Good experience. Great staff. And now we have self checkout. You find most of your name brand items. Not sure if sense it’s Fresh ™️ location. It doesn’t have certain items. But, for the most part you can find an array of items.

Great deals. Relatively small store. Good custumer service,, even though its allways very busy. Everyone is so polite, welcoming & helpful in the deli & pastry department & the hot food department. They also have a huge fruit & vegetables department. I was impressed with how colorful & affordable the deserts were.

They need to hire someone in the cheese section rather than having the meat counter staff work that side.. doesnt look hygienic having a bloody apron handling dairy product.

Manager is very stuck up. I tried smiling and saying hi to him and he ignored me. Horrible customer service and hate being followed like if I’m going to steal something. Or when I’m getting my food in my car employee is rushing me to give him the cart standing behind me. Makes me feel very uncomfortable.

Freshest meat with super fair prices and vegetables you cant find local Ralphs. Not too big so you can get in and out fairly easily. Super friendly staff too.

This isnt the first time I find rotting produce in the produce section. But this time I was going to go buy cocants but a lady told me that last time she bought coconuts she got really really sick and had to go to the hospital and to check the inside of the coconut before eating it. Then I went to go pick some fresh coconuts and they where all spoiled, rotting, and changing colors. How could they possibly let coconuts go bad?

I like this location, its convenient and clean.Only thing Ive noticed many times is that if you dont pay attention to your prices while at check out, youll end up paying more for one or more items. Then you tell the cashiers and they dont believe you... they take their time to go check themselves 🙄

Service is not good at all the bakery isnt good service is very bad it seems as if they get angry to help you. I bought a tres leche cake and it was dry.Horrible Dont buy one. Another thing I bought a drink and when I paid the lady charged me$2.99when the sign said$1.99.I told the lady that the sign said a $1.99 and she didnt care Theres an older man in produce department he was very helpful.oh the most important part is they dont practice social distancing. So over all Ill give this market a 2 outta 10!!!! So shopper beware!!!!! Covid-19 is real and if you dont want it dont shop there!!!!! The hot food station REFUSED to give me a condiment size green sauce for my ceviech (2 tostadas). Said I had to purchase container twice the size as well as twice the price of my ceviche. How CHEAP can you ALL BE? MANAGER IS THE ONE INSISTING SHE COULDNT DO IT. Per El Super policy. Save your money and time. Shop Ralphs waaaaay cheaper not to mention Customer Service at its FINEST. In and out, produce was fresh, and other items are zoned. Good impression, cashier was nice, was able to multi-task and still keep the line moving.

Love this store! I like the layout, its not Super in size but in variety! Prices are AWESOME and staff is very nice!!! I go in a regular basis for fruit, herbs, meat/Shrimp and some other select items.

I like retail restaurants places like that I mean I worked there for 20 years but what I dont like is being followed around a store I mean I get it sometimes sometimes I dont but I dont like follow being followed around the store but maybe next time itll be a better experience I dont know but when I go there I dont like being follow around

They have fresh in their name for a reason. Their veggies are fresh and super affordable. I love it!! Its not a huge grocery store but they have all your basic needs for a great price, their meat is great, their veggies are prime. Their little food court is good too.

I absolutely love this store. The vegetable,meat,and bakery sections are so appointed and neat. I love coming here to just look around. So different than stores Im used too. Authentic foods that cater to the neighborhood its in. Ill be back again and again

Most of the employees dont speak English and I dont speak spanish. Not a good selection of items. I actually got better help from asking other customers than staff.

Not your typical supermarket. They basically have a grocery section, your butcher section, seafood, bakery, cheeses, and your hot food section. Only refrigerated items are the likes of juices, yogurts, milk, eggs, and pre-packaged deli meats.The refrigerated section notwithstanding, when they called it, El Super FRESH, they meant it. Besides stuff in fridge, they dont carry other stuff like dry cereal, toiletries, pasta sauce, etcetera.Fresh through and through.Personally, I like it very much.

I had a terrible shopping experience. I went in to buy a couple things with my friend. As we headed to the produce department, security guard asked my friend to leave his bag at the front in a locker, claiming it was store policy. We have both been here before and no one has mentioned a bag policy as we shop around with our large bags. The main problem with this policy is that it makes using reusable shopping bags borderline impossible. After all, how are you supposed to use your shopping bags if they are locked up next to the exit?? This is a deterrent for anyone trying their best to be eco-friendly.Furthermore, other customers were shopping around with bags just as large or larger. I wonder why the security guy needed to profile my friend. Hes black. Maybe that had something to do with it. Hmm?The cleanliness of this location is questionable as well. I almost vomited as I walked past the meat department. There is a hint of rotting smell in the produce department. Youre better off spending your money at a higher end grocery store.

This is a small market that is a source of some the igridiants 5o prepare some of those delicious dishes typical of orher countries and basic groceries for the area

I do like their selection however I’m very disappointed in their bakery there was hair in the cookies I bought the 4 big ones for $2🤮 we’re in a pandemic and there’s hair in the food what else are y’all not doing properly I also reached out to customer service and Still no response👎🏼

Cashiers are not very friendly but they have a great selection of Hispanic foods and they sell prepared foods like carnitas, burritos, pan dulce, salsas.

I recently went there 2 days ago and people helped out when I needed to find some bread. Thank goodness for that other customer because if I hadnt gotten that bread then I wouldnt have been able to make sandwiches for my children for lunch.

Tres leches is three levels of milk heaviest to lightest on bottom. This tres leches at el super is a generic cake sitting on a bit of condensed milk. No good.

Its a real clean super and its empty so no waiting but its a smaller store compared to others

They dont sell chicken legs without the skin, but this nice lady skinned it for us.
