I went there for the American Legion 383 Fundraiser and they hosted the event. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff...plenty of new and used Harley-Davidsons. AWESOME!!

Absolutely worst Harley Davidson I have ever been in my entire life across the entire country. They will take advantage of you and rip you off in your contract without you knowing. You will pay on things you were unaware of. The sales staff is completely uneducated of their own product and services. Do yourself a favor and avoid this pathetic excuse of a Harley Davidson dealership at all cost.

Pleasure doing business with them. Had FLHR in for rear tire change. Drew made it easy and it was done on time as promised and at a fair price.

Charged me almost $100 for an air cleaner. Oil plug still leaks. Didnt address rear brakes / light malfunction issue after it was there a week.

This is only about the EV charger.I have used the fast charger twice after business hours and both times it was functional and was able to charge my bike perfectly fine.There a some outdoor chairs and tables perfect to wait while the charge is completed.More chargers would be ideal but so far no issues in wait times.For some reason, this charger is not listed in the charge-point app, you will find only by looking at the Harley-Davidson stores marked as electric distributors.

This was a good experience. I usually stay away from dealers but, I had a no haggle no pressure experience. Wes is excellent to deal with. Chuck too. No complaints on my end. Thanks to the whole team there !

Visited this dealership on Saturday. 10:30am with no activity at all. No greeting from sales, motorcloth and parts staff. Not much face mask practice. One person did popped out from cubicle to greet. Big difference from when Ray Malzo used to be the owner. Guess they don’t need my business to trade in my Street Glide for new.

Traded in my bike for an upgrade and cancelled the unused portion of my warranty that is nearly a 2,000 dollar refund. Been back and fourth with OC Harley for 2 1/2 months trying to get my money back and every time I call or go in no one has an answer or the manager isn’t working. Even the general manager Dan won’t return my calls. This Harley dealer is a joke. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. I will never do any business with this dealer again.

First time purchasing a bike and it was such a great experience. The finance manager Kayla is extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable in purchasing my first Harley.

Orange County Harley Davidson (OCHD)has trouble with their customer service. I called them several times, they kept hanging up on me. OCHD does not communicate with their customers, their web site say they are open and also I confirmed with them their store hours. When I got there, OCHD was closed do to their new Inventory. They are closed Tuesday through Saturday. I guess I’m going to going elsewhere….

One of my favorite Harley-Davidson dealerships on the west coast and the closest one to my house. This place is my second home thanks to their superior customer service and family friendly atmosphere. Like going to a candy store. I was also filmed in a Harley-Davidson commercial here. First Harley purchase and it was great. Mark Smitty help me out and absolutely no pressure to get numbers or push me to something I didnt want or could afford. He was super knowledgeable and enthusiastic about bikes. Been to other dealers where you are like on a used car lot, sales associates bombard you and push to close the deal, not here. Chuck helped work numbers on the bike and got it to where I needed it to be. Great experience all around.

Quite the unfriendly place. Went in just to look around, and immediately was approached by a sales person - when I said “I’m not in the market to buy a bike”, he unsmilingly just said okay and walked away. No other interaction, no greeting, no “Hey, no worries, please look around and let me know if you need anything”. The sales woman at the clothing counter was the same. Definitely the attitude here of “buy something or don’t waste our time.” I’ve been to other dealers who welcome you regardless - and those are the ones I’ll buy from.Saw the response below from the dealership. Interesting. The salesman who approached me did NOT wear a mask - so you may want to discuss that with your staff. I appreciate your willing to discuss. But you may wish to have that discussion with your staff instead. Your response shows you have a disrespectful attitude towards customers, “delicate sensibilities” - LOLy

This dealership had an HD Bag that was nationally advertised in a national promotion, others closer to me did not have one. I rode 100 miles one way to pick it up before a cross country ride. The bag was everything I had hoped for and more. When I asked about an HD Duffle Bag given with purchases over $300 (which this was) the parts guys said that they had not heard of it. I showed them on my phone and they said that was for online purchases only. I showed them that it did not say that, but for all purchases through May 31 (this was May 16th) while supplies lasted. They stepped into an office, returned and said that this dealership chose not to participate. I left feeling that they were saving their stock of Duffel Bags for there local customers rather than one that they might not see again. They are right, the wont see me again. BTW I bought my first Harley in 1990 from this dealership, had extras installed and multiple services with this dealership for over 10 years before I moved.

