Saw their advertisement online and was interested in buying the cooler. Called and when I talked to the extension 3 person, he said that they could not honor the price. It would be about 12% higher. When I questioned him and saying that, that was false advertisement online, he told me not to lecture him and for me to buy it in another place. Wow!! I am a business woman and cant imagine treating a costumer like that. For sure they lost a buyer.

I may not be a chef or line cook but sometimes I need some kitchen equipment that I cant find at home good stores or I refuse to pay their prices. I have several items including large food grade tubs for beer brewing and sous vide cooking. Online these cost about the same but shipping is outrageous. They carry a nice range of flatware that is high quality but low in price. They also have a variety of chef knives that may not be the prettiest but will out perform high-end knives from Sur La Table or Williams-Sinoma.

This is the place to find anything you need for the kitchen, be it industrial or home. They carry a wide variety of products that address all needs.

Stay away from their service department. They will make trips after trips and keep billing you for all their incompetent and unprepared technicians hourly and trip charges.
