What a joke. Book an inspection 2 DAYS ahead of time and I was told they are not doing anymore for the day. I’ll never be back.

I’ve been using this shop for tire service for years. I have been help by John on many occasions, and Mark has provided me with excellent service time after time.

The guy at front doesn’t know to speak with people he see my Spanish face and start be mean don’t like Spanish people

Best place for service hands down. Reliable and trustworthy, about the only place I feel comfortable with my wife taking a vehicle to. They have always had our vehicles back on time and working properly. I avoid the dealership even though my truck came with two years of free oil changes.

Great tires. The studded tires I bought here years ago were the best tires I ever bought. No comparison. Unfortunately they do not carry studded tires anymore.

Dont bother going to this location. Absent minded people who shouldnt be working on cars. Third BAD experience with the East Ridge road location. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL TIMES. Go somewhere else to get your car services. Poor excuses for poor service such as forgetting to replace an oil cap after an oil change. What a mess that made for me.

I got my car inspected here. The waiting area was big and clean. It took a little longer than I thought was going to for just a car inspection ( It was a Saturday though). Friendly staff.

I love this service center! I promise you can trust the staff and manager and will feel confident that you have received a very fair price and excellent service. This is more than a tire and oil change service center. I’ve been going here since 1994 when they were located at Goodman and E. Ridge and have had 3 different vehicles serviced here all new vehicles. There is very little to no staff turnover; same sr. techs; jr. techs move to other stores. Service manager and staff are very polite and courteous, with fast service. Only one repeat service in over 50 repairs for a timing belt, the gear moved and I lost acceleration, they fixed it the next morning. I have taken family and friends vehicles here and they are repeat customers as well. I live in Greece and make the drive to this center because the service and trust is THAT good!EDIT: DEC-2015 This store continues to be great service and management! Have been going here since 1994. I live on the West side of the county and continue to make the drive to this Goodyear center.

Very nice experience with all personnel. Took my truck in for a NYS I without an appointment after 15 minutes or so. Im very pleased with the guys at this shop!

Emergency drop-in (no appointment) -- they diagnosed and fixed the problem and had me on my way in under an hour. Great people.

Ive been with Goodyear for many years like their service and techs are always polite.

They gave me a good deal on tires and installation. Then they tried to sell me over priced parts and labor for some suspension work. I noticed after I left my cv shaft had a slice in it and not a tear. Wont be going back after it cost me additional for a cv shaft plus the other work.

Dont get your car towed here for Triple A. They charged money just to look at the car even though no work was performed. They also provided a 650$ quote to change a radiator that the next repair facility I called offered a price and install quote of $200. Overpriced and typical car repair scam jobs.

Very disappointed. Made an appointment last Friday for today Wednesday as that was first opening. Arrived at 730am and was told by Jack that it would be ready by 11. Showed up at 1130 and it hadnt even been brought in yet. I asked for my keys and left. Just needed a nail removed and patched from tire. Never again.

My recent experience here was excellent, despite the major issues my car faced. I brought my car in thinking it was tire pressure related, and found out that much more was needed. After being told I had parts covered under a warranty from my dealership out of town, I was encourage to take my car to a local dealership instead. All of my interactions were with Mark, and although conflicted about taking my business elsewhere he understood and wished me the best. A day later I was quoted four times what Mark had quoted me and that my warranty would not cover any of the parts needed. My gut reaction was that I made a mistake so I decided to call Mark to see if he had any advice, and although I took my business elsewhere he was quick to help. All things considered I decided to bring my car back to Goodyear and leave the rest up to Mark. This placed owed me nothing after I decided to leave, and rather than making me feel bad about making what clearly was the wrong decision, they worked with me to find to a solution that made the most sense for my situation and never pressured me otherwise. If you are ever feeling like you just arent sure, come here.

Horrible service. Not only was the staff rude but they damaged my car. After 2 months of being handed off from one person to another with nothing being resolved I had the car repaired at a cost of just over $800.00. Never again will I step foot in a another location.

Expensive, but good service. Watch out for their rebates, not all parts qualify. This is not spelled out well on their website.

Ive taken my vehicles here for years for things like tires and inspection. A little pricier than some of the other tire places but its pretty in and out service and they treat you good. The one time i did have a problem the manager (John i think his name is) went out of his way to correct it. My only gripe is its a corporate shop, and as such, theres a push to upsell other services you may or may not need. As long as your car-savy enough to avoid it, they are a good shop all around.

I get my oil changes inspections tires etc done here and find they do a great job! Theyll tell me things that need to get done and things that can wait a while longer, which I appreciate.