I had some custom work done on my new CVO by the service department and they did a great job. The work was done professionally and completed on time.It does not get any better than that.

Just wanted to say Alexis Keller was great. She was nice and great personality. Night and day compared to Huntington Beach Harley. The customer service over there was horribleExample: I was looking at bikes for about 20 minutes and not 1 person came up to me and asked me if I needed help. Maybe I didnt look the part of a Harley rider, who knows.

Pretty good. Got a great bike. They did say one of the added benefits of the bike was it was up to date on the maintenance which was cool but ended up sneaking that in on top of the final price. Gave me a bad taste

Wont cancel warranty!went in last July to buy a vrod - sales process was decent. finance manager closed me on an extended warranty i wasnt super comfortable with, but she said i could cancel next day if I decided to change my mind. so the next day i realized i shouldnt have bought the warranty and sent the cancellation form in. this was on 7/22/2020. the finance manager- kayla, has assured me over the months that they have processed the cancellation and my refund check was on the way to the finance company - on 2/19/2021 i followed up again with the actual warranty company, not the dealership. and they told me the warranty was active and the dealership has not said submitted any paperwork to cancel. they have led me on for half a year and refuse to send any sort of confirmation for warranty being cancelled. they tell me to not come in to the dealership to get any confirmation. and have said theres nothing to do.the parent warranty company for hd is now handling my warranty cancellation. I would think twice about doing business with oc harley davidson. they dont honor their agreements 100%.update: save any communication with the dealership if you need to cancel...and make sure to follow up and call the warranty company and request cancellation yourself. the number is listed on the warranty cancellation form. the warranty company was able to process the cancellation same day i requested and said me saving the emails was the only reason i was able to get my refund back dated. otherwise i would have been unable to recoup my funds.

Loved perusing the hogs, guess you could say I was in Hog Heavan when looking for a certain vest. Unfortunately it was not available but staff was helpful and the oldschool USMC Harley had to be my favorite.

I slid my harley and needed some help getting her back together, this place was great service!They walked me through the process with ease showing me each part and explaining the work needed as well as the cost for service and parts. Seeing as I didnt have insurance they tried to make me the best deal by doing me some favors which was great.The only fault i remember there being was lack of communication that i was uninsured, but they made up for that in the long run.

They had my bike for 5 weeks when I got it back they left many things disconnected.I went back to have it fixed and always got the run around. so disappointed in the service department. I recommend Huntington beach Harley Davidson.

This place is under new ownership and the new owners have some cash behind them because Ive never seen so much inventory at this location. Hopefully they will be able to maintain this and keep this place running. The location is not the best because its nearly impossible to see from the freeway and almost as hard from the street its on (Research Dr.). Best suggestion is to use GPS to guide you so you can find it easily.

The new owners of OC Harley-Davidson are fantastic! The atmosphere, the friendliness and the overall dealership has dramatically changed for the best! I just recently noticed the day before a long trip that my Voltage light was staying on red, I advised Kim Briggs, the new owner of the situation and she made sure that the dealer ran and got the part from another dealer and had it installed for our trip! The best service I could have expected! Also, there support for the HOG Chapter has also drastically improved for the better, overall, I could not be happier to have OC Harley in my backyard!!

Nice store, nice people. Their retail section is upstairs which I loved and though they dont have a readily accessible elevator for the public, they will escort you and allow you to use the employee elevator if needed. The staff was friendly, but not invasive.

Went with my dad for a service on his trike and brought my 2 year old along with me, very nice family friendly dealership. My dad was super stoked on the service and excellent coffee : )

What a great group of people. Orange County Harley Davidson really goes out of there way to make you feel at home. Great selection of bikes and parts. I always get what I am looking for but not without a little attitude at the parts counter. Its more of a What do you want.... kind of place vs a Hey hows it going... but whatever I am just there to get parts not make friends I guess. They always tell you 2 days on parts but it always seems to take 5. I always get a chuckle though as you get the typical biker vibe there and I always have to smile because...Your in Irvine, CA. You can act as badass as you want but youre still in Irvine. And likely your other vehicle is a BMW.

Took a Harley for a test drive. Awesome vehicle, but realized it was not for me.

