I really enjoy shopping at the 99 cent store I found exactly what I needed today I was looking for some cold pillows for my couch I went to to 99 cent store and I found the one I really like the 99 cents store in customer service the greeter at the door is very polite the cashiers is very gentle my name is JW

You have a very friendly staff. The 1 that really stuck out to me was I think her name was Tashi. Very helpful and very caring. Always smiling.

Nice staff, still follow cdc procedure of cleaning cart which is great as there is still other CoVid19 variant but the problem is the toilet 🚽there for customer is a diaster, horrible and disgusting, definitely not hygienic with all the disease we are fighting right now please work on the cleaning services.Thank you

1st time in this store... I was greeted politely and was also asked if I wanted hand sanitizer. I thought that was different but, also much appreciated. Very clean and organized store as well.

I SHOULD OWN STOCK UN THIS COMPANY ..... Listen Ive been shopping at the 99 cents only stores for CENTURIES .... Each local is different and most a larger than b4.

I would consider this store as one of the better managed stores in the area. Lines are not to long, wait times are reasonable and the stores is for the most part, clean and well organized.

If sometimes you just have to be safe with your funds you do what you got to do as .99 stores do Sale good stuff and I got lots of good stuff to day!

Nice security guard, always greeting us when my son and I enter. Cashiers are always helpful, I sometimes act clumsy and forget a bag or something at the register and the cashiers always tell me to get it before I lose it. I also love how they show us the deals they have at the store on the Crenshaw Imperial Plaza Instagram account!

The items I went for were easy to find. We were greeted by employees as soon as we entered the store.

NOBODY, that works there speaks English! I asked multiple members for help to no avail. When I finally got to the cashier, he did, to late, just wanted to pay for my goods and leave. To those of you who want to say you need to learn to speak Spanish if you live here, can go to hello!

This store was actually really clean compared to other 99 cent stores. The lines were as usual long and took about 10 mins before they opened another line. But the cashier was friendly.

Been shopping there for a long time and to see that the managers are very rude and disrespectful to the customers and to their employees Estrella and Monique to be exact .

This store never has the Large size paper plates. This is the 3rd trip I had to take to this location... Hopefully this location will have them in stock before the year is up. I had to purchase from Food 4 Less next door...

When you first enter you are greeted by the friendly guard letting you ķnow if you need anything they are there for you. Thats how it is with all the employees. The store was kept immaculate and all wore masks and gloves for public safety.

This is my go to place for my crafting needs. The store is always stocked and clean. You can get some of the same or similar quality items for $1.00. So, I always check out the 99 cents stores first before spending my money on the same or similar quality items at a higher price store!

All 99% Stores r basically the same. When I cant find what Im looking for at one, I simply go to the next one.Not a lot of parking at this one. Though it shares space with a few other stores, parking is still stranged.The store is quite small. They had countless people in the store, yet 2 registers only. I asked for management, hoping to get another register open. No one came, no other register was opened.I dont shop this store to often. Good thing too. I give 4 stars for selections...1/2 star for service.

They had just restocked and there was hardly anyone in the store today. Today was a good day!

Great customer service. They have a good selection of fruits and vegetables. They are good not overly ripped like in some stores, they are in good condition. Sometimes they even have some very pretty plants for sale.

Im able to find what I need quickly during a stop on the way home from work. Its a good store to pick up some quick items for the house.

Not the cleanest Ive been in...but its still has great buys.Going here before grocery shoping saves me bundles.I do love my 99c Stores...the real ones.

This location used to be one of my favorite places to shop, but on this trip, I didnt find a number of items I needed and the cashier not only did not ask me if I needed bags, but started putting my purchases in a bag I didnt need. Also he neglected to put those items in my bag, causing me to leave them behind. I will shop this store again, but improvements have to be made.

Visited this 99 Cents store yesterday. I must say i was impressed. The shelves were stacked, place clean. They have variety, could even get some grocery items in there. Cashiers were open. What I didnot have a chance to check was for skipping ropes for adults, weights or exercise mats, abc charts for children and world maps. Last minute i decided I didnot want the avocado i gave the cashier it. She pelted it in the cart. She could have at least rest it aside because it felt ripe to eat and someone else could benefit from it.

This place has everything but with savings..plus the customer service..

They have a lot of things for good prices. They need to work on keeping store clean and put more staff on the registers. It will be long line with two lanes open.

Always good prices and NEVER know what you will find. If you REALLY like a new item, you havent seen before, you better get it now. Cuz next time you come back it will be gone.

Couldnt find all I needed. Need to stock the shelf. Employees were very nice and patient

I know someone who was an employee and when the person first got hired they were on schedule once a week. Then the Holidays picked up and they had 4-5 days on schedule. But then all of a sudden after the person passed their 90 day probation time. They were sent home until further notice. Almost 90 days later the person is still hasnt been back to work. I say discrimination deserves a lawsuit.

Great buys for household goods

This store is a joke. They allow people to steal and walk out with whatever they want. Whats the purpose of having a security guard when all she does is stand there and watch. I witnessed to men come into the store and steal 8 bottles of liquor a piece. Not only was it obvious that they were stealing but on their way out they grabbed two 2 liter sodas and didnt even try to hide. The employees just watched. I had to the manager Miguel and told him what was going on and he was rude and did not care at all. If youre looking for free stuff please go to this store. They dont care what you take and walk out with

Love that its open late around accompanled with groceries dining banking and essentials also in range of quite of another star rating friendly atmospheric shop of i for those items too much of good deals or bask to shop again an again indoors to the now +0.99cents only stores (Pun store titles need adjustmnt : amazing items not all only 99 cents(may experience sensational findings both exciting+off guard by a digit before the decimal😹now-good marketing)

99 Cents Store has the lowest prices in groceries.

This location is never stocked properly with fruit & vegetables, the lines are always long due to having only two cashiers -at the most. Id give it a 2+ if there was a way.

This store has really cleaned up their act litteraly! The floors use to be so filthy but they are much cleaner, The whole store use to be an over all mess, items opened, items on the floor, items broken. But now they have remodeled, better quality products, and much cleaner.

Its a great store, but if you could just make your online site actually have what your selling that would be great.

Ive been waiting for 20 minutes for a manger to help me with a return, not only that I have 3 employees look at me not one asked me for help also an employee just cut in front of me to buy something for herself its fine, go ahead and cut me its not like I am a hormonal 9 month pregnant woman.

Theres a lot of eye candy in this store! I would NOT go there at night! Theyre a lot of special homeless people around there!

I have a hard time finding college rule exercise books, but in all cases its not a bad store to shop @.

The inspect made at this location 3220 w century blvs, inglewood. On July 25, 2018. at 4:30.give random inspection. Our finding will be forward to corp with my report. I have notify the magement, of the store and has taken care. This issue can happen. My reviee still given 5 star. with wonderful staff and including security office.

Its clean the workers are very helpful and its only one dollar great deals for the whole family.

They will not allow you to buy cough medicine even if you look over 21. I was really sick and left my I D at home I clearly look over 21 and they told me no because people been getting high on cough syrup. I said that is wrong and I went to food 4 less and bought my cough medicine because the 99 cents store would not let me purchase any. I will not go there any more.

Good price large selection but sometimes they dont carry same items to long and lots of times they should have kept that item
