This Starbucks is huge with lots of comfortable seating. Maybe I’m just used to the small ones in LA, but this was a great place to hang out and enjoy my drink. The staff was friendly, the drink was good, restrooms were nice. It’s a Texas sized place with easy parking. The WiFi was working as well!

Not a fan of Starbucks, but I comply to requests from friends. They dont roast their coffee beans, but burn it. Good place to have a meeting or sit around to get work done.

This is a great place to meet clients and get business done. One of the perks for us real estate agents is the Free wifi. They have some good treats and decent coffee. The 4 stars is because there is better coffee out there but you cant beat the convenience and speed of Starbucks. This is a great location.

I ordered two teas through the app-One of my teas wasn’t nearly filled up enough and the second, though it had the right sticker for my order, it was a coffee and not a tea. Wasn’t able to have drinks remade because I was trying to get home before my husband had to leave for work and I didn’t realize the drinks were messed up until I got home.

Brought my mom to pick up lunch and a coffee at this location after picking her up from the airport. Chrisi was so kind to my mother. She went above and beyond to make sure her order was correct. She is the perfect person to have at the front counter!

Love chai tea latte. But sometimes when they have lots of orders, I can see it in the quality of my tea.

Staff is so great here.. friendly and fast service. - I want to take a moment to recognize Jennifer. She knows my name, knows my usual drink, always says hello and most importantly has a daily positive vibe that just glows. She is very sweet. Today i ordered a drink that i dont typically order but she recognized that i did not order it with almond milk as i do my others so she asked me about it before making it. How awesome is that. I dont drink regular milk so im happy she remembered and asked me about it. Starbucks if your reading this she deserves a great high five, two thumbs up, a special apron pin, and a raise. :)

Service here has become truly slow. Its incredible today I had to wait 45 minutes and they didnt give me what I asked for. I asked for a caramel macchiato but it didnt come with coffee 😕

Was not able to get my food. App said it was ready, waited 25 minutes before leaving and asking for a refund which also had to be done on the app. Usually dont have problems with this store but today was busy so it seemed like they were having many issues.

This place is trash. Placed a simple frapp order hoping that they would at least be able to do that but they’re too incompetent and gave me blended milk with ice. Cannot express how bad this Starbucks is.

I love this Starbucks. I come here before work most days. The staff is so friendly and kind, and my drinks always come out on time and taste delicious. I do a lot of mid-day coffee trips for my department so I will order for 4 or 5 drinks at a time some days, but they are always are ready by the time I drive there from the office.5/5 every day

I would give this store 0 stars if i could. I ordered online through the app, and paid through the app as i always do. When i got there, a worker just looked at me and said what did you order...no hi no nothing. Customer service was defineatly out the door. Then i told her my order and she said oh yeah we dont have your sandwich, were out she didnt even offer something else... When i had to ask what else i could do she said she could refund me through the app.... i said what other food can i can, she said you can get something from that cabinet over there then she said hold on and started talking to someone else. She was very rude, so i just left. then when i called for a refund on my sandwich, the manager said there was nothing she can do. i came to this store all the time on my lunch break and i will NEVER RETURN.

Girl was super nice and made a fresh brew of Blonde for my friend and it was 30 min before closing. I got the White Chocolate Mocha and it was so good! Mine tasted better than when I get it at other Starbucks for some reason. I will go back here again.

I get my coffee at this location almost everyday. They always have my order ready when I arrive and they greet me by name when I walk in the door. On special occasions, I take my pup for a puppiccino and he loves it!

The city health code violations officer was there one day that I visited. I was nosy and asked what happened and I was told that this establishment had allowed pets in the area where they sold food.. they say theres no real way to find out if the pets were medically assisting their owners, so theres only so much they can do

This DOES NOT have a drive-thru. Staff and coffee is good, but of no fault of their own, no drive thru kind of made me drive elsewhere as I was in a rush, and did not want to go in the store. If possible, a drive thru here will really help the business grow, and increase customer satisfaction.

I came in to a full Cafe and no line during the morning, which was pleasantly surprising. I didnt realize they seem to be a mobile heavy store (pic). Virtual customers still made the wait long. Staff was friendly, and Cafe cleanliness is middle of the road.

This used to be our go to Starbucks but we’ve had a number of poor experiences now. We’ve tried to speak with people there and we are met with indifference. I get that it’s busy but they do a poor job of managing it, orders take incredibly long to prepare and are constantly made incorrectly and then they simply laugh it away. And forget ordering on the app - the 2-5 minute prep time has no regard for the line so it typically takes 20-30 minutes to get an iced coffee.

