Super busy target very heavy traffic, did not get off just did drive up pick up and they were super fast! This was the only target that has the flavor pediasure my child likes. Def recommend 😊

I had a very nice experience. As soon as I pulled up, a young lady (who did not know any details of me or my order). She greeting me immediately, checked my number, and assured me that my order was coming right away. Another young lady brought my order out. The staff was so pleasant. Im really glad I placed my order with this store!

Cant count the times this place changed mask policy to cater to Dallas county even after the TX Supreme Court ruled against it.... No thanks Target. Not going to take the time to read 6 pieces of paper you slapped to a door in 10 font. Grow a pair.

I hate that I am bombarded about mask when I walk in the door by this pink haired girl. I want to live my life and shop and she ask me if I want one and I say “No” because I’ve already played this game and she goes “I wasn’t really asking. There’s a emergency order” by county Judge that thinks he’s higher than governor. That being said mask mandates were banned by the Texas Supreme Court if I wanted to wear a mask I would. so I would recommend stop shoving mask in people’s face (Literally) or there will be legal action.

I wanted to give a shout out to one of your employees, Jessica Jefferson. I went to the store this Sunday and I was trying to find a particular pen I needed for school and I couldnt find it anywhere. She willingly helped me and she was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience. Employees like her are what make businesses run smoothly.

Pick up is so fast and simple, Ive never had to wait long in a line. The store is always clean, organized, and they are one of the few businesses that actually still sanitizes their carts and baskets (many businesses still claim to do this but actually dont). Targets Associates are always helpful and friendly. Target is is my favorite store!

It was so quick and easy. When you select Im here, there should be a confirmation message acknowledging your arrival. I didnt know if my arrival notification was received or not, until I saw the guy bringing my item to my car. It was really fast though. I would definitely use this option again.

Shopping carts are sooo smooth to push and clean. The updated crosswalk area is very nice as it was challenging in the past to cross with cars. Their drive-up service is always 100%.

Store is amazing 5 stars but some aged staff are not friendly and thus 1 star - aged lady was very unfriendly and not ready to do check in shelf or send somebody to the shelf with me in some confusion. I said I can wait in line again for that item. Even then the lady was not courteous. I observed this in my previous attempts too from some of the other counter persons . I wish they be little more friendly and they dominate everyone else in this retail space.Young staff were awesome. This one star is to grab attention of target manager and I will change it back to 5 stars once I see this aspect improves/ changed.

I placed an order for pick up and it had been 2 hours since I places the order, It wasnt still ready! Normally, in my regular location the pick up are placed faster!! Since I was out of time, had to go instore and buy them while I was on the aisle to take my item i see the guy was picking up my stuffs and i generously told him that was my order and due to the time consumption i had to come and pick myself. While I was taking with him, he totally acted like i was talking to a ghost and didnt bother to reply me back! i just asked him do I wait until you scan and do pickup or just cancel the item -_-. It was verry annoying customer service which i hadnt received in any stores.Wont be returning to this location for any purchases!You guys should train your employees more how to interact with customer !!!

This Target location is wonderful! Items are generally well-stocked, the store layout is great, and most importantly: the employees have always been so kind and helpful. We especially appreciate the easy and efficient curbside service (drive up and go). Target is by far our best curbside pickup experience during the pandemic, and we appreciate the team keeping us contact-free and safe!

My brother purchased the ps5 through this location. He was very excited for it. After months and months of trying he was able to buy it but they canceled the order.

Excellent customer service by one of the workers there named Wendy. During our visit she was working in the return section where we had some clothes to exchange. She said we can go grab the correct items and come back. We came back and grabbed a few other items along the way which we were able to purchase during the exchange. Wendy was helpful during our overall checkout and guiding us using the target app. We even forgot an item on the counter and she ran outside to our car to give to us! What a wonderful lady! I work right across from this location, came in super late during the holiday craziness and was approached by Brandon, as I was using the self checkout where he noticed I was purchasing some Pajamas for my wife (among other things). He told me they were on sale on the app, and helped me locate the discount. Very polite, great attitude, ended my shopping experience on a very high note. Thank you Brandon!

The store was really clean and lots of social distancing precautions. Stocked items all over the store.However the store was really busy and they only had two cashiers. With such high volume the check out time shouldnt have been longer than it took to shop for what I needed.

