Unfortunately this is not nor has never been the case with Finish Line. It’s customer service departments their policy and procedures on ordering and whether or not their computers are updated to which I was informed Buy one of their customer service reps. They are not updated on a daily basis. Hence my problem, I have recently ordered the same shoe three different times. According to their website they’re in stock. So I order my size in Lou of them following their policies and procedures. Finish Line then promises their customer that this order will be expedited in a timely manner. To which it never has been I have to call 3 to 5 days later and find out that the size I ordered is NOT in stock never was in stock and that their computers are not updated so therefore my shipment of the shoes will not be shipped because they do not exist. The consolation to me is oh well your money is still pending it’s not like we took it or anything. What kind a customer service is this what kind of company is this. Unfortunately this has happened to me now eight times. Where I have found a shoe online ordered it in my size waited for over a week and never received the shoe. All because they never actually had the shoe but the computer said they did. Finish Line also has my phone number, my email. But never took the time in that week to contact me to tell me that the shoe I ordered was never actually in existence. I was the one that always contacted them to find out where and when my shipment would arrive. They don’t have a recourse in problem-solving to reach out to the customer and tell them hey we made a mistake and those shoe size don’t exist they wait for you to contact them. This is beyond horrible customer service. This climbs up the corporate ladder To blatantly disregarding their customers. I have tried several times to talk to a supervisor/manager. One time I was able to talk to a supervisor who sounded just like the customer service rep. Come on Finish Line pull it together you’re killing your customers was such disregard but have absolutely no problem holding onto their money until the customer reaches back out to you.
I purchased a pair of shoes last month on 6/3. I purchased these in store, the following day the store was closed for reconstruction for remodeling due JD Sports taking over. When I called the store I was informed they would not be able to accept the shoes until the remodeling was done. The person at the store informed me I had to drive about 90 miles to the next closest finish line if I wanted to return them. I called corporate explained my situation and the lady on the phone was absolutely ruthless, zero help. Asked for a manager multiple times, she would not give me one. She eventually agreed to send me a shipping label via email this was on 6/10. I still have not received it, I followed up numerous times throughout the month of June and was ignored the entire time. I followed up with JD today at the mall, they informed me they would take the shoes. I then drive to mall where they eventually tell me they cannot take the shoes. I have been on hold with corporate again for over an hour trying to get a shipping label (7/9). I will never purchase anything though finishline/JD again. The way I was mislead throughout the entire process has been frustrating.
Idk if they renamed Finish Line to JD or what, the Mishawaka IN location is now called JD and I dont know why!!!

I went to Finish Line today at Valley View Mall in Roanoke, VA prepared to spend money with them. I walked in the store and observed three sales associates and no customers. Not one associate greeted me. I looked at the shoes, still no one came to asked me if I needed help. I picked up the shoe I wanted. Still nothing. So I sat on the bench with the shoe. No response. So I got up and left. What terrible customer service!
I brought 2 pair of the same shoes for a set of twins. When they arrived in one box there was a size 7 and a size 3. The other box was okay. So I returned the screwed up box for them to replace inturn they canceled my order and refunded my money. So I sent the second pair back because they were for twins and I wanted the same shoes. Please tell me why they received the shoes April 3rd and its May 4th and Im still trying to get my money back. After 4 long calls of them telling me 3-5 business days next call will be to the cooperate office.
4 stars, because as a tractor trailer it is a tight spot to get in and out of with cars going around you to their parking lot. The restroom for truckers is a long walk to the office around front where the cars park. The truckers are greated with a cage, to stand in, while waiting for someone to come to you about your load.
FINISHLINE EMPLOYEE STOLE MY SNEAKERS. I PLACED AN ORDER ON 4/23 AND RECEIVED THE SHIPMENT ON 4/25. I WAS UNABLE TO FIT THE SNEAKERS AND DROPPED IT OFF THE STORE AS A RETURN AND IT WAS NEVER CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF A NEW PROCEDURE THEY HAVE IN PLACE DURING THE PANDEMIC. THE STORE IS ON262 EAST FORDHAM ROAD. BEWARE $75 STOLEN FROM ME.I returned to the store that same day and the Manager stated that the new system doesnt provide receipts.I did get my refund weeks later.I updated from 1 star to 3 stars because I did get my $. I took off 1 star for stress and the other star is for the poor service.

