My guy went champs today and had worst experience with one retail he bought a shoe on display that had markings on it and did not want take anything off of this and was rude and felt disrespected if you work here please take employees about RESPCT

Great experience. I was with my kids and short on time ms. Jazman pretty young girl. I hope I rememberd her name :) helped she was very patient and professional. If you need shoes go to her. Ive never had this type of service anywhere purchasing shoes. Thank you jazman

THEY are so rude its crazy ! Clearly when you answer the phone you suppose to state your NAME so the customer can call you by your name so the sale associate and the The AM he put on the phone didnt at all I clearly said who Im speaking with .........His replied THE AM manger on duty ...........I thought I was getting punked so I said excuse me what is your NAME again .......His replied is anything u want........Me speechless so then I ask whos your Gerneral Manger ? He replied thats not important I see you dont want anything and hung up .......OMG NEVER IN MY LIFE SOMEONE HAS BEEN THIS RUDE OVER PHONE AND IM NOT A RUDE PERSON I WOULD NEVER SPEND MY MONEY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN IM SO OUT DONE

They never answer the phone! Went in store and the employees were so inexperienced they did not even know what I was talking about and talk about rude. Id rather waste my time at foot locker.

Service is worst here..... i came in, sat at a table and 20 mins nobody came to serve. I had to go my self and ask if anybody is willing to provide service. Then, some takes an order and its horrible that if i want order beer again, after some more wait time, i found some one serving my neighbouring customer and she says she cant take the order as the first order was served by somebody else. I understand but atleast they should have the common courtesy to inform the one who took my order.I have been here more than 20 times but most of the time i sat at the bar with no complaints. I have always had the problems when sitting at a table and this time my patience is out. I like this place, please some one concerned look at this and please act on it. Thank you
