Just leased my second Mini Clubman and stepped up to a JCW and couldnt be happier! This was by far the most painless, fastest car buying/leasing experience ever thanks to Mr. Jae Lacy! The sales and service staff are all friendly and helpful. If you havent driven a Mini Clubman JCW, you havent lived! And the Green Machine should be available soon if youre so inclined, she runs perfect! Ask for Jae or Jose in sales.

UPDATE 12/10/20: Doug Lance called me 3 days ago, asked for the loaner car back and threatened to start charging me for it. I returned the loaner OVER THREE MONTHS AGO. Doug found the car and blamed it on an agent who said it wasnt returned. Doug, you are a manager. Take responsibility for an error and stop throwing your employees under the bus.I have to give credit to Frank Avena and Jae Lacy. Frank is the new GM of MINI and he is kind, smart, and responsible. He has defused this situation not once, but twice now. Jae is a sales advisor who is trying to help me find a suitable replacement for my 2016. Jae is truly customer service oriented and easy to work with. The fact that this is coming from an angry customer says a lot. Frank and Jae, you are both an asset to MINI.There has been no satisfactory resolution but I do need to clarify that Irvine BMW handles the servicing and that is where all the errors and negligence have been happening. I apologize to the good people of MINI sales for getting caught in the crossfire - there are good people here, and its unfortunate that BMW servicing isnt stepping up their game to match MINI sales level. Im aware that BMW owns MINI but there is a small division in their services. I would still warn everyone to stay far, far, away from the service department.________This review is for SERVICING, which is run by Irvine BMW. I dropped my Mini Cooper S off for an oil change on Thursday, August 6th. It had ~20k miles and was in excellent condition. Two hours later, Irvine MINI called me and told me that my car had been hit by a vendor truck and crushed against a wall. This happened at their car wash, where cars are put into neutral, run through, and left unattended. They said that this was the only part of the building that does not have cameras so they have no idea what actually happened. He speculated that maybe since my car was in neutral, it may have kept rolling out of the wash? I asked to speak to a manager but was told they were out for a lunch meeting and would not be back several hours.I heard nothing for FIVE HOURS. I called 3 times and waited 5 hours to finally hear from Doug Lance, the servicing manager. I asked what he was going to do to make this right - I was told that Id be given a loaner, the truck info, and nothing else. I asked Doug what he was going to change to make sure this doesnt happen again and was told that theres nothing they can do, its a busy alleyway and trucks go through all the time. He acknowledged that this happened while the car was in their care but said this was somehow akin to two customers crashing into each other on their property if they came for a service - the insurance and responsibility would be between them. (I wasnt on the property. I wasnt in the car. I was 15 miles away and they left my car in the path of an oil truck). I expressed frustration about hearing nothing from him for 5 hours - Doug said he was gathering info and wanted to have it ready for me. It would have been nice to have a courtesy call somewhere in that window to tell me that they were aware of my situation and working on it. Instead, I was left sitting in shock, trying to process what happened, wondering what was going on and spending hours trying to speak with someone.Between when I dropped off the car and when it was crushed, 6 miles had been put on it. Why were miles put on my car, why was it unattended and unsecured in a place where huge trucks are driving by, and most importantly, why cant anyone tell me what actually happened to my car that I worked so hard for and cared so much about??The thing that gets me the most is the complete lack of sympathy and attention from Doug. There was no priority placed on me after my car was literally crushed while in the care of Irvine MINI. My car is DESTROYED and I am on my own to deal with this mess with insurance. I have never seen such a massive failure in customer service and it happened with the best thing I owned.

Had really bad experience with Irvine mini.I was trying to reach sales department at 5/15 around noon, but the front desk agent was really rude, and she never gave me a phone back as her promised me in 5 minutes.I was up sad and end out leasing my mini with other dealerships.And today 6/28, the sales called from Irvine mini gave me a call at 4 pm ending 6474. He was nice in beginning, but hung out phone right after I said I finished leasing with in other locations without saying buy or anything... Ive called him back and asked the reason to call me, he just said “you buying a car in other locations already right?” And hung out phone right away again...What’s the problem with Irvine mini????????????

