supplies piriod, they have a good selection of things.The bad part of this place comes with the staff, untrained some dont even know how to use the machines, i walked into this place wanting to cut some wedding invitations, first off the girl doing this ryins the bottom pages of these, like 15-20 invites all together that ow i am no longer able to use, after this her manager CLAY comes up refusing servises to me because they were clossing down, after i explaines to him why i was needing to buy a rim of paper (keep in mind this paper is not cheap its like 20$ for 50 sheets) to complete the count i neded, he said ok with an attitude, you would think after spending about half an hr on this with something tbat would of just taken 5 min tops (but employees do not know how to work their equipment) the manager would be a bit more understanding but he was not,i asked if he could give me a discount and after a lot of back and forth he agreed giving me a 2$ off 20 $ somthing, so then i rwfused to buy this i only needed a couple of sheets not the whole rim, so i walked out the store tierd, frustrated, with a stack of incorrectly chewed up invigations and no extra paper to replace, now the girl who did the cutting did apologyze multiple times, but the Manager CLAY did nothing for his costumers that night exept give them an attitude and hurry them out the store, I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad service for curbside pick up. I did curbside pick up waited for over 8 min in my car and nothing. So then I decided to go in and the employees were there just talking like they had nothing to do 🤷🏻‍♀️

Very Helpful and friendly staff. I was having a bad day trying to get my printer to work and since I could not get past the error code, I went up to this location as I have many times before and the guy working at the copy and print was very willing to help me out.

This has to be the worst run Office Depot in the chain. How the regular cashier remains in her job is a mystery. Ive gone to this store every three weeks for almost two years. Every time Im there, there is a hassle checking out. Every time. Today is was not honoring a posted price. Sale price $32, register price $57. Last time she charged the card twice. Too many other places to shop.

Every visit is a nice and normal visit. Im greeted and treated with respect.

I have been in line for over 20 mins just to get something printed girl behind the counter just looked frustrated and then made a smart comment on look at all these customers. Well maybe work faster and you wont see many of us. Take your business else where these ppl dont seem to appreciate it.

Store is moderate to smallish, generally feels understaffed and poorly trained. Hard to get anyone who is knowledgable to help. Often out of merchandise, from my experience.

I used to love this place to print but it seems that lately their 110lb cardstock keeps getting thinner & cheaper every time I go. I even asked if they had thicker cardstock to print some invitations & they said no. I was willing to pay extra. The Office Depot at Las Colinas provides a variety of different types of cardstock... not sure why they dont. Other than this, customer service is good.

I came here to purchase a small quantity of business cards to hold me over until mine came in the mail because they have sane day service. If the order is placed by 2pm they will be ready by 9pm.I came around 2:30 pm and figured I would have to pick them up the next day but... nope!I walked out with my same day business cards less than 30 minuted after I chose my design! I was really pleased.

DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR PHONE FIXED. Im usually not one to write reviews but I had to for this place, if I could give this zero stars, I would. This office depot now offers phone repairs and one of my coworkers suggested I should go there and get my IPhone 6 screen repaired there that had just shattered moments before.Before I went I called and the employee kept on saying they couldnt hear me at all and stated that it was my line but I could hear them perfectly well. So I called 3xs again before someone could hear me well. Once I got confirmation that their tech station was open, I drove there. When I got there the assistant manager, Will, took care of me. When checking in your phone, they have to do a checklist to ensure everything is working or to see what is damaged. Of course the only thing that was damaged on my phone was the shattered screen. I left and went back to work. Maybe 30 minutes later, Will calls apologizing saying the screen he had for my iphone was cracked and he didnt notice that until he had already put it on. I go to pick p my phone and he tells me that he will order me another one and they will be calling me when they recieve it. This was Febuary 8th. On the 9th I recieve a phone call saying the new screen for my phone is available but I couldnt make it into the store until Friday and the employee tells me on the phone that I can come in anytime on friday that the tech person will be there. On Friday, I get there around 10 am, there is no tech person there so the Operations Manager takes my phone but he doesnt do a check of my phone to ensure everything is working correctly. He tells me my phone wont be ready until 12 because the tech person doesnt come in until 10:30. At 12, I go back and pick up my phone. Everything is fine until later that day I try to use my apple pay but its say anything regarding my finger print. I googled why its not even letting me set up my finger print and I read that it was probably messed up while they were replacing my screen. I call the store on Saturday and they told me that I should bring it back to get it checked out but I couldnt because I had work at 3. Instead, I went on Sunday, Will was there. He checked my phone out and said something that attatches to the home button was burnt out that they were going to have to send it out. He said that he could send it out Monday (2/15) and get it back Wednsday (2/17) so I agreed. I brought it in on Monday and once again the Operations Manager is there and he takes my phone and doesnt even check it in. Wednesday comes and goes and my phone didnt arrive so I decided to go to the store on Thursday. Will was there and he called the place they shipped it off to and told me that they recieved it Wednesday and were working on it that it should be here by Saturday. Saturday came and still nothing, so I called the store and spoke to the Operations manager. When I told hime who I was he said You still havent gotten your phone yet? No, No I have not and Im as surprised as you are. He told me he would call up but they were closed. I asked if there was a tracking number I could have so i could track it my self and he said no. He then said it should probably be here by Monday. Im so tired of calling and not getting any real answers. When I asked to get my money back he just replied with Well talk about it. Hell, this place an keep my money. They need it more than I do with the crappy job their doing. This place has given me nothing but headaches. They dont care about the customer all they care about is the money. They shouldve been calling the place and leaving voicemails about my phone. Its been a week without my phone and by the looks of it I probably wont be getting it anytime soon. I would recommend going else where to get your phone fixed. Heck, the wait at Apple is worth it compared to the headaches this place has given me. DO NOT COME HERE TO GET YOUR PHONE FIXED.

I actually came into the store, Officedepot,1000 W Airport Fwy, Irving, TX @ 11.45 in the morning on 4/11and asked for help to show me a Time-Clock for my employees.. I honestly could not believe that I was treated so awfully.I sked for the help for one girl( there were only two employees working at that time one Manager and other is this girl). She gave me a smirk look and said “just go to isle 10,11 and you will find” never bother to even acknowledge that there is a customer and needing some help.I came back and said I can’t find then she came and sha does not know where that item is and she has been extremely rude in her language and disgustful in her attitude towards the customer, because I was brown.The store manager and this employee should be fired for lack of customer service and the scant attention they paid to customers .The manager had been on a phone call for the 25 minutes of time while I was there. I planned to spend about $500 at the store and decided “not to” spend my money here due to insensitive, despicable and loathsome behavior and attitudes of these two employees..My future purchases also would not go to this store as I employ about 29 people and spend about $350 dollars per month on office products.As the consumer I feel extremely disappointed by employees who were very unpleasant to do business with as well as seen to be lacking knowledge of the store products and their availability.
