This Wholefoods not only has the worst tasting cooked food, but horrible selection is nothing but Indian dry food. First of all not all Irving is Indian and secondly if you are going to cook bland dry horrible food then why even make it. I’ve been to so many Wholefoods and this is by far the worst food, a disgrace.

I do prefer to take chicken wings from whole food. I love that freshness and tender chicken breast.And also I used to have coffee at the coffee shop in Whole Foods. I ordered for cappuccino with single packet of raw sugar which refreshes me like morning wake up call.

Nice store. Very clean. Beautiful produce! I didnt really have time the day I went to look around to see everything. And its more expensive to shop here. I suppose they have better quality items. I dont personally know for sure because Ive never compared anything to regular grocery stores.Im handicapped and they have the drivable carts here which is a huge plus for me. I dont shop anywhere that doesnt have a drivable cart. But its not easy maneuvering the drivable cart through the store.

I love this place. It makes me feel like I’m entering a new dimension. I love their chicken breast, I don’t have to spend a lot of time cutting off the fat because its done already and the selection of fish it beyond great. Every is great quality. The prices are high but I think its worth it.

Great place to get healthy organic ingredients. While sprouts generally carries many of the same companies and often has better prices, Whole foods is always a great option. Their cleanliness and courtesy are by far unmatched! If you ask an employee a question, they will go above and beyond to make sure you get what you’re looking for.This is a great place to go with little ones. They have those awesome carts with the wheel and kids feel like they’re a driver in the cart. They also have smaller carts for kids to feel more like an independent shopper. My LO is always asking me if he can drive the cart, at Whole Foods it’s easy because there is a cart his size. Works out great for us!

I really went in just to buy a loaf of Brioche bread. Well this looked good so I figured well since I’m here...anyway here’s my verdict.The chicken was actually tasty and not dry at all especially since it’s pre-made. The green beans had a good texture and were good. Now the pasta...I mean it was done yea but it was a bit bland. Might want to mix it up with some sauce or add some seasoning of some sort to just the pasta. Maybe some gravy which I guess you might as well add to the chicken too idk point is overall this is a great choice that saves time or if you’re feeling lazy. Serves 4-6 or 1 for a couple of days. Price point is great as well.

Best cut new York strip, grilled up wonderfully, you pay for what you get.

I shopped at the Las Colinas Whole Foods today as I had read that they will cut meat to your specifications as well as deboning chickens and I was needing some chicken quarters deboned for a party. When I asked the “butcher” if he would debone the fresh chickens for me, he said “ I can try, but I’ve never deboned a chicken” how can he be called a butcher?? Very disappointed.

Coffee was really good I had a pumpkin spice latte, I also tried the pasta but it lacks a lot of flavor. Definitely recommend trying out the coffees and I believe when paying there should be an option for the baristas to get a tip.

Really bad service at the Juice bar! Claudio was really rude, and super disrespectful towards me. Which is no way to treat any customer. Im very busy person, and dont have time to deal with this kind of service from anyone. My advice for management would be to get a replacement in right away please!

It’s my first time in several months at any Whole Foods store. Very positive experience, I believe prices seem more reasonable than they used to be originally. Maybe I’m wrong?Time to compare next time I visit and my shopping list is larger, but overall I’ve always enjoyed WFM.

I love whole foods market!! They have very fresh and tasty food. Always quite well stocked with everything you need. Their store brand items are quite competition to name brands items.

Its definitely a good store to go to if youre looking for a lot of healthier options. Plenty of organic, gluten-free, vegan, dairy free, cage free, and whatever else kind of diet options out there. There are some good deals on certain selections. Other items I find it best to shop at my local market, or supermarkets like Walmart.

This is big store. Prices are high. Quality of food is good. Wide variety of food is available. Organic vegetables, food is available here. This store is located at the center of the Irving city just beside of McArthur road. Huge parking available. I have given 4 ratings because of their high prices. Common man can’t effort this much high price tags

I thought I was tripping and I couldnt make this up! I had to zoom in and take a picture to make sure I wasnt dreaming. I found HAIR in my cake!!! Not just 1 string, but like a clump of HAIR!!!! Im so grossed out!! I will be reporting this! I always have Chantilly cake because it one of my favorites, but I will not EVER be eating from this bakery again!!!! I even patiently waited for this cake and this is what I get!!! Im so angry!