Jose at Irvine many truly takes care of his customers so well! He make sure that you feel like youre the most important client of the day! This specific MINI dealership is also very easy to access the street - Research, is wide and not ever congested.The dealership itself is laid out very well Andrew me and the service department is very easy to see and access. I highly recommend this mini dealership plus their coffee and pastries in the morning are very fresh and delicious, what a bonus!

This MINI dealership has very poor customer service especially the Parts Dept. I called three times over 2 weeks for some parts info, and I have still not been able to get the info. Each time I called, theyd put me on hold and never got back. Their excuse one time was sorry we are very busy. Why the heck would they put customers on hold if they might not even be able to get back to the calls? Lack of common sense and manners.

This past Saturday, I had an appointment with Jae. Jae was very helpful and provided great customer service. Jae made me feel very comfortable and help me get a great deal on my first car !! As a fellow Mini owner of three Mini Coopers in the driveway I’m glad I do t take my Mini for service at this dealership. Ask them to show you a picture of this car in for service and under their care. Owner took car in on Thursday August 6th. Taking no responsibility for damage done to this car while in their care. For a oil change how does a car get totaled with less then 20,000 miles and have 6 miles added on the speedometer while on their lot. This is not acceptable as a Mini dealership. I suggest taking your business elsewhere

I Brought my 2011 Countryman here for a few engine service things and the Service advisor Aldo helped me. So, some of the work was going to be covered under warranty some not. Some very expensive. But, before this I get there to and try to tell Aldo what Im experiencing. I had a check engine light on. I work at a dealer and my family works on cars. So I had checked the code myself and cleared it after finding out it usually a error with the thermostat. Well it has since come back on and off a few times. So i schedule an appt to have it looked at. It was never on when i drove it there or arrived to drop it off. So I told him the code and information i had picked up.He blew me off and says it dont matter. They use different codes. I said well atleast take my info i have to. So the tech will have at least some basis to go off of. Cause the car never acted weird. And he still said no and was blowing me off. So i demand he put the info for the tech cause how he was acting is just not how you do business.He said fine and finally put it after my 3rd time explaining myself.Well after them looking at my car. Aldo called and explained the thermostat need to be replaced and was covered, but they found other stuff that was going to cost me over $1600. So i said well email and invoice, let me review it and call you back.And the nightmare started all over again. This place might as well shut off the phone for service. I called at least 20 times never got thru to actual service or Aldo. So i call the BMW sister store and ask for a GM and they couldnt get anyone. But said they emailed someone and within 24 hours I should get a call backARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT EVEN A GM CAN GET SOME.... THIS IS A BAD PROBLEM.They called me the next morning around 9am. And asked if i would want the $1600+ services done. I told them no. Only do warranty covered work.Went to pick up car the next day and aldo never explanimed anything to me. He literally handed me my papers and said you can wait in the drive. You car is coming.I review the papers later and see additional stuff was done i didnt. That was a whole other knightmare of trying to call for an answer.In the end. I went to Crevier Mini. Got amazing service. Dropped my car off and was back out with a loaner in 10 mins. Called me an hour later with the stuff they found needed to be fixed. Which exactly matched what Irvine Mini saidm but was only $1100. Had my car back to me within same day. I Will tell anyone and every STAY AWAY from IRVINE MINI. GO TO CREVIER MINI.

I received calls to update me on where they were at, how everything was going. I got my car back the next day. I am very satisfied with how they handled everything for me. JP is amazing!!! He is definitely great at what he does. He worked with me every step of the way and made me feel at ease. He made this the BEST car buying experience that I have ever had, by far! This shout out goes to your Internet Sales Manager, Jose Herrera, very disappointed. I was in constant communication with him. I told him which car I was interested in and I know a car must sale but dont make me drive down there knowing the car sold earlier that morning. Plus, your the Internet Sales Manager a bad rep for the dealership. He didnt even try to sell me anything. I was there to buy. He lacked motivation. I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone. On the bright side of things I found a Mini I liked at another location.