This used to be my go to Target where I would drive 20+ minutes here to get products not at a Target nearby me. The last visit did ruin their reputation. At self-checkout, I scanned and bagged everything. Upon checking out, a random Target employee came to me accusing me of not scanning everything. She took everything out of the bag and attempted to rescan the items. I have worse experience with other Target stores, but this is not a pleasant one.

This target itself is OK. Things go out of stock fast because there are a lot of people that go to this one. People here are honestly crazy. They walk around with their faces glued to the phones and then bump into you. You kind of have to be prepared to walk around the masses of clueless/ inconsiderate people. Especially in the dollar section...people love just standing around the middle of the entrance blocking people from entering the store. Just an observation!Its fairly clean (except the bathrooms) and their clearance section is meh.. not the greatest. However, I do like their Health and Beauty section. It is very organized and I go here often to buy my makeup products and hair stuff.

This review is really for the Rowan ear piercing stand. I was curious and was looking for reviews and found none, so I figured this would be helpful for people who are looking. I booked my appointment online and Shantelle (I can’t remember her name but I think that’s it) was so nice and patient. I’m pretty picky about things like these and she was so nice and allowed me to look and see the placement before we actually pierced everything. I had a good experience. I got 4 piercings, 2 on each ear on the helix. It’s a bit pricy but I did choose the gold earrings. I would recommend. I did the same thing on each side. Very symmetrical in my opinion:)

My daughter is obsessed with JJ from cocomelon. This toy is sold out everywhere, sells out quick online. The price is originally 20$ and selling for up to 200$ online. The person in charge of the toy section looked for a good hour along with other employees before getting my name and number so I wouldn’t have to stay all day. They were able to get one and put it to the side and my daughter couldn’t be more happy! Every target employee that helped from finding the toy to check out was amazing and so freaking awesome!

After so many attempt i was able to buy ps5 this morning. It said preparing for order and now they say order cannot be fulfilled because its out of stock. 😡😡😡

I went here earlier this morning and normally I have a pretty good experience here. Maybe the employees were busy with stocking but it was hard to find help. I was looking for a specific makeup product that the app said was in stock but didn’t specify a location. After browsing the makeup aisles for about 15 mins, no one asked if I needed help so I approached someone in home to ask for help. I had to say excuse me twice before she just looked at it and didn’t say anything. I explained my situation to her and she just radioed someone, I waited 10 more minutes and no one showed up which was upsetting. I ended up leaving without what I needed. I’m giving three stars because the store was clean and well organized, even the clearance section. I just hope their employees are more trained in engaging with their customers or just even asking if we need help instead of passing by us and avoiding eye contact.

I found all the pet food I need. One of the stuffed animals I tried to buy was discontinued so I was not allowed to buy. I wish it had been removed from the shelf instead of being told at checkout I could not buy it.

Clean cut target! Your typical shopping experience— everything was well stocked and clean. They’ve taken extra precautions for COVID such as sanitization station at the front and wiping down buggy handles and checkout lines. Really appreciate the experience. Thank you

There was a man (most likely management) who kept us fully aware of what was going on. I arrived at 7:45 am not aware that I was too early. He kept us informed as to all procedures regarding the elderly, the 9 am customers and the shipment they were unloading. He stayed at the door until all customers who were outside were served or allowed to come in. This is real customer service!!

Not only is this a good place to work for but who doesn’t love target? This is the closest one to my home, the one on Airport Freeway is, but I definitely prefer this target. it’s much bigger and cleaner, and they have better availability options then the closest one to me. A Target trip is always a good trip.

After purchasing my products at the store, i was racially profiled, that i have must’ve stolen something and questioned, even though i was fully in my company uniform, therefore embarrassing me and my company.

Store was very clean. The cleaning supply aisle were somewhat filled, which I havent seen in about a year.

I visit this location quite often and every time I feel that the people who work here dont enjoy working there. The work environment is not friendly and inviting and customers recognize that. I dont know if its a management issue but make sure your employees are happy and taken care of. This creates an uninviting atmosphere for shoppers. Customers notice those things.

This is my neighborhood Target and its pretty good here. Im a bargain shopper so being able to get clearance is important to me. Make sure you keep these prices updated. I dont have many complaints about the store. Thanks!

