DONT DO IT! The negative comments say it all! They didnt even tell me the return policy when I bought them.

The returns are a scam. I bought pants then went to return them because the came ripped for them to tell me they didnt have them in store anymore and couldnt take them even though i had the receipt and the tag on them.

Great place to buy cheap going out clothing. They are similar to Image or Windsor.

They definitely need to get friendlier people, my wife usually goes there shopping and went there a little too late, she never takes clothes back but that day since they were almost close she took a blouse that she liked and did not notice that it had a tear until she was home, went back to the store a day later to change it and the manager was very rude towards my wife stating she was not getting the money back or the blouse changed. Irving mall is not as busy as it has been in the past and with this kind of people they will not last in business.

The clothes is cute and affordable. Customer service sucks. They dont even greet you or anything. I dont care if you hate your job you should still be at least a decent employee. They need to hire friendlier people!!!

I don’t usually go out and buy at this store, but happens that I was at Irving mall. This store is really organize and staff was supper nice. I will recommend it to my friends. Thanks for all your help ladys.

Honestly I love this store so much. It’s so affordable and has every size in pants dresses and shirts.

I found dried up semen in one of the fitting rooms and I was extremely disgusted. I will never be returning back to this store ever again. Horrible customer service from the management as well.

The clothes is cute but the cashiers apparently dont know the difference between a fake and a real old 100 dollar bill. 😂 Need more training

Man one wash and you have to throw your Waves Garments away... What kind of material are you using... Ash Id say....lol.. Then half of your garments have holes in them in the store and if not then soon as you try them on then thats your first rip..... Plus size minimum very mininum selection... I understand your no money given back policy cause you would constantly be doing that... Then you employers are the most rudest employees management included... Basically ladies if you want a quick outfit for a evening out dont shop wave... Now if you have time, needle, and thread or use for expensive cheap material.. Then go... I did give you a extra 🌟 because you have nice color schemes and although not durable you do have very cute items

I tried to return the clothes that doesn’t even fit me with the tag and receipt but they completely refused to do it. Quality is not good and the customer service is not so well either. I would never chose this place. Lastly I left my clothes to them. They didn’t even exchanged with something else.

Worst place. My friends brought birthday gift and that was damaged. They went to change but they were so unfriendly that they did not allow us to change. We were regular costumer but now we hate that place. We threw that dress and came back. This issue matters because I was that friend whom the gift was brought. I hope this becomes the last case and no one has to pass through this situation again.

They need more on return policies. I took a lost an they were not able to work anything out. Even though i still had all my tags with their name on it.

I used to visit this store quite often. But now I am never going back again. The employee working there is really rude. It was 20 minutes left to close(9pm). I was at fitting room they make announcement that they are going to close with in 5 minutes and after that they started the count the number 1,2,3... It was very embarrassing moment. I hate the customer service they provide.

They robbed $300 from me. They lied about the system, telling me they lost my store credit, even I showed them the receipts. I saw the old data there and confessed them. The manager just hang up my phone and the store stuff walked away from me.

Longtime customer before the move though the staff/ associates are lack customer service and are rude....they need to hire people who like working there or face losing business

1 Star is too good actually I can’t give it less such a terrible place it’s hot and so musty the workers are rude and my girlfriend saw one of the workers smoking out of a vape pen that looked like a marijuana pen so unprofessional oh and the clothes are outdated.

Very unorganized and dirty, I also saw the manager mistreating her employees the last time I went.

I come here all the time with my girlfriend. Huge selection and theres seats in the back where I can wait while she shops.

Worst service and clothes ever! Dont go!