Bought a pair of Adidas tennis shoe spent close to $200.00. Few day after the shoe was defective, bought it for and exchange, and I was honest when they asked me if I wear them out, they couldn’t tell the difference, but I said yes. They toll me sorry no exchange or refund. You need to call Adidas your self. Be aware you try to support local stores, not anymore, I will order on line.
Very unpleased with the customer service, they was suppose to ship my sneakers out with 2 day rush. It took 2 weeks to get the sneakers, then when I got them. One shoe was white and the other was yellow. When requested to ship them back I was told, I would not be charged to send them back. I then had to pay $10 to ship them back. I informed them that I need the sneakers ASAP for work. Was told the new pair would be shipped out soon was they seen the sneakers was shipped back. Call two days later was informed that I would have to wait 4-8 business days after they received the sneakers and processed them. To get a new pair, I asked if I could get them express due to it being there mistake and was told no and there’s nothing they can do, that’s the process. Yet being a loyal customer to them and just spending over $300 with them in the last month. This will be my last purchase from them ever.
I went to the mall this morning. There is a new jordan shoe out and apparently they gave out raffle tickets to get in. It wouldnt be so bad but the staff doesnt make it any better by taunting the customers saying I got my Jordans and if you dont have a ticket you dont get in.

On 6/5 cashier 0327339 from Willowbrook Mall in Wayne, NJ processed my sons online order on register #4, by packing 1 White and 1 Silver MISMATCHED Nike React Element 55 in a box, LABELLING the order as a successfully picked SILVER pair and proceeded to ship the box to us at our home address some 982 miles away. I called Finish Line to report the error on 6/12 and was told since there are no more Silver pair of those Nikes anywhere, that the money would be refunded to his account. It is now 6/23 and the $ has still not been transferred into the account. TODAY, I called Finish Line for the 3RD TIME, and was informed that although the refund has been processed, it will not be transferred until 1) I securely pack the merchandise and take the box and return slip to a UPS Store and 2) the merchandise is recieved at the warehouse and processed, and 3) the bank takes an additional 3-5 business days to actually transfer the money back to the account. BUYER BEWARE!!! If you order from Finish Line then you too could be exposed to this THEFT BY DECEPTION. At no point has the company ever offered compensation for the lies, my time, and the serious inconvenience of our money being gone without a trace. We are FINISHED with Finish Line!!!
Order some Jordans for my Grandson they charged my account even though the shoe was not in stock and never notified me of the situation.It has been 2 weeks and no phone call or letter in the mail letting me know i was never going to get the shoes mailed out.
Still waiting on my refund from October 28th they claim to have canceled two checks and reissued them but no checks have been processed or delivered I have the Usps app..

I give a single star to be able to give my complaint, today 8-17-2020 I was Finish Line of the Westland Mall 1777west 49th street Hialeah Fl 33012. I was truly abused by a store employee named (Yusleni) truly very rude disrespect to me person, marking comments in the form of a threat to me, offenses in short, very aggressive, the manager asked her to leave and she ignored, and I asked respect for my person and she continued. I made a complaint to the corporation I hope they dont have such aggressive and disrespectful people in this company

I was dumb and didn’t look at all my charges on my accounts. When my credit card expired this year, sports illustrated sent me a notice that I owed them for this years subscription! I paid for sports illustrated and sports illustrated for kid for 4 years and didn’t know it! Now I’m out over $300! Neither sports illustrated or finish line has refunded me. Google finish line and sports illustrated, and see what it says!!! Been scamming people for years! The punks at the counter get kick backs for signing you up! They do it without asking! I promise that I am not the only to get scammed here. If you bought from here ever, check all of your bank accounts for unwanted magazine charges. Do NOT order form this company. My husband ordered sneakers for me for my birthday on May 23. On May 25 I recieved and email confirming that they had shipped and a tracking number for UPS. After a week, I checked the tracking that game me a delivery date. The delievry date came and went. When I tried to track them again, ther orderstatus changed from shipping to A label was created. The company is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. I tried chat. It wasnt working. I tried to call, I couldnt get throug. I emailed twice. After three weeks of trying, I finally got to speak to someone who said hed re order and have them ship via two day shipping. The confirmation number he gave me doesnt work and I still do not have my sneakers afetr almost a month. BEWARE!
Received my order exactly 21 days after it was placed and 20 days after I received an email saying that it was shipped. I am beyond disappointed that there has not been any consideration on crediting this purchase for all of the hassles, lies, and no communication that I had experienced.I was contacted by a member from the Customer Care Engagement Team initially to discuss my experience since I left a poor review about my shopping experience, but they never followed up with me despite me trying to reach out via email several times. No one in customer service seems to want to listen or attempt to correct an evident failure on Finish Lines end during the 2018 online Black Friday shopping experience. Again, this was a truly disappointing online shopping experience from start to finish.
Order 4 pair of huaraches. Checked out and got and email that my order was cancelled. Talk to Dee Dee in customer service. She was able to do nothing. Ordering online with this company is like sticking your private parts out the window of a moving car. It may hit something or it may not. I will NEVER order from these bumbling people again. They intentionally draw people in and excite them with great prices just to create traffic and then cancel your order. Thanks for nothing finish line. I waisted 2 hrs of my life.

