Even though my car was in the shop for almost a month because I was waiting on park thats the best place to get your car service I really enjoyed the way they take care of their customer services also theyre funny they conversate with you and everything

I have to say, the employees here at Mavis really know how to win you over. Not only are they friendly and well knowledgeable, they are honest. Now I wont lie, I have had my fair share of the Mavis Employees that failed to meet my expectations & failed to do their work properly on my vehicle. That doesnt change the fact that Mavis does have Good Employees who do their work correct. As for this location, I have become familiar with it as I followed one of the managers from another location to this location & definitely do not mind the drive, especially if I know that I am going to get the best out of it :) So with that being said I definitely recommend this Mavis location to those of you whom are looking for services, including tires for your vehicle.Thanks Tamara & the crew!

I needed help with a noise in my car and inspection, I went to 3 different places and they all said over 1000 dollars in parts, something was off to me so I went here and talked to Tamara and her mechanic and they gave me an amazing quote! Nothing was wrong with my car except something needed to be tightened! They have exceptional people skills and they don’t beat around the bush to con a person to spend more money than what was needed!I will always bring my business back to them without question!

Scheduling is done at corporate with no knowledge what is actually going on at the location. Gave up an afternoon because of that. The location was slammed. Phone bank said oh yea just go in in they can take care of you. Never again.

Staff went above and beyond during my visit to explain to me what was found during what would’ve been just a routine oil change. Replaced a wheel bearing and rear shocks. The lady that called me was very informative and professional, was able to answer all my questions and give me a good idea when to expect my vehicle. All and all I will continue to go back to this location any time I need anything.

I’ve been coming to this Mavis for about 3-4 years now & everyone is always so helpful from the ladies at the front desk to the men doing the work. I’ve never had any issues here from inspections to new tires or anything else. Would definitely recommend!

Very professional, made an Appt (should do). Make a list, Inspection, oil change check filters and such talk it over with Service Writers, go have breakfast come back in an hour and all is done. I went in yesterday to get an alignment done on my vehicle along with two tires that I purchased. The service was great The two employees Jackie and Tamar helped me with my service they did an exceptional job and I was able to leave within an hour after getting there. Paid over $900 last year for new break pads and rotors. Not even a year later they need to be replaced again. The only thing they will cover is the pads but I have to pay them per axel to get them put. Don’t waste your time or money. Smh.

The manager Charles and his staff were extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. I originally had my car serviced at the Chili location near Paul Rd., but I did not have the best experience there. Charles at the Irondequoit location was very understanding, took me in right away and helped me figure out the problems I was having. Charles and his staff definitely go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. If you mention the “Volvo” girl they definitely will know I am, haha thank you again!

This is a really great place the managers are excellent and I really want to thank Mike for going above and beyond to fix my car he could have stopped when it was nt able to be fixed but he continued until the job was done

The manager on Friday, September 4th was Charles. After waiting for two hours, we finally got our tires checked out( they were on warranty) I walked outside with Charles to show him the problems we were having with the tires that we bought at that location, under warranty, he had an attitude the entire time and accused us of fraud. He told me he didnt know if we had rotated the tires, we could be trying to rip him off. He hassaled me about that during the entire conversation, questioning my integrity, and honor. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever seen, and down right disrespectful. I didnt know that mavis wanted their customers to feel like criminals. He told me that the employee who sold us the tires didnt write down the serial numbers for them on the warranty, he told me he felt apprehensive about the whole thing. We got our car back 15 minutes later and was charged $67 dollars for a mount and balance for two tires! I let Charles know how I felt about the entire situation, I also told him that he lost a loyal customer and that Im telling everyone I know about my experience there. The worst customer service ever! Do not take your vehicle there, spend your money where you feel appropriated as a customer!

I will never come back here. I had an appointment online at noon with verification that the tires I wanted were available. When i get there, they didnt not have the right price as they did online. I had to show them my phone to make sure that they saw what price I was seeing. After they made the price adjustment, I was told an hour wait for my tires. After an hour and a half I returned and my vehicle was not done, only 2 tires were in stock. So then they had to go to 1 different stores to get my tire, though I was told they had them in stock, not once but twice. None of the management there were very professional, and when I told them I wanted to have my old tires put back on, they said they could not do that. I asked they to see if they could at least give me an alignment for free for my trouble, the manager said, yeah sure. There was never an apology, and God forbbid even a thank you after I paid them for their services. The kicker at the end of it all, the did not give me the information for the rebate on my tires. ...which I will call for after I am done with this review.. not all Mavis locations are created equal, this location was very disappointing. By the way the tires were done perfectly, the tire mechanics did an excellent job so good reviews for them.

