I went in for a tire tube change and Steve took the time to make sure my bike was reassembled back together correctly (as its an older bike). He also provided advisement regarding possible upkeep and maintenance and honest advisement for what was best for me given my budget. I got good honest vibes from him. Highly recommend! I came here at 12:54 on Monday may 31st on Memorial Day to get some air in my tire and three way tool to remove my tire and brakes. They couldn’t help with either or.. they said no one is here to do repair. What the heck are they selling here? Nothing

I was able to get a quick turnaround in the midst of a surge bicycle service demands in SoCal. They provided safe drop off and offered free home delivery. From my experience, this bike stand might be one of most wholesome places on earth. The owners of the stand are extremely kind towards students, and they charge fairly for their service. I have been there three times. My chain fell off the bike the first time, and the owner helped me fix it, free of charge. My second and third visit is for my twisted bike spokes. The owners pointed out what went wrong and was upfront about the prices.Its interesting to note that this bike stand is very racially diverse and the vibe there is cool.I definitely would recommend people the place if they have a bike problem needed to be looked at. They also sell new bikes and accessories. I dont know how they deal with those, but itd be worth checking out.

Totally a great business. Very nice and considerate and dont try to mooch you for money! Its a close knit group that works together to learn, teach, and help anyone who need its! Come to them. They are nice :)

Zot Bicycles sold me a New 2020 fuji Absolute 2.1 with the wrong gearing and wont replace the gear or discount the error. 2020 fuji Absolute are 24speed 3×8. Fuji Bike USA wont help.