I went to the pharmacy department and ask a woman ( white, blonde and short hair about in her 40s) for a product. She told me to find in one of the islands so, I went to the island and I didnt find it.I went back with the pharmacy woman and I ask her again if she can helping me to find the product. She was very rude and she told to find some one on the floor department because it wasnt her area. She not even bothered to help me at all. Fortunately, I found some one to help me.I hope the manager read this and fix the problem.Shes racists.

I’m giving this Target 1 star because of the employee I encountered yesterday. I come with my family to this location all of the time and have never ever had an issue. I picked out a dress from clearance and when I got to checkout Sadie (the cashier) said it wasn’t on sale as it listed. No big deal. She proceeded with an attitude and told me I could get it for 30% off “And that’s the best I can do” and rolled her eyes..... my mom told her the clearance says 50% not 30%.... and Sadie mumbled “whatever” under her breath and rolled her eyes again..... I was going to buy the dress no matter the price, but when we tried to educate her that it was placed on clearance, she had a TERRIBLE attitude. Her customer service was terrible... I’m definitely avoiding her checkout line next time I come in.

The Fastest Drive up/ pickup experience is only with Target. The just check in thro app and by the time you are at drive up location, someone is ready with your order.

Need to retrain their service desk employees. I placed an order online but at the wrong Irving store. The lady at the desk offered to go get some of the item and I could cancel the order. Great! About three minutes later she called via radio that they were completely out. Okay... I went to my car to use the app to find a store that had it. Guess what? THIS store showed it. I went right to the aisle and found it. This AFTER I wasted 15 minutes. Dont offer to help if you dont even know how to use your own app. Infuriating and frustrating. 😡😡

This is one of my favorite Target locations! The store is always neatly organized and stocked well. I love that when I purchase online for pickup, they often fulfill my request right away, instead of the 2-hour wait you get at other stores.

This store has a serious issue with people posing as shoppers trying to recruit other customers into multi-level marketing schemes such as Amway. People will randomly approach you and act friendly, talk your ear off, and then try and rope you into their scheme. As a customer, this keeps me from shopping here on most occasions

Pretty decent target store. My only gripes are that it’s too small for the population, it’s nearly impossible for two people to fit down the aisles, and the plethora of MLM persons posing as shoppers.I and others have been stopped multiple times by people posing as shoppers with empty baskets, only for them to rope you into a long conversation that turns into an “opportunity”.

Been going to target for a long time their service has always been good, but on my last visit an employee named Cesar went above and beyond to ensure that my visit there was spectacular. I could see how hard working and dedicated he is to helping every customer who goes through his line. People like Cesar make target the best place to shop at.

I simply love target. I was buying formula and there was none on the shelf, the employee went out of there way to bring me some from the back. They didnt have me waiting long. The check out process was fast and easy.

May or may not be your problem.. but when Optical says they open at 10am, and no one in target is aware of when the eye dr or associates will be in, is none sense. Target has to give them the register, so clearly they should be aware of why the optical side is not open. Terrible customer service.

I swear I will never go to this Target again. Ive been there about 10 times total. 5 of those times, Ive been approached by a random stranger offering a business opportunity to build an asset (whatever the hell that means) and make a lot of money, or so they say. These people are sneaky, but it should be obvious to Target security staff when you have the same a-holes come to your store all the time and they dont buy anything and they are slithering around like leeches looking for people to suck into whatever scam theyve obviously been brainwashed into believing. This store needs to do a better job of cracking down on these folks. I walked in to buy a fathers day card. Shouldve taken 5 minutes. As Im looking at cards, this guy approaches me and proceeds to talk my ear off and try to worm his way into my bank account. Im sick and tired of going to the store and being hassled like this. Im trying to give Target my money, not Amway or whatever the hell these people are selling. This is a serious concern and I would advise you to find another store to get your groceries until they start cracking down on these parasites.

This target is located at very convenient location at n MacArthur blvd. the complex has lot of other stores. Target customer service in this store is amazing. I had few returns and one item was wrongly billed. They resolved all issues in jiffy. Would go to this store again. They have committed customer for life long now.

I like my choices at Target

One of the best Target for the area. They always seem to have a steady flow on the registers. I havent shopped too much on the grocery but I still prefer going to Kroger. Electronics department could use a little love, they have very low staff.

Meelah was the rudess manager I have encountered. She was not very helpful and she does not understand what good customer service is.

An excellent Target location! Store features a wide product selection with excellent staff to help you find what you need, whether it is just a couple of items or an entire cartload. This location has also been recently renovated and feels quite clean and upscale!
