WORST TARGET EVER! Poor Management @ Ronda and Poor Service and the security is horrible and the workers are treated harshly and disrespected this is a toxic work environment and i will report to HR and get justice for those poor innocent workers. Because of silvia she was the cashier that helped us and after experiencing her wonderful service I hold all of the cashiers at a different standard. She was amazing and helped us find amazing deals!!! I bought 2 litter boxes because of her I struggle with 5 cats and she brought it to my attention that the litter was priced matched at a lower price.

Said an item I wanted to buy was in stock at this store when I looked online. It was NOT dont believe what they say is in stockThanks for wasting my time and gas.

Okay anyone that knows me knows I love target but the customer service desk can seriously get better ! I have an issue every single time it seems when I go and pick up an order or send someone . They give people a hard time instead of asking questions to get to their answer they deny service until you have to find a way to get them to find your order . It’s just a bad store overall I always see the lines long and no ones knows how to coordinate them. I wouldn’t give them a one star cause I love target overall but this one just really sucks .

The customer service was beautiful, the person at the counter was diana. She handled a massive ring up with humor and grace. That interaction with her literally made my day. I told her I would fill out the survey but Ima take it one step further and tell target management to appreciate the good workers they have.

I was in the self check out line. One of the associates came over and began to ring customers up on her device to help the line go quicker. She was very pleasant.

Check out process was awesome. However, be wary of strangers with strange behavior following customers. Carry purse/pocketbook with you at all times...do not leave in cart or unattended.

The customer service person was so very helpful and helped me carry my large storage containers to my car, Im a small person, so I needed the help.

They never answer the phone, I try to call but they never answer or they just hang up :(

I was a block away when I entered on the app I was at the store, thinking that by doing so I wouldnt have to wait long. To my surprise the employee had my items ready for me outside when I pulled in. Awesome service.

The drive up option is a complete mess. We sat there for over an hour just to find out that they cancelled our order. The supervisor lied and said we weren’t there within the two minutes. We showed proof that we had been waiting. She still refused to bring our order out due to it being “cancelled” and they did not refund my money or provide proof of cancellation. The app still says my order is ready for pick up. I will not waste my time coming to this particular target.

I went in today to shop for a Baby shower. I want to customer service and Diana help me find and print the baby registry. I received the baby registry in walked to the baby department where the items were located. I was approached by Paul from the baby department in as if I needed assistance I asked Paul if he could help me find the items on the baby registry and he took me aisle by aisles Gathering all the stuff. Paul then help me select items that were not on my list being that he is a first time father to he gave me some advice on items that they might need. Thanks to Paul my shopping experience was excellent is the reason why I would recommend shopping at the Inglewood target. I then proceeded to walk to the front of the store where the registers are located and talk to a manager by the name of Ronda. I then explained to Ronda with Paul had done and how are appreciated all the help I did. As soon as I walked into The Inglewood target store I was being helped left to right starting off with Diana and ending with Ronda but I do believe Paul went above and beyond.

Easy to find products and the workers actually knew where everything was.

I asked a lady at the gift cards section if they carry sports cards still and she turned around and called for securityI asked for a simple question

They have to re-assess the inventory turnover of the entire baby section, specifically the diapers and feeding sections. I go to this Target almost twice a week and 95% of the time they are out of stock of the baby items I need. I end up having to order from Amazon or having to go to another store for same-day needs. My trip tonight was no exception. See the picture for an example of their stock issues. I rarely see any associates near this department, and when I do, they check stock and confirm they have no back stock.

Love that they provide sanitized wipes as soon as you walk in to wipe down carts before use.

I love this store. I only came because the Westwood store told me that this store had a tablet on sale. When I got to electronics the staff called ERICK, who dropped what he was doing and ran to the back of the store to find the item I asked for. It is very rare to get this type of EXCELLENT customer service at a Target. Also they sell PIZZA HUT PIZZA, which is a rare find. Ann at the PIZZA HUT Dept, was a doll. Thank you for the 5 STAR SERVICE, please reward these employees!!!!

Always a bad visit never just a simple transaction with the sale/ customer service cashiers SMFH the the handicap carts are NEVER charge or they are broken 😔 and most of the cashiers are very rude due to lack of knowledge with sale items/deals ect the list goes on. P.s why are the wheel chair handicap parking are all the way on the other side of the store front and NOT DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE STORE .......

My order was ready when i got there so that was great didnt have to wait. But when shopping those lines were busy and the cashiers are very slow. Customer was great.

During these trying times, the store still managed to run smoothly. Highly impressed. Everyone brought their A game.

I had a order say my drive up was now a in store shopping only on A30 row I would find it. drive up person said thats the 1st time she seen that happend. I waited for order for 2 hours. I got there a few minutes after purchases was done. no body said ok ill go in store to get your order.I had to go in store to get a30 item . the people had me sit 2 hours. for rest of items on list. my phone died. it took me 15 minutes to get all 3 items. except the one that said a 30 was gone. why did they not do same thing for me? I now am in quarantine from moms senior center because of thus error. so yes I am not telling nothing good about it. all 3 of your employees can take the 4 hour rule and place where sun dont shine. they dont care about us customers because of that. yes all 3 looked my order up. why not go in and put that effort for me instead of making me wait in car and lose access to see my mom.

The curbside service was prompt, accurate, and completed within a 3 hour window. Just what I needed to get my shopping done since Im in the higher risk group for Covid19. Not everything is available for curbside shopping but everything I needed was available and in stock. It was a great experience.

