I would give zero stars if I could.Customer service is non existent! Very difficult to reach a live person. I ordered a rollator. It looked used a had a broken break. Took forever to get a refund. I wish I would have read reviews.

One phone number leads you to another phone number leads you to another extension and never a person.This Bad review got some good attention!!!The folks here are very kind and eager to help with your needs. They will find a solution.The phone system may be a little offputting but give them a chance. They’re busy too!This is a business with a real store front! It is not closed during business hours!

Kimberly Johnson was amazing!! She provided great service and outstanding follow-up. We bought my Mom a new pivot bed (she has back problems) and paid extra for the white glove home installation. It was worth it. The whole on-line ordering process and installation was was made easy by Kimberly. This bed is a life changing event for my Mom!!

This senor.com_customer service is rediculous. no shipping, no tracking gets updated on my online order. I tried to reach them by email, phone calls, texts, but no return calls. This went on from Mon thru Thursday everyday this week, 4 days in a row!! BUT NO ONE is call me back nor replying my emails nor text. Not sure what to do at this moment. Do not order anything from this website!!

Very Shady people. took my money as soon as I order it online but no info on shipping even after 3 weeks. Try getting in touch with them by living at list 4+ voice message and 3+ emails on contact us page as well, but no one contacted back. no one even answer phone at their store either. stay away from this crooks. I have to file dispute with my credit card company and now hop that I get the money back.

They charged my credit card for merchandise they never sent. They keep sending me ridiculous emails asking me how I liked the product> What product?? They also assign bogus case #s then totally ignore my refund request. Beware of this company.
