I got my materials and the staff is nice. But, for some reason theyve gotten significantly slower ever since they do curbside only (COVID Reasons for sure). Ive waited an hour just for materials multiple times. Time is money.

Hardly ever have every part you need and if by some miracle they do, it takes about an hour to get parts no matter how slow or busy they are. Probably the worst supply house in the Indianapolis area.

Lee is probably the slowest supply house, that’s most plumbing contractors don’t like going.... could’ve drove further out and still made it back to the job before they grab a few items.

Slow service and wrong part ordered and return of funds not processed as stated.

I was picking up a part at will call and there was some confusion as to what part I really needed. The staff were super helpful in locating the appropriate part. Robert and Dalton made sure that everything was correct. They were very courteous and professional.

Bought a $19000 Sub zero fridge! Installed it July 12th with two different handles and today Aug 3 Rick is telling me that itll be another week before the panel arrives even though I was told it was going to be installed on July 24. So... No one ordered the panel? This is poor service. I will not tolerate being lied to and they just have to come get it.

Ive been here twice in the last few years, and both times everyone was extremely nice and super helpful. Both times my furnace was having issues, and i know basically nothing about furnaces, and they helped me out. Prices were great.

Very slow customer service. Slow answering the phone. A dozen rings or so. 5 minutes on hold then get dumped into a voice mail. They seem understaffed and lack knowledge, at least on the HVAC side. Their pricing is a little high compared to other supply houses but if they had good, fast, quality customer service it wouldnt be a big issue . I do my best to avoid buying from them but sometimes I dont have an option.

No help whatsoever when it comes to finding parts for anything they sell. They can’t answer there phones. Costumer service is trash. If I could give them half a star I would because they aren’t even worth one.

A lot of the time Lee gets our orders wrong..Constantly we get the wrong materials in wrong sizes or just flat out not in the Realm of what our order was.Also experience getting to job site and the items ordered are broken cracked or have Factory mistakes..Unfortunately my boss has account with them but we the workers get yelled at for Lees mistakes..Please just pick up your game..Lees supply
