Got fitted by Gary for some Cobra Radspeed One Lengths iron set and hybrid. Absolute gem of a employee. He helped me answer every single question I had about the specs of the clubs. I never felt rushed nor pressured toward any of the sets that I tried out. PGA has a much more extensive club selection compared to the Golf Galaxy in town. If anyone plans on getting fitted for any of their club needs, go to PGA Superstore and ask for Gary.

My experience was exceptional. I went to have a driver fitted for my daughter. She is a new player, so I expected it would be a challenge to fit her inconsistent swing. Challenge accepted! Bill and Jeremy took their time to analyze her swing and recommend the club, shaft, and head settings. In the end, we bought a driver that was custom made and perfectly tailored to her swing. Better yet, the club was built from a demo Titleist TS1 (with full warranty) which was HALF the price of new! Thank you Bill, Jeremy, and the rest of the super friendly staff. I will never buy golf supplies anywhere else!

Went to three golf ⛳ supply stores. The first two had 1 left handed golf club set, of any kind, each. Not a lot of help, however it was Saturday. However, at PGA golf store, I found about 6 different sets of left handed irons and 1 total set of clubs. Talked to the General Manager about clubs for about 1/2 hr. If you need anything golf. Find them.

Had a large selection of clothes, footwear and expensive clubs that you wont be telling your spouse you bought. They also will re-grip your clubs, re-shaft or fix that putter you bent around the ball washer after miss reading that birdie putt. They have a putting area to test a new putter along with what Ill call stables that you can try a club or two before you buy them along with you can have your swing analysed which surely will be equivalent to the spouse nitpicking on the other things that you dont do the right way.

Had a cracked Taylormade M5. The staff provided me with a new Sim 2 to accommodate my loss. Service was quick and communicative through the process. Highly recommend Taylormade products and the PGA Superstores ability to quickly remedy my situation.

I had a minor negative customer service experience at the Clearwater PGA store in Indy recently. I contacted Daniel Keck, the General Manager. He handled it efficiently and professionally. PGA Tour Superstore in Castleton is the best place to Walk in and buy golf gear in Indy hands down! The Customer Service at PGA Tour Superstore is about the exact opposite of what Youll get at Golf Galaxy, which was very refreshing to have above and beyond Customer Service. When I walked into the store I received a friendly greeting, about 20 seconds later I was in the shoe area of the store and was asked by another associate what I was looking for and how they could help. It was around lunch and the store was pretty busy and the salesperson helped me with shoes and then find a new golf bag to use with my push cart. I cannot urge folks enough to NOT go to Golf Galaxy and waste Your time and money whilst being treated rudely, Everyone needs to know to go to PGA Tour Superstore for all of their golf needs!!!! Try PGA Tour Superstore and You will be happy that You did!

I went to the store and was greeted immediately by a very knowledgeable young lady who gave me great information on new Vokey wedges. I bought two and they re gripped them in a couple of minutes. Great store and great folks!

Top notch staff with no pressure added. Took my driver in to get adjusted thinking would need a different shaft... they corrected the settings and changed my approach and I left a happy person!

Get one answer on phone about club regripping only to find the answer in store is different. Ive been in this store twice and neither time has anybody bothered to ask me if I need help. Plenty of employees standing around talking amongst each other. I will find a different source for my golf needs.

Got fitted for some clubs and found out it would be a lot longer than expected to get my fairway wood due to delays in production by certain companies. These guys were on it in terms communication and providing multiple alternatives. Awesome store and staff

Quite the golfers paradise. If one cannot find the golf gear they are looking for at this place, it probably doesnt exist. A very well laid out store, brightly lit, with an accommodating staff. The club fitting areas are state of the art.

I would like to thank Dave, Bill and the girl(forgot her name) for their friendly service and attention to details. Bought some accessories here and even though I didn’t end up buying any clubs they let me hit some irons with different shaft and lie angles, which was very helpful. I won’t be going to Golf Galaxy in the future knowing that this store has way better customer service.

