We flew in to LAX on a Saturday afternoon and on picking up our Mercedes GLK350, found one of the front headlights had burned out. We contacted this business late on Saturday, they agreed to meet us on Sunday, assessed what was needed and had the part and installed it Monday. They kept in touch with us via text and phone calls with status updates and the cost was extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend these guys and would use them for any future uses we might have.

Do not trust this shop to do any inspection work you.I requested a pre-purchase inspection from Nick or “ Juan” to go check a $30,000 BMW. After I got the clearance from Nick/Juan that “ the car is good, just needs $250 for roof repair “ I went ahead and got the car. Next day, I see the cars rear airbags are all deflated and have many error codes in the dash board, faulty sensors and lights and dents that’s was not reported.The car is at a mechanic and it needs $3000 in repairs.I feel like the dealership paid Nick to have the car sold. I asked Nick for my $188 back for this wack inspection.For someone that would do that, I won’t trust them for nothing. Refund me already

Big thanks to Nick for working on my Benz c230. He serviced it and then I went back a second time for him to replace my seat adjustment switch/controller.Nice guy, can be trusted, and offers his services for a fair price. I highly recommend you bring your business to Nick! I will be returning to him for future work on my vehicle.

Horrible customer service experience. The man who answered my call was very short and rude. I tried to ask him questions as far as the service needed and a quote of the price and he hung up on me I had to call back just for him to tell me he doesn’t know any details as far as what I need. It didn’t make sense to me. Having a little patience and knowledge for people in help or who don’t know much about cars would really help.(Reply) When I spoke to whoever; they assumed I had an “attitude”. Why would that be if I’m asking for help and information? The people at Jiffy Lube couldn’t do my transmission fluids because they’re policy doesn’t allow them to work on German cars. I came in contact with someone who didn’t want to help me based on what they believed to be about me. Rather then mention a attitude that never existed; you have the right to refuse service but you never gave me a chance. I’m not from Los Angeles and I’m aware the people here don’t know how to speak with much courtesy but as a Customer Service rep of your business, you should set the tone. I just wanted to know if you supplied transmission fluids.

Asked for unnecessary document, told me we will meet by 12:30 pm for electric problem on Mercedes e350, I called him and didn’t call me back, plays to much with your time . Not recommended.

Nico is the best mechanic around highly skilled mechanic and very knowledgeable in all kinds of automotive brands disregarding the bad reviews alot of people are super irresponsible and they dont have no knowledge in how long it takes to fix a car there for most bad ratings are all people with bad attitude and super horrible maners, the truth is that this mechanic is super good he fixed my car and its now running better then it used to and I can recommend him to anyone theres much more happy people with hes work then the ones that are complaining 🚘🚙 probably dont know much about cars and they want there car to be fixed in 1 day or 2 days witch it makes no sense if you know about cars it takes a long time to fix them either way im super happy with nicos work and hes the best mechanic around alot others want to charge you alot more money then what it should be and this guy is super honest hes a five star 🌟 ⭐ 🌠 💫 ✡ mechanic

Nick is a great mechanic! I brought my 2002 Mercedes Benz C240 into his shop in desperate need of a new radiator and water pump. He stayed late just to get my car done. Not many people would do that. I really appreciate the great service he provided. Id definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest mechanic at a great price.

Very very rude people. They wouldn’t let me finish a sentence while on the phone trying to explain my issue to them. Kept cutting me off saying he didn’t want to hear my problem...and he can fix any problem my car might have...Sure. The Mercedes Benz dealership could fix any problem also...I was trying to ask what type of code reader they use...and he kept saying the same thing ..”the latest software available “. That was not my question....I was specifically asking what system they used because only a Mercedes Star system can do the programming I think I need . He tried to tell me yes ...they could program...and then he slipped up and said that the scanner works on ALL vehicles...so it’s universal...not Mercedes specific...and clearly not what’s needed for my repair...SMH. ..stay away from these people...they sound like all they do is take advantage of people that don’t know anything about auto repair..

100% liarDrastically overcharges for both parts and labor and then lies about it hoping you wont know any better. Do yourself a huge favor and go to a real shop, youll save money, get much better service and wont have to deal with this shady place. Avoid at all costs

Havent had my car for more than 2 days and already experiencing problems. My check engine was never on and as soon as I drive it, it comes on. Went to fix one problem, came back with 3 more. Doesnt supply proper codes or part numbers/names. Very disappointed. He tries to work around your budget, so thats a plus. But with cheap service, comes cheap parts and cheap results.

Googled them and drove to location. Arrived at location it was closed but the mechanic who answered the phone said they were open. I described the location I was at he confirmed that was where he was and was open that day but. I dont know why was playing games.

The place is small for parking, and I was told they didnt open until 11am, I couldnt wait that long
