Very satisfied with work done on my bike. Front fork rebuilt, seals, fork oil, and fork springs changed. Specialty they did a good job by ordering the 1.0kg/mm springs which compensate for my weight and riding style compared to the original stk 0.75kg/mm springs. Now the bikes handling is better and it does not bottom out when passing bumps. Great customer service if you have any question for your bike. Also they order the new parts and make the bike ready in a very reasonable amount time. Their prices are very reasonable as well. Strongly recommend this group to service, sale, and maintain your bike. Very knowledgeable. Thank you

Jason is a knowledgeable guy if you have any questions ask him he will address your concerns. I consider guys that work on my bikes as important as the guys that cut my hair. My bike had some hick ups and we smothed her out. Cheers fellas looking forward to my free oil change.

Based on my experiences with motorcycle mechanics in the past, I came to this store/shop skeptical and observant to what cues may tell me to pop smoke and run. Owner/head mechanic, Justin greeted me and showed me around his repair shop. On my 2nd visit, Jason, front desk, took time to explain options on new tires to purchase, no rush or pressure. Took my bike in and now runs like new. Reasonable on cost and generous on extra work to ensure my ride keeps on rolling. Very happy to have found this store and shop! Customer for life! And, that’s something I don’t say lightly, nor too often.

I went in to buy a helmet and replace the visor to my helmet. I ran a muck in the store for over 20 mins while both employees completely ignored me. Never asked if I wanted help. Finally I went to counter with the helmet I found and asked to get the visor that went with it. I had to assist him in helping me right down to finding the price. No customer service, employee was rude. Other employee walked past me for over 20 minutes talking with a vendor and ignoring me. I will never go back. You lost my biz.

Stopped by with a warped wheel the other day. They advised me that I was better off shopping for a new wheel and gave me several options. I always come here because they are more concerned about helping a customer than making a quick buck. Great staff and great service.

Don’t take your bike here for tire changes. I never have and never will but all friends that did have had pinched tubes and one of my buddies brought his back and didn’t realize that it wasn’t even on the bead!! I’ve only heard bad things about cycle city and tires. Normal maintenance, I’m sure their great, their technicians obviously just don’t take the time necessary for the tires.

Went here to get 2 spokes on my dirt bike fixed. Before dropping it off I showed them the 2 spokes that were broken and asked for a price. The first rep told me $25 dollars to take the tire off. Second rep proceeded to join the conversation and say $25 to take tire off and $20 to take off the rim. I asked how much for the spokes they then told me they don’t know they have to check. I asked can’t you tell? (Experience will give a good idea of a simple problem) (If I asked about the engine I would understand cause you have to look into it.) But literally just 2 broken spokes and they had no idea. They said the price would range from $20 to $50 per spoke on top of the tire and rim dismount. Literally couldn’t tell me and the problem was sitting right in front of their face. The said their spokes are all disorganized. I asked why would they be disorganized if it’s a professional business? He said it’s just that way. I left.I can tell when I place is going to nickel and dime me. Could have been straight up and they would have earned a customer for future business.I’d avoid this place.

He got the bike all ready to go for us to bring home for our sons Christmas surprise present! These folks enjoy what they are doing and they are great at it. I walked in on a Saturday with some issues and they took care of it right of way with no appointment and I was ready to roll in matter of minutes. Very impressed with the staff at Cycle City. Wish I had found them earlier in my motorcycle rebuilding process. But now that I have I wont go anywhere else for service work. Great people, excellent value.My Yamaha XT225 needed to have the rear wheel trued. Called around to various shops. Over the phone estimates ran from $125 (with a long story about how wonderful they were and why I should drive so far) to low-ballers saying Ill beat anyones price.When I spoke with Jason at Cycle City he was straight-up, hey, if it isnt bent or broken it wont cost too much. Why dont you just bring it by so we can figure it out. So very glad I did!I plan to keep coming back. Thank you!

This guy is one of the best mechanics, honest and straight forward to a fault. They carry good stock levels and free tire mounting last time I checked. Get over and support these guys. We need cool independent shops or get used to being raked over at the dealer!

Dirt gear selection is small, but my husband was happy to talk with the parts guy, Junior, about the new Harley he just bought. Very friendly, thorough, and the prices were great. My husband, Evan, returned for a service on his Harley and was amazed by the quick turn around time and saved us $250 in comparison to the HD dealer prices.

Had my BMC Chopper fixed there 3 weeks ago for my internal ignition controller. Bike runs amazing now. Its always scary having a new shop ive never used touch my baby but these guys are A+ when it comes to there work an the way they treat their customers. Hard to find at first, but very glad I Did. Performed the first service on my ninja 250, the service guys let me watch them work and showed me how to lube my chain and what to look for on common problems. I really appreciated their help as I am a new rider and learned alot all while getting a great deal. thanks cycle city!

They always get my repairs and service done right, which isnt always the case with other shops Ive taken my bike to, but they also get it done in a timely manner.

I had 5 star experience with them Until the last time I took my bike in for a simple leak. Although the problem was not fixed they were great about resolving the problem through alternate means.

Dan and the crew are awesome. Check out the sweet dr supermoto and the french bulldog that rides it.
