My garage door spring snapped on 10/25. My father had used 1st Choice several years ago and had a great experience. It’s now 10/26, Josh the technician arrived on time and was very professional and direct. I asked about a second spring but he made it clear that it wasn’t necessary for my garage door. I appreciate the transparency of doing things that are necessary and not just more cost to the job for no reason. He made the necessary repairs/replacement in under 30min. I expected to miss half a days work with this inconvenience, but I didn’t miss anything longer than a normal lunch break. It’s very affordable and easy to set up an appointment online. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thanks to every one at 1st choice and especially Josh.

Young man came on time and checked out the situation and gave me a couple of options for repair and the one chosen worked out just fine. I have an older door so I know repairs are just a bandaid but this company is fair and does excellent work. Had a spring break last night. Got on the website, scheduled an appointment for the next morning between 8-10 am. Tech showed up at 8:30 and was gone by 9:05. Was also pleased with how he lubricated and quieted everything down.Was impressed out a double spring replacement was clearly priced on the website and there were no surprises. This company has invested in technology and the customer experience and it shows.

I was unsure if I should take they word or not and after thinking over this for a week I decided to call and spoke with Mark which the other customer told me to talk too. He was very polite and answer all my questions that I had and was even able to offer me service the same day. This is great customer service. So my garage door was so warped it broke the spring. Called 1st Choice Doors, LLC, and Marc came out ASAP. He was very personable and professional. The job was finished in a timely manner and they cleaned up everything.I would definitely recommend

They were great. The owner was able to squeeze me into their schedule. The price of a motor replacement was more than fair. Joshua the technician was super friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job.

Installation to replace a 29 year old garage door operator was done without any problems. Two electric eyes on the bottom portion of the door, a new exterior jamb remote opener, a new remote for each vehicle, and a new interior wall and light operator were also installed. Operational instructions were given for each device. Installer was knowledgeable and friendly. The door was checked for proper operation and all the joints on the door were lubricated. The operation of the door can also be done from your phone.

Customer service was excellent. Going through the process of picking out the door they were able to show us precise graphics. They also educated us on door differences. The information helped make our decision easier since we knew what to look for in quality. They were here when they said they would be, estimate and installation. Much appreciated!

I hate using contractors for anything, but Mark, the owner, couldnt have provided any better service or pricing. Same day estimate, full replacement (hardware and weather proofing) with new opener 2 days later. On time, commutated extremely well via phone, email and text for confirmation of all steps. Only took 2 hours for all work done on his own, very efficient. Price beat Overhead Door by $330. A++ to sum it up.