Come in to check the place out and potentially buy a couple sets of clubs for myself and son. Had someone asking us questions within a couple minutes...loved it!! The guy helping us was even staying over just to help out until someone else could take over. Marni then took over and really did a fantastic job with my son and helped him pick out that perfect set. Then on to me...I was fitted with the perfect irons that fit me with absolutely no pressure and great advice. Would recommend this place over the other place down the road. This team really cares about its customers. We spent quite a lot of time and money and never felt rushed. Thank you so much Marni and team (especially for my late change)!!

I’m in this store every weekend, because there is always something going on for their customers. That’s why they are so successful, they cater to the skilled amateur, or pro golfer. I know the employees by name, because they enjoy what they do and it shows. They are dedicated to customer service!! I recommend this store 100 times over, and you can’t beat the prices!

Great store and service. Worked with Bill on an iron fitting session. Bill was very knowledgeable and patient through the process. After buying a new set, I noticed the same set went on sale at another store. The management team promptly looked into my case and matched the pricing. I would highly recommend this store.

Called to find out if we needed an appointment for a club fitting before we went in. Was assured no appointment was necessary. Approximately a half hour later at the store we waited 15 minutes just to talk to someone about a club fitting. My husband and I were put in side by side bays and told to warm up by hitting some generic 7 irons. After approximately 20 minutes with no one helping either of us we decided to leave. It was hard to imagine we would get the kind of personal fitting we expected when we could barely get their attention after 35 minutes. We intend to try somewhere else for the fitting. And they were out of the golf balls my husband wanted. This was a no star visit, but wouldnt let me post without assigning at least one star.

Couldnt get any help at all. Was going to purchase a Cleveland driver. Seems like they are not interested. I will not return. Will tell others not to bother.Spoke with Steve Bachellor. Returned 3-17. Much different. Was greeted at door. Sales personnel asked questions. Was fitted. And yes bought a new Cleveland Launcher driver. Thanks for restoring my belief in customer service.

Really surprised by the experience. Wasnt incredibly busy. The staff over by the club fitting bays were so focused on talking to each other they were ignoring all the customers standing around asking for help. I watched four people leave in frustration before doing so myself. Was hoping for something better than Golf Galaxy but I guess thats where Im heading next!

Got fitted for clubs, and the guy really knew what he was talking about...but, he didnt ask my name, I didnt know his name, he said he was leaving soon, and when I told him my price range he covered his face and said you know that means I have to start this whole process over right? And my reply was well $500 is a lot of money for one club (driver).... they do have really nice simulators though.

A few weeks ago I posted a very negative review of Pga Superstore. I was contacted immediately by they’re owner/GM and was asked to come back and give them a second chance to show exactly what they’re all about. Today I returned, I was greeted immediately and with very welcoming demeanor. I spent quite a bit of time with Michael the fitter and wow. It was awesome. Upon reading a review by a reviewer named “THE STIG”. I felt necessary to write my own review.The PGA SUPERSTORE is fantastic! These guys are always pleasant. I will freely admit I’ve purchased a year long indoor hitting membership with them. So I frequent this store a few times a week. Everyone in here gives A+ customer service. They GO OUT OF THERE WAY to help inform people who come into the store. They are not pushy because they don’t work on commissions. This store has more variety of equipment than any other golf store in Indianapolis, including golf galaxy.Back to THE STIG review. I noticed this review was written 2 hours before mine. Funny because I was in this store at the same time hitting in the bays. There was no guy working in the store with tattoos visible on his arms. It’s January 10 2019 and it’s 22 degrees outside.So clearly this guy THE STIG is either 1) mistaken 2) an internet troll who probably works at golf galaxy trying to bad mouth pga superstore. Well THE STIG I find your review completely false and hope you can have the guts to delete your review because nothing you posted was accurate and what you’re trying to do is deliberate sabotage.