In the DFW area, this is one of the best Whole Foods. The main upside is that it has a lot of fresh food items and a bar for the younger crowd. They offer generous samples as this is a new store and the location is convenient.Lines tend to be limited during the evening and weekend so you can get in and out quickly. It’s busy during the day time during the week as many people work in the area and they come for lunch. There is plenty of parking.

Judged by the supermarket bartender whom cut me off one Oktoberfest, seemed Prejudice. She didn’t like the fact that I told her I knew her because she always followed me around the store. Stay out of the bar, stay in the isles stocking and securing shelves!

Came to get hot food and was told that the hot food would resume at 4pm. I waited around for about 20 mins and came back around 4:10pm to find the same empty trays from earlier. I still waited around for an additional 10 mins and still NO FOOD. Clearly this store functions on their own schedule. I’m disappointed to do a blank trip. I expect better from Whole Foods.

I love whole foods. Shopped in different stores and states and this is the only location that doesnt know how to properly bake challah bread. Used to buy it here 2 years ago and it was good. Then they stopped baking it through. You get a sticky loaf with a thin strip of dough at the bottom. Returned them. Exchanged them. Told the management. But theyre still making them low quality. Stopped buying them for months, then caved in and bought one yesterday to return it today because same story. Its not baked all the way. It is not airy or fluffy as bread supposed to be, it literally sticks to your teeth as you eat it.Also bought their ready made guacamole last week it was perfect. This week it is pureed like baby food. Also going back. For the prices they charge they need to take their product quality more seriously, or lower your prices and be like any other store.

How is your hot ready to order pizzas so good??? They’re seriously better than any large chain pizza restaurant I’ve been to and even some sit down restaurants!! I don’t get it and would never have believed it, but Whole Foods has the best pizza.

Amazon Flex drivers: DO NOT come here to pickup when Amazon sends you an order to pickup at or after 10pm! I received an Amazon Now order from this location to deliver to Grand Prarie and after that I got a notification to come back and pickup another package here by 10:30 with instructions to manually open the door when getting there before 8am. The door cannot be “manually opened” and when I walk to the window where a girl was talking to a customer at 10:30pm and showed her my phone with Amazon Now order, they don’t let me in (with the ‘you’re dead gesture’ and turned around to continue talking to the customer. My best advise is not to come here to shop as a customer AND not to come here for Amazon WF delivery driver!

I was in the area and had to go in. Half Cherry pie. Perfectly portioned out olives, cheeses etc. The best selection of organic cookies. SMH yummy stuff

Whole food market with amazon lockers availability. A clean shop with nice organic grocery selection. Restrooms clean and they have future foody cards for toddlers and kids. Thats very exciting to see they encourage kids to shop their favorite snacks / fruits. Spacious car parking and near to highway and in a prime spot. good outdoor sitting area and not congested surroundings. Its in a strip of shops opposite to hospitals. You will not go wrong with whole foods :)

Pros & ConsI’ll start with the Pros...Pros:-The Cannolis are delicious.Improvements (cons):-The customer service can improve. I was at self-service and the lady was abrupt and hostile. A bit snobby.-The food was cold. I used to work at a non-profit where I helped serve food, and I know that you have to constantly monitor the food to ensure the food is above 140 degrees which is known as “the danger zone”. And of course it will be dangerous if you eat food with bacteria. 😷-The Clio Bar was overpriced compared to retailers such as Target & Walmart.Overall, I think the brand gives false perception of the quality or the quality went down. Either way, it’s not the best place to purchase food if you’re looking for quality & good customer service.

I normally visit the Addison location off Beltline and Preston Rd because of convenience. Now that I work closer to this location with excitement I decided to try this locale out.Mind you this is my first visit to this particular site so I do not know where everything is located as of yet, heck I even tried to explore to see if I could find the unsalted Almonds for myself, but I couldnt. I walked up to an employee who was wearing a green apron to ask for help the moment I stopped him I was greet with an annoyed (😒may I help you?)Listen I work in Sales Customer Service as well and absolutely I get it, but a part of your job is to greet and help your customers, not make me or anyone else feel were bothering you.A side from all that the experience toward the end got better and the store is clean. Will go back during my lunch break.

I recently had an issue with a vendor and needed a cake last minute. When I called a lady answered the phone and said she would transfer me to her manager. The manager Melissa was very understanding of the situation I was dealing with and offered me a variety of cakes they had for last minute pick up. She offered to decorate it last minute to the best of her abilities and went above and beyond what I would’ve expected. Very happy with the service and cake we received I will be back for other events.