Very nice crowd. Nice mix of people. The music is way too loud but I guess thats the norm. Service is good. Temperature was just right. Oh, was I supposed to talk about the food in the coffee or the T? Its Starbucks, you know what youre getting :) the best areas. They missed one star because of the loud music. Ive never noticed the music that loud before .

I was waiting for no reason they had my order ready for the longest and I waisted alot of time and they never told me it was ready ..there needs to be more communication at this place last time coming to this starbucks.

I came to this Starbucks yesterday for the first time. Customer service was terrible and the manager was no help. I waited 20 mins for my order and the staff up front seemed to care less. Will NOT go back.

This was a really busy location, but the employees work very hard to help you. As with typical Starbucks, the coffee was great and made just how I like it. My only downside was how long the barista took to ask for help with the register. There was not a line of people, but someone could have told their peers that somebody had come in. But the barista was working very hard to get drinks out quickly and correctly and makes coming here worth it.

We go to 3 Starbucks location today and this one is not what I expected. Most probably they are tired and for that reason get irritated easily and for that reason gives this location 1 star.Starbucks should trains their staff to behave professionally.

Awesome people and great coffee

I’ve had a terrible experience with service here several times. Today was the final straw. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a grande black decaf coffee with 3 pumps of flavor using the mobile app. I showed up 15 minutes later and the coffee wasn’t ready yet. There was no line so I wondered if they hadn’t received my order (as this has happened in the past). I confirmed with the cashier that they received my order - they did, and said it would just be a few more minutes. 5 minutes later, my breakfast sandwich came out but no coffee. I asked again if they had received my order they said yes. I said well I got the sandwich but not the coffee. She said oh we marked it as completed, what was your order?? and they put it into the system again. They had to make a batch of decaf so it would be a few more minutes. Finally, I received my order several minutes later. When I got into my car, I took a sip. The drink was wrong - they put so much milk in it was basically cream (see pic).😫 Despite being the only Starbucks shop close to my home, I will not go again. Waste of time (~30 min from the time I paid for mobile order) and money to only be disappointed.

2 days in a row - the folks working here are very kind and provided great service. However, did all of the Starbucks (at least the 15 or 20 that Ive visited in the past 6 months just all decide to stop wiping of their tables? Its kind of nasty and this one followed the trend.

Additional seating was very much needed both inside and outside. Overall, very friendly staff and quick turnaround service times. Reasonably priced for the area and the mix of music selection was welcomed. If ever in the Dallas area, would visit again.

The team here has always been pretty great but I was tended to today by a trainee named Hannah and she literally made my day. Smiling from ear to ear, personable and efficient despite being new, happy positive tone and vibe. Even though other employees were rushing around with slightly annoyed looks on their face frustrated that she took the time to look customers in the eye as she spoke to them. She calmly responded to their demands without sacrificing my experience. This NEVER happens in Starbucks stores anymore. Great job Hannah, never change!

Accidentally ordered to the wrong store due to how complicated it is to use the map in the mobile app. Went in to pick up my order and the barista was super nice about making my drink promptly without additional charge. 10/10 friendly staff.

Excellent experience. The girls serving drinks all had smiles and were very happy do be there during busy hours. Studied for a few hours and the environment was nothing but cozy and positive with good vibes.

This cozy little outlet of Starbucks was really warm and wonderful. We tried the green tea matcha. It was something new to me. And it turned out to be a great drink. And they had a great choice of desserts as well. Loved being in there. And loved the crowd as well.The entrance is not really wheelchair accessible unless you have someone with you to open the door for you. But the restroom is. And its a unisex restroom there.

This is my go to place 3 times a week but lately I am not sure what is going on. I always do mobile orders it tells me its ready now on my app, i get there and have to wait at least 20 minutes to get my order. Not only that they are placing orders and not calling out the names and just setting them at the counter. Maybe its new staff not sure but today was one of those days. I understand just because my apps says ready that does NOT mean will walk in an out. But 20 minutes or 15 minutes its still too long to wait.

Always Starbucks for coffee and that means espresso, single, double or long shot. I drink it all. And now with cold brew iced coffee my summers are cooler. The cold brew draft tastes like Guinness without the buzz and goes down as easy allowing me to drive and work without a problem if you know what I mean? Anyway, its a good place to go and relax or rev up for more action. Coffee makes the world spin faster and more fun at that.

Ordered 2 Nitro sweet cream drinks and they tasted horrible. Besides that it took almost 20 minutes.
