UPDATE, 5/18/21: TO BE CONTINUED...UPDATE, 6/15/21: Went back on 6/12/21 and complained about their diagnosis and prognosis. It went somewhat cordial. The matter was resolved.I may not know much about cars, but there are options.END OF UPDATE.The service was poor. Arrived at 9 am Saturday and waited an hour for a diagnostic on the leakage of coolant. The diagnosis took almost an hour. At the end I was told I needed a thermostat housing, possibly a hose and something else. Then they charged $69 for the diagnosis. There was no written estimate for the repairs. Just a receipt for the $69. I had to write down everything that was wrong, including their quote of $595 for the estimate.The second shop I went to said the coolant was leaking because of the timing belt, which was worn out, and the water pump attached to it (or something like that). If the first shop had replaced the thermostat housing, the leak would not have been fixed.I was out $69, but in the end I made the right decision. Do any of these photos look like a thermostat housing?

May experience was very good. They were friendly, listened to my complaint about the car. I left it and they gave me a call the next day to tell me the problem. The price was fair and the work was timely.

I went there and wanted my air condition he told me it was 800 bucks then it still wasnt working. He gone tell me he thought that was the problem and that if he had checked the other part to see what was wrong it would take all day ... I had paid for him to find and fix the problem not guessimate what it was. I took it back 4 times which each time took 2 days to get my car back for it to not even be fixed. Then he didnt wanna give me my money back when it wasnt fixed. Each time he kept my car for days but not even fixing it. Just throwing some freon in it. In the end he gave me back half like it was my fault for him not fixing it. I was hurt bc I still have no ac but now I cant trust nobody when it comes to my car.

Great experience. Changed my AC compressor in a few hours. Now blowing iceman.Good customers service.

Slick, professional and affordable. Bobbie and his team got to work on my BMW straight away, quickly sourced the problem with my AC and had it fixed for a great price. I shan’t be Rami g my car to the dealership ever again. Highly recommend

Sad to say to say I was charged $40 to check the cabin filter in glove compartment of my car then quoted $110 to change it when the cabin filter alone is $20 at autozone!!!

I came in and I met Bob and I explained that I needed to make a long road trip and he asked me what my problems was and I explained to him about my AC was not working and issues with my engine shaking, and within 2 hours he called me and told me my AC was fixed and that I needed to change my motor mounts. He charged me a far price to fix my AC. Motor mounts I will get fixed when I come back to town. Im very happy with the outcome

My car AC suddenly stopped working and with a heat wave approaching I starting searching for repair shops that could help me ASAP. Luckily I came across RP1, Bob was able to accommodate me the next morning. Great customer service and good pricing, from now on this will be my go-to place for any repairs. Highly recommend them!

Im so glad I took my car to RP1 Automotive shop, theyre every friendly and professional, I took my car to day cuz my Ac on my 2009 Ford taurus wasnt working, but thanks to Rp1 Automotive shop my AC Is Back in running less than 2 hours.... thanks so much Bob! Bobby is the friendliest mechanic on the block! My Prius was making some mystery noises that no one else seemed to be able to diagnose. After taking it for a spin and putting it on the lift, he quickly figured out what needed to be fixed. I appreciated how respectful he was to me as a woman, as other mechanics have given me an attitude because of my gender. He was professional, fair with his pricing, and communicative throughout the whole process. I’ll be coming back if anything else on my car needs help!

I am still waiting for a written statement about a part of the work that was supposed to have been done- replacing two cables wires. Did they or not replace them.

I came with a problem with my radiator they gave me a new one and price was really good for me, they also suggested I get my car maintenance done to it so that my engine will not overheat the next time I will definitely bring it back there and hopefully they can what else problems I may have.I had to come back to this place because my car was overheating and it was leaking antifreeze they told that they take a look at it and call me back later, they called me back and told me what the problem was that I needed a water pump and a new timing belt I told to go ahead and do it and about few hours later it was finished and now it runs really good and I more power to it a job well done kudos to the staffs there that worked it thank y’all very much.
