Didnt have what I was looking for but they have a lot of nice stuff. Store was clean and staff was very friendly.

Large assortment of gently used sports equipment and new. I mainly shop for disc golf discs but I always do a walk around. The only con, if I could call it that, is their parking lot can be hard to get out of during busy traffic hours. Pros would be great prices when buying and fair trade in/selling rates. Friendly knowledgeable staff is always willing to help with deciding whats right for you or your child without making it feel like your being up sold or snubbed

Called at 6:30PM on Thursday, 7/11/19 looking for a stationery bike. I spoke with Jordan for less than 5 minutes, and he picked out and set aside for me the exact bike I was looking to purchase. I arrived at the store at 7:30PM, tested it out, and he and another employee changed the batteries for the perfornance display, and showed me how that worked! I paid, Jordan and the other employee loaded my new bike in my car, and I was on my way home with it by 7:45PM. The perfect bike, the perfect price, and most important - PERFECT customer service!!! I rate both Jordan and Play It Again Sports 10 on a scale of 10, and I could not be more pleased!!! Thank you. Thank you, thank you!!!

Great store. We been in the Indianapolis area for a couple months, glad to see that a hand me down store. Staff was really cool giving me a discount for trading in on snowboard and boots during off season. Great selection, great prices. They used and new equipment. Staff is very friendly.

The store seemed pretty well kept really, they purchased some used items and paid pretty decent. Staff was friendly though maybe a little over worked at the time however he still managed to get me all checked out fairly quick. Great service all around!

Great place to get gently used sports equipment at a fair price. Always get my sons football cleats every year as well as practice jerseys and socks. Will definitely be back in the future for all of our sporting needs. Employees have always been very Friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

Average at best. I know its a resale shop. But service service service. Maybe your jock staff could use some customer service skills three of them were there, The Asian guy was okay. The big tall guy was completely lacking only one of them helped us and he was very friendly

I have been in the South Indy store several times in the last few weeks picking up used hockey equipment and I have found them to be very helpful and friendly. The price for the used hockey gear is very good compared to what a new item would cost. Items that are NEW are competitively priced, but then again, those are NEW items instead of used. Very happy with this store. Yes, the Carmel store has more selection of used hockey and new hockey gear, but I was surprised how much the Southside store does have. I will get to know this place very well over the next several years.

You will find very truthful and helpful employees here! They are much cheaper than Dicks Sporting Goods! And they will work with you and not screw you over prices! I Highly recommend you go here before other sporting goods stores.

First of all- FIND CULLEY for great service!! Recently purchased a Horizon AFG 5.5 Treadmill for my mother in December. After looking for awhile and hearing misleading, inadequate information from other sporting goods stores, I finally found a salesman who not only was confident and knew the product, but helped me feel confident in what I was buying. I will absolutely be returning to Play It Again Sports and again, find Culley! Not only was he relaxed and confident, there was ZERO pressure, something you dont get too often these days.

Good idea for a business but prices are insane! You can literally buy new (undamaged and complete) for less than the price they are selling used or new with imperfections!! They might buy slightly new items from the same vendors but a little store like that doesnt get the discount the big stores do and they pass the cost to their customers. Waste of time.

I was looking for a scooter, but my son wants a bike he is way to big for training wheels so we got a training balance bike. They guy let eli ride one and helped him pick a great bike!

New and used sports equipment/clothes. All in great shape... Helps out with cost if you have multiple children in sports. They also have a return policy in case clothes/shoes do not fit.

Called in spoke with and he told me that on Black Friday the sale would be 50% off of any item in the store. So I made it to the store at 10am black friday to purchase a stationary bike I had been watching online. When I got to store they told me a different version of the black friday sale, which resulted in the price being higher. Still purchased bike, however called and spoke with owner and told her about the discrepancy and she was very non-chalant and rude in nature, very bad customer service skills and said to me that I can return the bike because other customers had been looking at it. Will not patronize this location anymore due to her lack of customer service skils.

Great place to purchase equipment but if you go in to sell some equipment please go somewhere else. Just went in and was offered about $35 for about $350 worth of baseball gear. Other than that it is a great.

Looked for a set of golf clubs. Found a set of used Adams Golf a12 os irons $299. Looked them up online and found a new set of the exact same clubs for 259.99. Play It Again Sports staff said they would match the price. Thanks, but no thanks.

Well I sold some items well they wrote me a check for $37 not a problem with that howerver they wrote me a check for the items because it was over $25 again no problem with this. I go to cash the check at their bank it was going to cost me $10 to cash the check. I returned to see about a cash refund they said they couldnt because it was over their $25. So long story short. Sold my items to for $37 dollars and only got $25. So thanks Play it again sports for making me take a $10 loss.
