My daughters car had been hit and she was needing an insurance estimate. We had pulled up and received immediate help. Mr. Jim Bastoli took time to explain the insurance process and helped her to make the car safe to drive. I was very impressed with the quality of care and attention given. A wonderful local family business. A very satisfied customer and future customer.

Long story short, I needed to get rid of a scratch that left paint on my bumper. I called on a Saturday morning and brought my car right in. Jim (super personable guy) met my husband and I outside and literally fixed the scratch right before my eyes in less than a minute. Will definitely return in the future.

Jim & his team are the absolute best! He saved me from unnecessarily spending $2300.00 and time on fixing a damaged taillight & uneven bumper issue. The job was complete in less than 30mins but I was previously told it would take up to 5days to complete from another auto body shop. I highly recommend this auto body shop!!

Best auto body shop you can go to for quality work and zero dishonesty. Ive been bringing my cars here since 2012 and Jim Bastoli is excellent at paint matching. I have had hits on my Acura on the same spot (passenger rear fender, rear bumper and door) 3 times and every time Ive gotten it back there is no sign of at all that there was any damage.

I went to few places (with good reviews) for my problem, and this was the best price and at the end was the best outcome too (for sure). Jim really helped me a lot. All the good reviews are well deserved. Next time I have a problem (I hope not, of course) I will go straight to him.

Received 3 other estimates before taking my car to Bastoli, but Jim was able to very quickly point out a couple issues the other shops missed. He was flexible in working with my schedule and performed the work quickly at a reasonable rate.

My car got jacked up in a hit and run accident and Bastolis made it look brand new, super pleased with the results.2 months later my car was hit again, and the insurance totaled it out.
