Dr. Chris did an amazing job. I was so unhappy with my old Hearing Aids and the old Audiology.She took her time, explained me how the Hearing Aids are working and also she did the adjustments on my new Hearing Aids together with me. Dr Hoffman did a good job and gave me three hearing aids to demo and try out. After the demos, one was noticeably better than my personal first choice. The initial fitting was good and needed just one adjustment. Several months later, I used the phone programming feature to see if there was anything I wanted to change or adjust. The best setting were just as they were. So I say GREAT. And not to mention how nice and likeable was Dr Hoffman and her staff, and the pricing was the best.

My hearing loss is significant and not typical of most peoples loss. My speech recognition was worsening rapidly, and my 2-year-old Costco hearing aids were not working. I was having trouble convincing everyone my hearing aids were a major part of my hearing difficulties. I sought out Dr. Hoffmann who tested my aids and found I was correct in that they were not working as they should. She documented the problem with test results and a written description. In addition, she educated me as to what I should expect from my hearing aids. Because of her efforts, Costco tested the aids, confirmed there was a problem and agreed to rebuild them.I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Hoffmann. Over the years I have had numerous visits and experiences with ENT doctors, audiologists and hearing aid technicians. Dr. Hoffmann is the best by far, the most helpful and the most caring. She genuinely wants to help people with their hearing. When I require new hearing aids, I will be going to her.

Went with a friend to pick up her hearing aids. Dr. Hoffman spent over an hour with her making sure that my friend had the settings she needed onher phone...making sure her hearing was fined tuned to meet her specific needs,making sure she was comfortable taking them out and putting them in...overall making sure she was comfortable with the overall result. I highly recommend Dr. Hoffman to anyone with any type of hearing loss or need.

Can I give 10 stars?? Hoffmann Audiology is excellent! I recently visited my son in Costa Mesa. He has been experiencing a hearing problem that his regular doctor was unable to diagnose. By chance I called Dr. Chris Hoffmann and spoke to her about doing an evaluation. She spent a long time on the phone with me, and immediately got us in. She far exceeded our expectations. She did a very thorough examination with extensive current testing methods, and quickly zeroed in on the problem. She walked us patiently through each test and its results, then spent a considerable amount of time summarizing everything at the end of our visit. It was fascinating to watch and learn as she walked us through everything, teaching us so much as she went. She clearly LOVES what she does and is extremely easy to understand, gentle, caring, professional, experienced and extremely knowledgable! It was weird to ENJOY the process! I would HIGHLY recommend her to absolutely everyone. YOU WILL LOVE THIS PLACE!! I wish she lived near me :0)

Dr. Hoffman is amazing!! So knowledgeable, she really helped me understand why my hearing wasn’t quite right. She diagnosed the issue and had an easy solution. She didn’t try to sell me on some expensive solution. She also was able to fit me for earplugs for noise reduction at a really low price. She is a really wonderful lady. Dr. Hoffman is so personable and knowledgeable! She is generous with her time and listens to your needs. Her office has state of the art equipment to diagnose your hearing loss. She knows hearing aid products and can advise which is best for you. A benefit is you get to try out hearing aids for a period of time and with your feedback, she can make adjustments so they work even better. Im so happy with mine! I can hear my grandkids little voices, hear in noisy environments, and listen to my audiobooks and answer the phone hands free!! Dr. Chris Hoffman did an outstanding job explaining my hearing test and is extremely reassuring. If you need a hearing assessment, swimmers ear plugs, or know you need hearing aids or are looking to upgrade yours, her prompt service is worth driving over to her office. My friend referred me to see Dr. Hoffmann when I wasnt hearing very well. Her office is new, very clean, and her office is located nearby in Woodbridge. She gave me quality time to thoroughly check my hearing in several different ways- first a visual look inside my ear canals, then we went into a special silent room to further measure my hearing. All her diagnostic instruments were new and very high tech. She explained the results of the tests to me in a clear and simple way. Good thing is I had only minimal hearing loss, and she gave me several options to help me hear better. Ive referred several of my patients to her and they were all very happy with their custom fitted hearing aids. I highly recommend Dr. Chris Hoffmann.

Chris Hoffmann and Noel have been taking excellent care of my hearing issues for 10 years. Im just glad they remain in Orange County. Driving to LA would be a lot of trouble. (But I would do that if necessary.)

My visit to Dr Chris Hoffmann office was very nice and relaxing. It has been 4 decades since I have had a hearing test of any kind and I was a little stress. Chris made me feel at ease and walked me thru the process and we proceeded with the basic hearing tests. She first show me inside both my ears then proceeded into the Soundproof booth for the hearing test itself. She did find some hearing loss and explained the scaring and why I might have the slight loss on one ear. I highly recommend Dr Chris Hoffmann as she will take the time to make the process very pleasant and informative.

I have needed a hearing aid for far too long. After trying the bargain sources (one which said I didnt even need a hearing aid!) I discovered Dr. Hoffmann. I had no idea of the technological advances that have been made in the diagnosis and evaluation of hearing loss. No other audiologist even comes close to what Dr. Hoffmann brings to the table. I am now the proud owner of a Signia system that allows me to hear with mind-boggling clarity. The hearing aids even Bluetooth to my phone for the hands-free experience of a lifetime!! And, yes, they are so hidden that nobody at the office has noticed them, and Ive had them for four weeks!If you are having problems with hearing loss, then do yourself a huge favor and resolve it with Dr. Hoffmann.
