I definitely do not recommend this company for anything.I was an installer here at this establishment the owner is great! But the “install manager Bill” is literally a joke. If you go work for this establishment witch I do not recommend. I do not recommend being under the install manager.. He will curse you out over the phone. He will degrade you. And will even degrade you to other employees. Then when you bring it up to the office “management” they will say you are making false accusations on management. Literally this company is a complete joke.Let’s also mention they do every install cheap. I worked here and when I confronted the manager about how I think something they were doing was wrong they told me that that’s how they do it and if I don’t like it then I need to find a new job. There employees do not care at all. So if you are looking for HVAC work please look somewhere else.

We live in Brown county Indiana after contacting several other contractors at the very beginning of our issues they stated that we were just too far out of the way. We spoke with to one of the owners named Kris, text Even though he could not make it out the day of our issue He always kept in contact to see if he could come out at it other times that would possibly fit in our schedule. Indiana jail thermal is the one contractor my family trust for all our geothermal issues. They are not like other contractors that I deal with Chris even let me stay there and watch and learn about my geothermal unit and the issues at hand I strongly recommend Indiana geothermal.

We had the owner make it a point to come down to Nineveh Indiana to deal with our geothermal issue. He was very professional thorough and right to the point. He did not Sidetrack and try to alter me into doing something around the house to be distracted like most service contractors do.He was able to work and teach me at the same time of all the issues that were going on with my geothermal system. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody that is questioning or has concerns about what they are getting into

They are awesome. I have been using them for about 30 years now and they always take care of us and our customers. We have never had any trouble with the Geothermal units not working correctly because of the loop installation.

Indiana service man was very cordial and kind but was not to have service until monday Jan. 27 and postponed to Thu. Jan. 30. Very difficult and premature to rate at this time.

Kris Kyler, the owner, is wonderful to work with and very professional. This company is experienced and has been in business for over 30 years. We had some specific requests for our system and Kris was able to quickly help us setting up our system the way we wanted to, in the best way possible. His experience and expertise in the area was clear. Kris has also personally came out on multiple occasions to oversee the different phases of installation-we are building in Morgantown so this is definitely appreciated. We just startedt use our new system and we are extremely pleased. We highly recommend using Indiana Geothermal and/or Artic Heating and Cooling for any of your HVAC needs.