Decent enough Target

I had a negative experience at this location I came in November of 2020 to check out their clothing selection for women and was very disappointed with what was here. Poor selection of items. Cannot speak for the rest of the store I walked out and left. I may come back see if things have changed and give an update but I am hesitant to return to this particular Target.

Great service, easy in-store pick and drive up, great products.

I was assisted by associate Merle. Merle was very pleasant, supportive, and extremely helpful. He took the time to go and select the needed item that was not available in the electronic section. He assisted in helping me to choose the appropriate soundbar and HDMI cord. Merle continued to assist me through the remainder of my time, not to mention leaving his current task to be of service. I believe he needs a raise, employee of the month award, or promotion. Thanks, Merle for making my visit a pleasure.

I love Target! They away have what I need and everyone is so friendly. I also love the new app that they have it is very helpful and you save money. The only thing is the lines they never have enough lines open. They always want you to self-check. I dont like like I have been working all day. I would like for someone to check me out.

Appreciate what they are doing to keep everyone safe. But, in my recent visit. A gentleman walked in without a masked. The employee at the door was helping someone out with a question. That same gentleman walked pass by 3 other employees and not one mentioned anything to him about not weakening a masked.

Impeccable Customer ServiceAmanda in Guest Services did an amazing job servicing us. She stopped everything that she had been doing to service us. When she found out that we had returned an item that was purchased with a discount, and couldnt apply an exchange, she worked to help us find the discount we needed and were looking for. Other people came up, and she still waited on us a few more moments, and then, she requested permission to excuse herself, momentarily, to help other patrons, as the pages were loading for the discounts we searched out. Back and forth, she acknowledged us and helped other customers, asking us, if we were ready and provided great service, to all, who came in; this transpired 3 or 4 times. Once we were ready, she applied the discount that she found, asked if there was anything else we needed and checked us out, when she found nothing else was needed. We asked who to tell about her service and she pointed the way and advised who to speak to, etc. There was a lot more, but overall, she was pleasant all the way through. We felt truly cared for. This is not just a job for her. Its a gift and passion to serve others, and it was apparent.-E. Richard

Cleanliness and friendly associates, on this specific visit I visited the Eye center and it was a fast visit!

Bad customer service. I called just about 5-10 times and no answer. I got answered after calling a second time but because they wanted to avoid dealing with me,they wouldnt answer the phone. They kept me in some sort of hold but didnt even tell me so thats why i called excessively and no response! I get it we are in a pandemic but i would have preferred a o sorry i dont know how to do that.

Smooth process. Got all the items I ordered with no substitutions. Order was ready in just 1 hour 40 minutes, not the 4 hours I expected. Within a minute of pulling up, the employee had come to the car, scanned my barcode, & placed the items in my vehicle.

The professionalism, courteous, knowledgeable, and exemplary customer service provided by Salvador and Maria. They were resolved an issue that l had with getting the six pack Core water. There was none on the shelves. I had been there on three separate occasions and there was no Core water six packs. However, Salvador and Maria resolved the situation by locating the water for me. Truly two kind hearted professionals!

The store is great but they seem to hire locally, so you will encounter mostly ghetto rude people who act annoyed when you ask for help. Training is seriously needed.

Ease of picking up order.

One of my favorite Targets. Very large and great parking. Never crowded! That is why I love it! Other Targets can get quite crowded. Nice selection. Anything that I cant get from Costco, I just drive up here and get the rest. Staff is nice. Prices are reasonable. I am not sure but the prices seem a bit lower than other Targets that are in more richer neighborhoods. Great Target!

Target has their own parking lot, of course, located near in and out and home Depot.I come to this target quite often for quick pick ups. I prefer the early mornings on weekends because not many people are here and theres always parking up close.Im normally in and out thankfully due to them having self check-out options.

For the last 2 weeks of me coming into Target the shelves have not been fully stocked Dont know if theyre doing a recall on a lot of stuff, but they never have nothing in stock. No rubbing alcohol not too much anything that I need every time I come into this target in Inglewood. I always in up drive all the way to the Target in Culver City .☹☹

This store is disgusting! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They canceled my drive up order because I wasn’t there in under 2 minutes!!! I called corporate only to find out they’re not allowed to do cancel orders just to save their average time for the day.

This place is definitely getting the upgrade it deserves/needed, and I can only assume its because of the new stadium plans. Either way this is now my favorite Target, and the upgrades are amazing. A few years back...not cool. Now I dont need to worry about going out of my way to other locations.

I went there looking for a card playing table and it was in stock there at a very reasonable price on top of that it also had a discount on it..WOW how good is that ..So i wondered around the Target and found that they have 3 full rows of products for pets oh yeah i am definitely loving this PLACE CALLED TARGET ..I FOUND OUT THAT THERE IS MUCH MORE THAT MEETS THE EYE TO SEE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT AND THE CASHIER I DEALT WITH WAS VERY NICE I WILL BE GOING BACK TO TARGET ON CENTURY AGAIN SOON..

This location is slow to restock shelves. A lot of missing items. Today when I went to check out no regular lines were open, only self check out lines. I hate using these but had no choice. There was another customer that needed help with self check out and I had to yell for someone to come over to help her. Next time if I come to this location and there are only self check outs open then I am walking out.

Everyone is helpful. Javier in the bicycle department was great. he went out of his way to make we purchase the right size bike for my daughter. he even took time to put a new bike together since the bikes available were too small or too big.