I just bought a new mini from Chris at Irvine Mini, hes awesome! This place is new and really hip, flat screen tvs, good music playing, snacks, bottled water and coffee. I dont mind driving here for my Minis service and maintenance even though theres a much more nearer one from my house. The reason is because the service advisors here are much more nicer and accommodating. They make you feel special and like family. Unlike the previous one that I go to where the service advisor feels like he hates his job and lacks customer service skills.

Irvine MINI has been our trusted service center for our 2002 MINI for over 10 years. They have the best service advisors and mechanics that are passionate about MINIs and making sure they are in the best working condition. We recently were preparing our car for a long road trip with a big group MINI rally, and the weekend before we had to leave an engine problem popped up- Jose (service advisor) and Jeff (mechanic) specifically worked above and beyond in a tight time frame to make sure our beloved MINI would be able to make the trip, and they sure helped us out. They know how much our car means to us, and they always make us feel like family when we show up. They really embody the spirit of the MINI brand and thats not something you find at other shops. I wholeheartedly recommend Irvine MINI for anyone wanting to have their MINI taken care of the right way.

Best Mini USA dealership in the States! José Ramirez and Jeff Cox ALWAYS take care of my GP2.... best service, best work, your car is done always on time if not early. Loaners are clean, free and you have a choice on what model you want to borrow. They did an MTTS2018 bumper to bumper inspection.... free of charge. I drive 10 miles past my local Mini Dealership to go there....

Never had I imagined that buying a car would be such a breeze! Ive been to a few dealerships recently, and with all the headache I got from those trips I nearly gave up buying a new car. But behold! Not all heroes wear a cape; ours wore a black cap and his name was Jae :)Im not sure what Im more thrilled about - my new Mini or the experience at Irvine Mini. Their pricing was up-front. No hidden switch-a-roos, no playing around with monthly payments. They stood behind the text message offer and did NOT pressure me for higher options. Everyone at the dealer was super chill, and even my young son, who DREADS car dealerships, had a blast! I called Irvine Mini to get a piece of moulding for my car. Sean at parts was very nice and professional. I went there to pick it up and tbey sent me to service to have it installed. First of all my review has nothing to do with JP’s customer service skills. JP was excellent in the whole process of buying our Mini. This bad review has everything to do with the horrible “manager” Wesley. We drove an hour to this dealership due to having a TrueCar guaranteed price as well a USAA guaranteed price certificate. The certificate was supposed to be honored as long as we brought it according to phone conversation held with the dealership prior to arrival. Wesley would not honor this $200 savings certificate due to what he said was already being in the hole on the cars current price. We are currently in process of disputing through Mini and TrueCar. This dealership should not be advertising on these sites for a certain “guaranteed” price when they aren’t willing to honor the certificate.

They gave us the wrong part for our Mini. By the time the hubby had a Saturday to work on it, he notices rhwy were 2 different parts. They would not trade it for the right one! Their timeframe for return had past. The part was brand new in their original packaging, but they refused. To make matters worse, my husband bought another one from them, much to my dismay! Now I have to re-sell it online in order to recoup money that this family of 5 needs! Shame on you Mini!

Wish I could give 0 stars. They sold me a certified pre-owned car that turned out to be a lemon. Found out after the fourth time it was in the shop in four months that it had something like 40+ days in the shop before I even bought it. Basically they sold me someone elses problem, which I find it hard to believe they didnt know about.Luckily Mini North America repurchased it after it needed to be towed back to the dealership when it dumped all the coolant out. That was the last straw.Also, 0 stars for customer service too. Called and emailed the owner and client relations manager...heard nothing back.

My Wife picked up her Mini from being serviced here. They replaced the front brake pads, but the techs forgot to tighten the lug nuts on the front wheels. When she got home, she complained that car was making a funny noise. After checking it out, I noticed that all the lug nuts we not even finger tight on both the front wheels! I called and left a voicemail for the service manager, but never received a call back.