(8/2020)Very disappointed, I would prefer to give zero stars. I took my vehicle (Honda Accord) for brakes, muffler and oil change. I was told that I only needed back brakes and a new muffler. I was aware of the issues, and surprised that I only was requiring back brakes. Mechanic calls me near the end of the day advised me of the issues and said he would have the car done at the end of that business day. I did not receive a call at the end of that day. I received a call the following day, no apology for the inconvenience of not having my vehicle for another day nor for the misrepresentation of timing.Picked up my vehicle was charged around $900 =(. Shocked at the pricing but paid, Got into car to leave and the Car was still making grinding sound. I took my vehicle to another shop, I need brakes both rear and front, and they are checking the muffler. I am so disheartened and disappointed. What a shame and scam. We have enough going on in todays world that this is the last thing we need. Please be aware, although the website displays good ratings, this is my reality and it was a bad experience and very expensive =( POOR SERVICE

I had the worst experience at this location, if you can even call it “an experience” since I was turned away so quickly. Last week, I made an appointment for an inspection. I rearranged my schedule, left work early and made it to my appointment 10 minutes early. I was asked my name and order number, only to then be told that the location “ran out of inspection stickers YESTERDAY” and I “could try another location if I wanted to”. The woman at the desk was not wearing a mask, and acted as though I was annoying her by standing there. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but the last hour was such a waste of time and yet....I still need an inspection.

I made an appointment for an inspection at the advice of the lady who answered the phone. My appointment was at 1:30...they did not take my car in until 3pm. After they finished the inspection, I had to go to the desk to ask to be checked out as my car just sat there while the employees stood around chatting for 20+ minutes. When I checked out, I inquired about the long wait. The lady informed me that they had taken a lot of walk ins that day that had put them behind. Please tell me what the point is of making an appointment if you treat everyone as first come first served? I waited 2hrs for a 10 minute job and a couldnt-care-less attitude. It was a disappointing experience, to say the least...

Competitor Id previously used for oil change told me my vehicle manufacturer recommended their premium grade oil, which would have cost me close to $100.Drove a few blocks and spotted the Mavis sign and discovered they not only sold tires, but performed oil changes as well. The technician applied two coupons which reduced my final cost significantlyI was back on the road no time, despite being given a three hour turnaround time.Will recommend to friends

I replaced brake pads on my car.For some reason my brakes were still squealing even with new brakes. I took my brakes to Mavis, what a surprise the brakes were put on wrong, and gauged my rotors. The time Mavis spent waiting for my set of brakes and rotors to arrive, and offering me affordable price to fix my car was Awesome! Then the young service guy worked on my car, even though his shift was over !!! Mavis you Roc in my book !! Sometimes it takes people like you to go above and beyond your call of duty to get the done😉. The store manager was very patient !!!

Needed to have a tire repaired. Mavis took care of the problem quickly. Went to Monroe Muffler first and was told I would have to leave my vehicle and come back in 2 hours they have appointments. The was no one waiting. No other customers in sight. I would recommend Mavis any day. They know what great customer service is Thank you guys for repairing my tire.

I would leave a 0 if I could. Scheduled a 10am appointment for 4 new tires and a wheel alignment. Sat here waiting from 10am until 1pm when they finally tell me they dont have the tires I scheduled days in advance for and they are trying to figure it out.... 3 hpurs of waiting and they accomplished absolutely nothing. While I was waiting a woman with a van was also having a really hard time. Apparently they dont know what they are doing around here. I wont be coming back again. Sat here 3 hours. Had to call into work equaling a loss of money and I didnt even get new tires. Had to put my old ones back on and im going somewhere else. Place is a joke. Im currently waiting for them to finish putting my old tires back on. Crazy they couldnt even accomplish a simple tire change. Extremely unprofessional and they dont even offer any kind of anything for the inconvenience.

Brought my equinox there for a alignment which I have done plenty of times without any issues and I have also had other work done thier and have always been pleased but this time is a completely different story this time I recieved the truck back with tire balance issues. Brought it back to fix the tire balance issues and was called a liar about the issue. Finally brought it there a third time to be fix and it they finally fixed the issue but this time when I picked it up the technician forgot to lock my doors and pull it in the garage over night and it was robbed of money and medication and my wifes wallet which had credit cards and valuables. The manager at the location was very sorry but the district manager I talked to was rude. I should have recieved a refund for what i payed just due to the negligence of the staff to lock my vehicle this would have never happened if I didnt have to bring my truck up there on three different occasions. I am also upset that they do not check the work they do after performing it, if you do and alignment or tire balance drive the vehicle and test it for quality of work so you know the job is done right. I dont wanna hear we have too many customers if time is the issue hire more staff. I am severely disappointed in the quality of work and customer service of this company especially to a loyal customer. I have always spoke highly of thier customer service and quality of work but not anymore today they lost a customer after the disappointing and discouraging encounter I had with them.

Randall offers the best customer service! I first went to see him at the Greece location when my tire rim needed to be bent back into shape. I tend to need at least two new tires a year with the amount of city driving I do for my work. I go to the 795 E Ridge Road location because of Randall and his team.
