My 2021 Mazda3 has defective rear right wheel/tire. Triggered low tire pressure warning 3 times within 10 months of lease. They cant find the cause of the low tire pressure so they refuse to replace the wheel/tire. Have to keep coming in to service department every 2 to 3 months and wait 1.5 hrs to check low tire pressure.Might have to do this for the remainder of the lease or until they figure out why the tire continues to lose pressure. This defective tire endangers my pregnant wife, family and friends.This has been such a horrible experience and waste of time. I used to love Mazda and influenced my family to purchase or lease nine Mazda vehicles over the past few years. Now I would never buy/lease a Mazda again.

Leased a Mazda 3 here in 2018. Super smooth experience with then-employee Alex.The car was great, until returning it in 2021. With the used car market as it is currently, my leased vehicle had even more equity than the residual value it had at the end of the leasing period. The senior sales guy didnt even bother to give a proper appraisal so I took the vehicle elsewhere and got 33% more.Wouldve preferred to maintain some sort of customer loyalty to the dealership but at the end of the day, a buck was to be made.

I have always taken my car to other auto places cause I always feared the possible wait times and prices at the dealership. But recently I decided to give it a go after discovering we were being taken advantage of for things that weren’t actually needing fixing at “the other guys” auto shops.So I tried Tutle-Click Mazda. Normally, Ive had my car serviced at Tuttle, however no appointments were available at my convenience. Glad to see theyre busy. Have had great service in the past.
The service was good. We had a little wait when we got there but they had such a good attitude that we looked past that. Very friendly staff. I would say that they should bring back the complementary snacks for the customers. My appointment was right around lunch and I could have used a quick snack. Other locations for Mazda’s do this and I find it nice.
I felt bad that I arrived a little late, but my Service Advisor told me I was fine and took care of me right away. I was very satisfied with my Mazda Service Advisor, Sebastian. He understood what I needed, answered my questions, kept me informed during my service and handed my car off clean and serviced. Also, I thought it was awesome how got a walk-thru video from the mechanic on the condition of my car. This location is close to my house and I plan on returning.

This maintenance experience is really great. Wait times are short, charges are low, and coffee, biscuits and drinks are served in the lounge. On top of that, their technicians made a video of my cars condition for me at the maintenance site, which was awesome. This is where Im gonna go for the next 5,000 miles of maintenance.
I brought my car to Tuttle-Click Mazda for what I thought was a slipping transmission. They got me in the next day as I was leaving for home in Tucson on Friday. I was very impressed by the customer service. They had the car ready to go by noon on Friday as promised. However, on the trip home I experienced the same problem with the transmission. I will take it to Jim Click Mazda, my local dealer.

Excellent Service Advisor and excellent Mechanics. Oil changes and tire rotation only as Mazda has been very reliable if you maintain it well enough as advised. My ceramic white MX5 is well maintained. I did not enjoy going to Huntington Beach Mazda and went out of my way to Tuttle Click instead.

I had an awesome experience with my service here! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The entire experience from start to finish was quick and so smooth. They sent me a text with a video of what they recommended as an additional service and I was able to accept or reject via my phone. I think the fact I could see them checking out my car put me at ease and I didn’t feel they were trying to upsell me since I can see on the video that I needed to replace the filters on my car. Sebastian was extremely friendly along with the rest of the staff. I would definitely be back for my next service.The waiting area was also very clean and I felt safe using their facilities.

Went in for oil change and they also checked on some other issues. I was sent a video update which explained the maintenance they were doing on my car. That was pretty cool. My wait time was very reasonable. Coffee in the waiting area is always appreciated. Very friendly service and staff. Lastly, it had been raining prior to my appointment and my car had been spotted so they dried my car off and I drove away in a nice clean car.
Unbelievable service. In our age of digital information, clear and quick scheduling, text message confirmation and reminder -yes. But wait! Did your u ever receive a VIiDEO with full inspection of your car by a certified mechanic? All of that in a timely manner in a clean facility. 5 out of 5! Stellar!
Easy process. Always in and out with no drama. And now I receive a video of what the mechanic sees! He shows you the underside of your car, the readings of tread depth, brake pad remaining and the condition of the filters!Ive never seen this done before! Bravo!

