Best family dollar Ive been to, but noons gets 5stars

Garbage!!! Wouldnt open product to purchase, even though there was non on the shelves!!! SAD

Ive always, been able to find whatever i was in search of far as household things.

In & out, made good time, getting my3 items, in a line of 2 people, 5-6 items, a piece, seen alot of the employees, scrambling, 2 put new stock, back-up on the shelves. Always A+ active, busy, place, heavy on the commute. Hard, getting in and out parking lot, needs redesign, restructured, 2-flow, smooth&safe.

A good place to do quick shopping. This store has everything you need. Prices are great. Everything to make your house look and smell good.

Usually when i come To family dollar i have A good experience but the last couple times i went, a associate worker named holly, was rude multiple times toward me and my family, i dont Know what her problem is but she can not answer simple questions without getting smart, please watch who you guys are hiring.

No help! ! Store REALLY DIRTY, 2 cashiers but no help talking on cell phones ! Laughing because a customer ran into a locked door when leaving. The only reason I gave it 1 star is because they dont have 0 or - nasty place will never go back. -10

Crowded..needs renovation badly, too cramped. Employees very nice though! Owners need to invest in revamping the inside as well as the parking lot.

This store my not always be the neatest, but the current staff is always polite & helpful.

Family Dollar on West Washington is very pleasant and clean and its a very wonderful place to shop I suggest you stop by and check them out

Easy to find what i needed and store clerk was prompt and friendly.

Very productive

The cashier was talking thru her Bluetooth headset the entire time. Once she finally hung up, the phone rang again and she got right back on her Bluetooth.

Good for sales,and things needed around the house. Always a bargain price.

Employees arent trying to seem like they are better or to busy to help service is great.

Dollar general was closed and this young lady by herself got people in and checked them out. Fabulous job

Has everything in really good price

Around 8 last night 5/20/16, the lady who was my cashier was very very rude! As Im putting my things on the counter she puts her head phones in and calls someone-not business related- ! You could tell cuz she proceeded to say You off da phone wit ya boyfriend now? Ok girl well you know how I told you I was .... ! Needless to say no need repeating the rest of her convo, you can tell its not about Family Dollar! And she never said a word to me except my total! Piss poor customer service and just plain rude!

The acting manager on duty at 2:pm on 2/24/16 is predjedist. Anothe woman of color verbaly attacted me in the store. After i said excuse me ahe went off..callin me white trailer trash . threatening violence on me. . in front of all customers and the cashier. She was screaming and calling me names. .And your manager dis nothing but laugh..And to top it off..your manager went to the aggressor asking you okay boo what happen and laughed with her.never once asked me if i was ok or what happened. Because im white. The manager was on her phone talikng to her friends the whole time..she always is on the phone. She cared less that the woman was attacking me. Im not predjedist at all and it sickens me. I have a son in law of color and a grandchild mixed with love. .i come in this store atleast 4 times a week. Something needs done about the acting manager ASAP. IM NOT STOPING IM GONNA REPORT THIS EVERY WHERE I CAN.