I will never order anything from finish line again. I originally placed my order on 12/9. First they sent me damaged shoes so I have to request to exchange them. Originally told me they would be here by 12/19. Shoes were never shipped out. The shoes I returned for the exchange were delivered to them on 12/17, still no replacement shoes sent. I called them everyday this whole week with no one helping me. Every time I ask to speak to management no one will transfer me. No response to emails either. I have been promised by 6 different people that the shoes would be here before Christmas, dont worry they said. Now it is 12/21 and guess what? No shoes have been shipped. I called again, a different number this time, and now I am hearing, your shoes wont be here by Christmas! This company is a complete joke, you do nothing to help your customers and fulfill the promises you have made to them. I ordered shoes well ahead of time for a Christmas present and now I wont even have the shoes I ordered because finish line does not quality check the products they send out and does not care to keep the promises they make. Adding 88 points to my rewards so I can have $20 off another purchase if I make that purchase within 30 days makes up for nothing. I just wanted the shoes I ordered on time for Christmas!
I placed an order for a hoodie, sweatpants and a pair of sneakers on 12-16-18. I received the sneakers and pants but never received the sweatshirt. I checked online on numerous occasions to determine the whereabouts of the shirt, but it only listed “shipped”. I called today, 1-24-19, only to be told by a customer service rep that the item was lost and not in stock for it to be sent to me. She stated I would receive a full refund. This Company should have recognized that the item was lost, and advised me, not the reverse. This was my last Finish Line order, because a Company that cannot follow up with me about my order status, does not deserve my hard-earned money.

Recently ordered a pair of slides, socks, and sneakers. Order arrived next day with my name/address/etc on shipping label. When opened box, it was a completely different order of three pairs of sneakers. Contacted Finish Line and was asked if I would drive the items to the nearest store. I declined and indicated I just wanted my order. A shipping label was forwarded and I returned the items to a UPS store. FL had told me a replacement for my order would be sent out. Several days later I had not received any confirmation a replacement order was sent. As noted, I ordered 3 items and they were all being shipped separately. I inquired as to why I had no confirmation that a re-order had been submitted and was told they would not ship a replacement item until the other items were returned. I was on the telephone for over one hour, they could not explain why my order was not being immediately filled, and I was not allowed to talk to a supervisor as requested. I persisted and noted why would I have to wait for my order for them to retrieve thee mistaken order from me (plus it was sent and could be tracked via UPS). Again no answer, more run around, and I decided I would like to cancel the entire order. They insisted I could not cancel at this time either, more back talk, and ridiculous excuses. Then I was put through to a supervisor that indicated they would be shipping out my order but needed time to make sure it was processed correctly. She indicated that perhaps they rushed the first order and that is why the error occurred. The customer service was horrific, they made an error and had no interest in resolving the matter efficiently, and had nothing but excuses. I may refuse the order if it every arrives, may have my credit card refuse payment, and will not consider Finish Line for any future purchases. ZERO STARS -- HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have been AN EXTREMELY LOYAL Finish Line customer for over 20 years. 98% of the shoes that Ive purchased are Air Max and some Jordans for my sons. Over the past 2 years I had not received ANY of my Rewards Circle Coupons. Id been in the store several times til they told me to call the 1800# and theyd take care of it because they are good with loyal customers. I called and called and never got anything accomplished. So in Nov I called again knowing that I had spent SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars over the last year or so. The lady I spoke to said oh wow youve not been issued anything since 2016 because of a technical error, that theyd straighten out my card and that I was owed $240.00 in rewards because I spent over 2000.00 in the last 2 yrs and the 2 they never sent me for my birthday. I said great its about time. She told me itd take 3-5 days with tech support to fix my account but that my coupons would be sent out. I gave it about a month and checked back and it was still a working process. Its now been nearly 3 months and NOW they are telling me that I am only going to get $60.00 in rewards that its their policy to only allow that amount in the time of my last purchases and that they were sorry. Im thinking no thats b.s. Im owed a pair of damn shoes since its their admitted fault I never received my stuff even after my several contacts to them to get this fixed. I spoke to 3 different people today and the supervisor was the worst. Not only could I barely understand any of them but he literally basically just told me I was S.O.L. that they have a policy they have to stick to and Id only get the $60. I will never ever buy anything from this company ever!!!! we placed an order online and they told us that UPS never picked it up. so they had canceled the order and reorder the shoes we wanted. well they were on back order and they canceled the order and issue a refund, that was going to take 5-7 business days before we got it. well after a few weeks I called back and they advised me that the refund did not go through and had to resubmit it. and tat will take another 5-7 days. Two 9 days later I called and I was advised that the refund did not go through again. UGGGGG!!!. so we are still waiting on our money and its been over a month now. This review is making me give a star but I did not want to give them anything...........
Awful experience with Finishline. I ordered a pair of shoes as a gift 2 weeks before the holidays and paid the expedited 2 day shipping. They never arrived despite stating delivered a day early.. then a couple days later finishline emails me that the shoes are arriving next day.. they did not. Whatever reason finishline thought it would be a bright idea to turn off chat and email customer service due to the holiday volumes. So only leaving things to your call center staff and limiting hours is the best move when support need is most increased? I work too I dont have an hour to wait on the phone during my shift to talk tonsomeone.. it took nearly a month to get any sort of assistanc . Was advised 3-5 business days for a refund and on the 9th business day I was 3 more . Never buying from this company any.
Finshline customer service is the worst they do whatever they can do avoid peoples problems with used shoes they send out online as I purchased $192 pair of shoes that was all scuffed and marked up and they say stuff they never honar such as they will tell you they sending a gift card and never send it

