This review is about Gary. I was rear-ended on the 105. The driver of the car that hit me was forced by other traffic into the back of my car. She told me while we were exchanging phone numbers that she was nervous about what this was going to do to her insurance costs. I imagined the cosmetic damage to my car would be no more than $300-$500 but it could cause financial hardship for her.This morning I called Exotic Auto on La Cienega near LAX and spoke to Gary. I brought the car in and told him what happened. 2 seconds later hes in his shop and back with couple of tools, snapped the bumper back together and then buffed the other cars paint off my car making the car look exactly like it did before the accident. On the spot. Gary wouldnt let me pay him.He told me to tell her to enjoy her day.He was genuinely happy to be helping her.I can tell he did this from the heart to help this womans anxiety and worry, considering she was also dealing with some medical bills.Unexpected and amazing experience meeting Gary. Awesome person.Thank you Gary.

Gary at Exotic Auto Body was just amazing. I have never gotten more respect, professionalism and high quality work done on my car at any other place in the 30 years Ive been driving. My boyfriend recommended this place and at first I was skeptical but he was very right. Since you can get your cars auto body fixed anywhere, you might as well get it fixed right and have the best service possible. Living in LA, you know youre gonna get dings and scratches, dents and issues. I know for me, Im going to be bringing my car and my kids cars here from now on.

On 12-8-20, I went to Exotic auto body to get the rear drip moldings replaced on my 2013 Ford Raptor. Gary the owner quoted me a great price. The job was finished quickly and even though the job was more work than we had initially thought, Gary didnt change the price he quoted me. He could have easily charged me twice as much. They even still washed the car after taking a loss ! Great character guy I highly recommend.

Great experience here. Had to get some repairs done after a collision and Garys communication throughout the process was top-notch, from the initial scheduling call to updates on their progress to the final pickup. Final product looks great, and they even cleaned the inside and outside of the car when finished. If I get in another accident, these are the guys Ill use to get back on the road.

AMAZING PLACE! My insurance company recommended these guys and so glad they did! Gary was AWESOME! Made sure I got everything fixed and that my van looked good as new and even tried to look into my van door and why it wasnt working (non accident related). He was so kind! Exotix fixed my car in half the original time they stated. My VAN LOOKS BRAND SPAKIN NEW! Its a 2010 Sienna so its an oldie but looks as if the model JUST came out this year! They did an amazing job and are LEGIT. Nice guys and great service!

I came to Gary at Exotic Auto as one of the body shops listed on my insurances preferred spots, and I am beyond grateful that I chose them. Gary was extremely helpful, going above and beyond. When I was having difficulty with my car insurance and getting the car rental, Gary offered to pay for the first day of the car rental while I worked it out with the agency. He was very professional, kept me updated, and got my car back to me in less that two weeks -- not bad considering there was more damage than originally anticipated.100/10 would go again and recommend the team at Exotic Auto Body. While I hope nothing like this ever happens again, I know who Ill be going to if it does. (And of course for routine maintenance as well.)Do yourself a favor an go here if you need car repairs!!

Had a great experience with Exotic! I accidentally scratched my paint all over the hood and was freaking out. Gary relieved my stress and him and his team had it back to looking perfect in no time! Would highly recommend. Hope you never need to use them but glad they’re there for when things happen

Gary and Exotic Auto Body are the best most helpful shop I’ve ever been to! Amazingly communicative and made my whole process (rental car, insurance, etc.) much easier.I feel like it’s rare to find a good body shop that will look out for the consumer. This place does just that. If I ever need more body work or god forbid I’m in an accident I’m definitely coming back!!

Gary was amazing! He made this awful experience of dealing with repairs after a car crash easy. He helped in every step of the process and went above and beyond to assist me. He got me a lyft to the car rental place, and also got me the best pricing on a rental since my insurance company did not cover the rental. They fixed the car in a timely manner and he stayed in touch with me throughout the whole time to keep me updated on the car repair. If you ever get into a car accident and you need repairs Gary and the people at Exotic Auto Body are the go to. I cant stress this enough how easy they made the process and how hapy I am. I drive a 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid Titanium and it looks brand new like it was never in an accident.

Was stupid enough to save on collision insurance. Guy who hit me had no insurance at all. Gary and Alex where third shop I visited - Need to visit no more. Respectful, punctual, professional.Fixed my GLE like new in one week, other guys were asking for three. Just to make sure they didn’t cut any corners I went to the shop I visited before them and ask to check their work. To my surprise, they gave 5 stars Exotic’s work as I did.
