I am writing this review in hopes that Jeff Dalton stops ignoring my calls and voicemails. I was given his info and was told he would be sure to resolve my issue. Apparently, he doesnt have the common decency to even pick up his phone.I have been contacting this company for the past week and even customer service seems baffled that he is ignoring me. I am a former employee of a brand they purchased at the beginning of the year. It is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I have an insurance issue that is due to their incompetence and I need it to get fixed ASAP. I am being billed a big amount of money that would be easily fixed if they answer my call and update my info in the system.Infinite, please respond back to me, you have my contact information since I have been calling everyday.
