I had a flat tire went to their shop to fix it the guy couldnt get the lug nut off eventually he broke it and wanted sixty dollars to fix it . very bad business

My first visit,last week was the best experience very,with a neighborhood shop. The owner Dan,is the most patient. He was training a young man. His method is so old school. That i will buy my tires there from now own.Reasonably priced,fast drive up service.

For many years my family has bought tires and related services from Wise . Its rare in these times to find honesty, superb customer service and great prices in one location. Family owned, they treat you like they appreciate your business and want to be certain that the services and products are the best to meet your needs at the best price possible and they work fast.An added plus is that they give back to the Inglewood community where they have been located for decades.

Their 19 yr old worker, replaced the tires on my Lexus and he dented & scratched both of my nice looking rims and left my car full of dirty oil smudges everywhere. Clearly they were rushing to get my car out of the shop since it was close to their closing time. Someone with more experience shouldve worked on my Luxury car. Clearly the kid needs more experience.

I was recommended by a friend when I got a flat tyre. They gave me the cheapest price. 3 weeks later, i came back for 3 more new tires, they did their work efficiently and in good time. I will get free tire repair for the life of the tire (i think, something like it) free rotation and some other sparks. They are also very friendly. I would definitely recommend the place.

The folks at Wise Tire have been extraordinarily helpful. I am a transplant from New England and found this dealer through a recommendation. They are very knowledgable and understand how to support the needs of their clients. Our whole family gets their tires and associated repairs from Wise. I didnt know old school family type tire shops still existed. I can send my kids there with full assurance they will be treated fair and not sold more tire then they need. At the same time, they custom order high performance fitments for my car with great prices to boot. They handle ultra-low profile tires without rim scratches. Hooray...

This historic establishment comes highly recommended from those interested in getting the job done right the first time. Honest work at a fair price. Friendly folks and peace of mind.

Customer relations are NOT the place for your political beliefs, and they certainly arent the place you can express your bigotry. What an outrage!I had a tire replaced here last week (had a flat!). As before (had been there once already), getting an appointment was quite easy and the cost was low. I brought my computer and did a little work while I waited.As I paid, the woman at the counter started making comments about how it was tax day and how all our taxes go to people who dont have jobs. She went on about the government for quite some time while I smiled uncomfortably waiting for the old-school transaction and invoice to complete.After I absorbed it for a while, I realized this should really be addressed, so I called the store to let her know that I was offended by her comments. I am someone who has been unemployed and on food stamps, and just needed a little help for a few months while I got back on my feet, similarly to many people who are in the system. Of course there are always some who take advantage of any system, but there are plenty who just need it for a short time like I did in the past.She apologized (great!), and then went on to say that I am a different situation, since what she really meant was that these benefits are going to minorities, and minorities havent worked as hard as we have. Im sorry, WHAT? I just let her rant for a while, then politely hung up.Racism is disgusting. Many of the men working in the shop are minorities, and it alarms me that the woman taking peoples money despises the people who actually earn that money with their hard labor every day.I will NOT be back to Wise. I would rather pay twice as much for someone who knows how to appropriately filter professional talk from personal, and for someone without such offensive views on her own coworkers. Good riddance.

This is one of the truly one of my Greatest purchasing experiences, the owner & staff is product knowledgeable, always ready to help you in your needs and extremely proficient. They shop for your requested needs, not one of the shops that try to get you in and out at the most profit for themselves. They actually care that you get the best price and what you want for your vehicle { they went through the trouble in ordering a couple tire for me and when they came in and I looked at them, it was not what I thought, they sent them back } They got me exactly what I wanted. One of the Great businesss left. Thank You and your staff for me.

I shopped around the area for tires for my 300 srt8 and every other tire dealer in the area had this tire over priced (GFGOODRICH G-FORCE 245/45/20) This place has been here sense 1923.I would recommend this to anybody that is look for good price and great customer service!!!!!

I have been looking for a tire place that I can trust, and now I have found it.

Called this place, made it, then sent me to get the required parts. went got the part in 5 mins when I got back, the brake guy said,”I got another car pulled in when you were gone to get the part for your car. Anyways, I called and did everything according them and my car badly needed to bed fixed.They mocked and wasted my time!