Beyond BAD customer service. I tried boots size 11 and 12. My size is 11. When I got home I realized they put the size 12 in my bag. 5 hours later I tried to exchange but they said they do not take returns. I explained that I wanted to exchange to the right size. I end up with a boot that cost me $250 and doesnt fit me. Never again

Diane, in the upstairs clothing dept was so helpful and nice. Seemed very knowledgeable and really seemed to enjoy her job. Great asset to the store.

Lets see, I take a 117ci to Orange County Harley Davidson because the rear cylinder failed.They went back and forth with Harley Davidson factory.First they tell me that HD will only give the parts. Then they said they will give the parts and pay for the rear cylinder.So I paid $2,200 to have them install the front cylinder and the remaining parts from the HD kit.You know what I received back?A 110ci engine.Lets see the bike was 117ci and now I have a 110ci engine. How does that happen?Their solution was to sell me a new bike at a really good deal. So I bought the bike and kept my bike.Now I asked them to just give me the kit since I paid $2200 and got nothing for it and I will have someone else install it.Their response was no. Go pound sand.My advice is do not take your bike to OC Harley for any service.

Looking back at all my reviewsshow that i am rarely critical and that i am pretty fair in my assessments. There is no need to detail my last visit except to say the people who assisted me did not seem to know much about the product i needed ( two stock breather bolts) for a custom skull air intake for k &N air cleaner which was originally put on by this very shop ten years ago as well as everything done to the bike (reciepts total north of 50k including 19k for the Dyna) so i got a little peeved when Tony told me i should just put another cleaner on it he had and told me to forget all the hassle i didnt consider buying a six dollar breather bolt a hassle. I nearly had to argue that as long as the diameter was the same and the length was close they would work, and ᴛʜᴇʏ ᴅɪᴅ ᴡᴏʀᴋ.The entire encounter was odd which is far from when i use to come in awhile ago in the days of ʙᴜᴅ RIP ɪ ᴡɪʟʟ sᴀʏ ᴛʜɪs, the owner reached out to me with genuine ᴄᴏɴᴄᴇʀɴ and this alone will be the reason i go back and spend more money. its also the reason i added another star to my previous review.

Came in for my 1000 mile service on my new bike. I was so happy I came back again for accessory work. Here is why they get 5 stars instead of 4: Most dealerships will tell you it will take 2-3 days to do something, and then give it back to you 5-6 days later. OC Harley tells you 2 days, and gives it to you after one day.Amazing.The only time Ive seen this happen.

I needed a battery for my bike. Todays Memorial Day and they opened up at 10 am. I arrived 10 min before opening and they let me in and they promptly got me on my way. Very very very happy to be able to get back on my bike today after my battery died last night.

I went there for a Rider to Rider deal. The person we talked to was great to myself and the seller of the motorcycle I financed. However the Sales manager Spider he calls himself, was a real dick to the seller of the motorcycle and even yelled at them!All they wanted was a copy of the sale, something they could have for records, how god damn hard is that? Not only that, he was saying he was doing them a favor and this entire thing was a waste of his time.A waste? we were the only ones in there doing ANYTHING related to buying a motorcycle.If youre ever there, I hope you never have to deal with this guy, at the time of this post he had long grey hair.

These people really know what they are doing. Always a promo going and the service department is excellent.

Do not bring your harley to this dealer for service. I brought in a 2017 street glide cvo for a recall and got it back with scratches in the side cover and the tank. They stripped out the left control, and the bike was filthy when i picked it up, I had just had it detailed before i dropped it off. I called the owner of the dealership right when i got back home from the dealer and told him, He said no problem and even offered to pick it up and i told him that i would bring it back. So three days later he had his wife call me and tell me that they were not going to fix anything. then kevin called me back and said that i insulted his wife and that i couldnt afford the $350.00 and thats why i tried to get him to replace the control. I told him that its a $45000.00 bike and i can probably afford it. So do yourselves a favor and dont do any business with them. i told him that no one that i know would do business with him and he said that he didnt care.

Called the parts department for a motorcycle battery and was told they won’t cross reference to the battery for my BMW. Not helpful at all. Other Harley dealerships have been super helpful in other parts of the country! Orange County Harley Sucks. Keeping me from trading in the beemer for a hog!
