I ordered my items on the jujube website. I paid for fast shipping and only two of the items were shipped, which really upset me because I was heading on a trip in a couple of days. When I contacted customer support, the rep who helped me, Shoshanna, was so professional and kind. She refunded my shipping cost and the cost of the third item, then sent me the item that hadnt shipped from her own office overnight and free of charge. The customer service was one of the best Ive ever experienced. The quality is so great, functional and stylish. Thank you, Jujube
Worst customer service ever! My bag started falling apart in less than a year. Being a mom of twins you can imagine how often I actually even got out of the house and used the bag. I spent so much money on the bag I thought for sure I would get great customer service. Wasnt the case! They did nothing for me! I will never buy another product from them and I will spred my negative experience like fire!
This company constantly gives back to the community, offers a lifetime warranty on all of their bags and has done wonders for my family. 5 stars