Tuttle Click dealerships have always been easy to deal with. Aaron made extra efforts to squeeze my vehicle into a very busy repair schedule when it had to be towed in for transmission problems. The diagnosis was done within a day and parts were ordered to make the repairs. I appreciated all of the updates and the quick turnaround!!
Everyone I dealt with on the phone or in person was extremely nice and customer service oriented. They went out of the way to make the process smooth and painless even to making left arrangements to take me home and wait for my car to be done. They sent a video of my car evaluation being done while I waited. And, finally picking up my car from the service bay was so quick, no waiting!!

Great service. The repairs were finished before the estimated time. I got a video of the shape of my tires, and other parts of the car after their inspection on these areas. Car was washed and I did not even have to ask. Very pleased.

Something wonky happened to my car horn, as it stopped sounding when I locked the car, and when I tried pressing the horn on the steering wheel it didn’t work either. Tuttle-Click Mazda took my car in when other dealerships couldn’t take me until the following week. They told me that they were also quite busy, and probably wouldn’t be able to get to my car until the next business day (Monday), but they gave me a free loaner Mazda SUV over the weekend. When the job was done, they sent me a video of the technician demonstrating the repair. I picked up my car, and didn’t have to pay a dime! Excellent customer service by the whole Tuttle-Click team.

The front drivers and passenger window stopped working. Took it to dealership and they wanted to charge me 1200.00 because thet said motor for windows need to be replaced and something to do with lining in the windows need to be replaced to. I thought I would give it a shot myself. Bought replacement motor-$70 and you tube (free) replaced the motor on the driver side window in about an hour. Works great! No lining needed to be replaced. Now to the next one. Saving $1000.00. No way that with the labor, if it took me less than an hour they probably would do in 15 minutes, and replacement cost of motor $70 that it should be $1200.00.

Marta Sullivan made the lease process for my CX-30 quick and painless. She was great and I was able to take care of the majority of paperwork online to get the car quickly. I can’t say the same about the gentleman I finished paperwork with before getting the keys. I was uninterested in adding any additional fees or packages with the car and had to navigate through repetitive back and forth and then directly ask to move on. This is specifically why I like to shop online, and Marta made the online shopping simple. Aside from the aforementioned minor inconvenience, I was happy with Irvine Mazda.

Weve been going to Tuttle-Click for service for many years. Like any service department, they arent always 100%... but overall they have been good, honest and helpful. We were in the market for a red Mazda MX5 Miata, inventory was low all around So Cal. One place that had one was not willing to negotiate. Enter Genisis with Tuttle Click. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us the car we wanted. She literally drove herself to San Diego to pick up the car and drop it off at our house at the negotiated price we were comfortable with. She was so thrilled we were getting a Miata (she had to give hers up due to limited seating and gave us some of her accessories!) Treated me like I was the most important person in the place
Purchased a vehicle late December through the dealership. After the car was purchased I noticed they overcharged me $200 after the price was agreed upon. I called and asked to be reimbursed for it but they said because the deal was already made they couldn’t do anything for me. They said they would cover an oil change for me but never sent a voucher/coupon to me after calling and emailing back multiple times. Then fast forward to 4 months later, my battery died and needs to be replaced. Warranty is expired and again “nothing they can do”. I am not sure what they do during their “certified pre-owned inspections” but they don’t check the integrity of the battery. I’d recommend purchasing from another dealership because after your drive away they don’t really care about you or making anything right.

Waiting room has been upgraded, complementary snacks and coffee. Service center uses a new sms based video inspection service that allows for web based add on recommended service upgrades. Complementary car wash with paid service. A little pricy on non standard repairs, but overall a good deal.

I called several Southern CA Mazda dealers who all were adding $5k to the MSRP. Only Tuttle-Click sold my car, a Carbon Edition CX 5, for sticker. I received an oil change in the morning. Later that day on my way to work, the bottom of my car was not screwed on properly, causing it to scrape and scruff as I was driving. I was late to work due to the fact that I had to go back and get this fixed. I was told it would only take a minute and that my car would not have to be lifted. However, it took about ten minutes and my car was lifted. I got back to my car once this issue was fixed and noticed that there was paperwork in my passenger seat that was for another customer, different name and contact information. This was unacceptable. I was not offered any compensation for the hassle and incompetence.
Had a great experience. Love the new CX-5. I needed a car that is reliable for my twins who just started driving a this one is perfect. The service was outstanding. My sales agent Jessica did a fantastic job and I totally recommend her.

Tuttle click was super quick on the service of my car. Maybe an hour at most. I was able to get a loaner car easily. They also sent a personalized video of my car so I could see what was going on. I loved the transparency.