Pretty run of the mill Whole Foods... except for the bar. I dont know why they put a beer stand in the middle of it, but its a phenomenal place to take a shopping break and have a beer and some food. The menu of good local brews seems to change weekly, they offer $8 flights, and the food is top notch for the price. The personal pizza was big, well made, and only $8 itself. Combined with board games tucked in the corner, it actually makes for a great little watering hole.

Problem. Store manager should pay more attention to expiration dates of dairy and egg products. They are all mixed up, and sometimes those expired are still on the shelf.Otherwise,Spacious, well-lighted, newly built branch of the whole foods market. They provide a separate section for tables. Amazon lockers are available. Nice staff. It seems they value customer service.

Always great customer service. Talkative and helpful employees. Sushi is always fresh. They have been awesome through out the pandemic keeping what they can stocked.

A very good shopping experience. The staff seemed very pleasant today. Not all the departments are open yet. Masking is still in effect. The pricing is what you expect.

The store is well lit. I think it can be better organized. Walkway after the billing is very small for people from both directions to move with a cart.Updated review : My recent customer service experience was not good. When I went with my friend who is differently abled, he was asked to walk through the entire empty queue while they could have directly served him at the counter. The person on the counter was very rude . Never went there after this incident. Reducing my stars.

Great place for fresh healthy groceries, especially ORGANIC. We like the selection of milk in the freezer section.

For the most part cost is higher then other grocery stores however the food lasts longer and the organization and cleanliness of the store is bar none so when it comes to recommending this location I cna sing any higher praises

Ive shopped at this whole foods for nearly three years now. The service is always bad and theres been several times weve bought fresh meats, etc. only to get it home and find that its bad.. Something needs to be addressed at this store.

My cashiers name was Ana very nasty not friendly at all. I said joking with her to smile because it was almost closing time . Response was I dont feel like smiling. I love Whole Foods. If it wasn’t so expensive I would only shop here. The staff and the atmosphere make me happy and feel peaceful. Also, if you are lactose intolerant, vegan, or just adventurous with your food, please try this Siete cheese sauce. It is actually life changing.

Terrible wait times for checkout. I love WholeFoods but unfortunately this seems to be the worst managed of many that I have been to so far. Sad that this is the closest to where I live. I tried giving feedback to the manager that I have been stuck in checkout for more than 20 min on multiple occasions. He instead called me out as a liar. Great customer service sir!

Typical Whole Foods shopping experience. Unfortunately, every Whole Foods team member I encountered was rather disgruntled or not personable. From the team members taking care of the carts, to the person in charge of restocking, and the barista did not greet guests or offer to help me out. I will take my business elsewhere. I left this store today with tears in my eyes. I could have given this store a zero if there was a zero star. I never had this kind of experience since I lived and did my shopping at Whole Foods stores in many places, but today, I had this experience in this store. I love to buy my essential oils and other organic products at Whole Foods store but today, this store changed my view. I walked to the store to get my peppermint essential oil, while I was at the oil area, a white lady came to me and asked what I am looking for. I said I know what I am looking for, thank you. While I was looking at the oils, she kept asking me, I got disappointed because the way she was asking me was like she was thinking I am going to steal oils. Soon I address my feelings to her and asked her to leave me alone, the Manager name Ron came and asked me to leave the store instead. I told him I wanted to buy my oil and he said leave I dont want you in my store. He said if you dont leave right now, I will call the police on you. I wasnt doing anything bad but addressing how I felt for being accused of stealing by his Employee. I asked Ron the manager to call the police since he was pushing me while I was leaving the store and threaten me to call the police if I didnt leave right away. Ron was white and the lady who accused me was white person too. Ron let me left the store without the product. I was getting the last item since my due date is in few days and I want to have everything I want.If you are a black person like me, dont go to this store with out the cart or basket. I think maybe that was the reason they think I came there to steal.

So big and has everything! Its even a seating area!! So clean and organized, best whole foods in Dallas.

Stood by the counter for 5 minutes while the barista had a full convo with other customers, never acknowledging me or letting me know she’d be a min. I looked around at other employees to see if someone else was coming and finally walked out. I’m not crazy about getting served immediately, but acknowledging I exist would be nice.

Always a premium price however the quality of the meats and produce are worth it. We bought our Christmas Tree today! Its beautiful!
