Very unreliable. I dropped an item off for repair. Was told 7 to 10 days. After 12 days I call and get some rude guy on the phone saying theyll call me when its done. Waited a month, no call. Called them again and this time told it cant be repaired. Customer service definitely lacking here.

Nothing fancy had the part I needed at a good price. Liked the drive through service.

Rob has forgotten more about lawn mowers and small engine than most people ever realize he does a fantastic job extremely reasonable much cheaper than everybody else and much more knowledgeable than anyone else that I place Id ever take any of my small engine repair. Better than that hes a Shriner and supports shriners childrens hospital.

Took my Craftsman chainsaw to the shop for a number of problems. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Dropped it off on Friday and picked it up Monday. Cleaned the fuel system, new spark plug, and had to rebuild the carburetor. Deposit + repair parts/labor was very affordable and it now runs like a champ again! Would recommend and will bring my equipment here in the future.

I was looking for a place that worked on my craftsman rider near me. They where only 5 min. for my house. when everyplace else wanted to have my rider for 6 weeks plummers had it back to me in 8 day. Super Fast and great people to do business with. They even loaded my rider. Great business and great people.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING!If I could, I would leave a ( -0) negative zero. Warning all to turn around, you about to be robbed. I left my riding lawnmower, with $50 deposit to tell me what was wrong with it. #1) I was never called to tell me the diagnostics.#2) Dude fixed it without my approval. All he did was replace a switch that I could of bought at Amazon for $15-$20 dollars and charged me $182.16. Think what happens to my item if I cant come up with such outrageous price. They keep it! You in the hood dude!! we can pay those prices. I hate to be this hateful but people need to know the truth. You are taking advantage of people.

They wouldn’t come out to my vehicle to check or look at the item in need of repair, they insisted I unload and bring it it to see if they would repair it. They do this to get a minimum service fee whether they do that service or not.

Not much room to get into the property and then it was kind of scary as you drove through but gentlemen came out helped right away and even though he did not have my part he was more than willing to let me know someone that might

They dont call you or answer the phone. Did repairs I didnt ask for like sharpening the blade(just wanted my mower to run) and they put my mower on Craigslist for sale after not answering me

We dont sell anything on craiglist. When you bring your unit in for a tune up you sharpen the blade part of the tune up.

Great repair shop been in business for years

Paid $110 for them to repair my mower I picked it up with the motor in a cardboard box in 1000 pieces they would not return my money they basically robbed me do not go here