Very Frustrated for the past 3 days on returning my money back into my bank account. Representatives were professional however the process was frustrating after not receiving any type of refund. Finally I got in contact with someone that had empathy and was able to rectified my issue. Please work on better customer service phone line and especially on the same day without having an automatic voicemail especially when there is no product and you charge my account!
As an employee I can honestly say I love the company and am a true fan of casual and athletic footwear, mostly basketball. On the downside Im dealing with a shitload of corrupt management. MUCH respect to the real manager who hired me for always being a quality manager.
INTENTIONAL SCAM ARTISTS!!! DO NOT USE CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS AT THEIR STORES. I went to buy shoes for my son last month. During the transaction, the cashier said You will receive a free six month subscription to Sports Illustrated with this purchase. I shrugged my shoulders and said ok and went about my day. Within a week, I began to receive Sports Illustrated Kids magazines (my sons are adults...no kids in my house) as well as Sports Illustrated magazines. Then about six weeks after shopping at Finish Line, my credit card company notified me (via fraud alert) that Time Warner magazines (Sports Illustrated) are trying to charge me $26.63 for a magazine subscription. I called the number to Time Warner who said that it is for the SI Kids subscription, which I NEVER asked for.So this company shared my credit card information with a third party (never authorized such) who just took the liberty to begin charging on my credit card without my consent. Why would a company do this? This is VERY, VERY shady. I called and spoke with an assistant manager who said the cashiers are supposed to tell you that you will be charged (NEVER EVER did). So obviously, they are taught and trained to lie to customers. I asked to speak to the store manager Lauren, who was too chicken to call me back. This is despicable behavior. You trust someone when you purchase something and they charge things on your credit card without your consent or knowledge. I will never, ever, shop there again. I actually am fearful of who else they may share my information with.And, by the way, if you do a quick google search you will find that there have been thousands of complaints dating back a decade, but obviously they dont care enough to protect their customers. They need to sneak things onto your credit cards to make money. Thank goodness Chase called me and alerted me right away (they know its a common scam) so I can have the charges disputed and reversed.
The WORST customer service EVER. Ordered a PAIR of sneakers for my daughter, paid for expediting shipping, received 1 shoe. Called and was told the other shoe would be sent via next day mail. 6 days later no shoe and no one can tell me where it is. Store managers refused to give me a tracking number to try and track it myself. Got the run around from customer service and the store managers. I was given a refund to satisfy me.
Very disappointed with Finishline. I purchased a pair of Air Max 97 QS online for $195.30 and what I received in the mail was A Used Pair of sneakers that was dirty all the way around including the bottom with scuff marks. Now for that price I would think they should know better. Suppose to receive a replacement, but I am not planning to buy from Finishline again. Only giving them a star because I had too.So, BUYERS BEWARE!!
I had a bad experience with customer service about an order that they cancelled that I waited a month for. I wrote a bad review here but I found they responded to someone else and told them to message them on Facebook. I did this and would recommend this to anyone having issues with their orders. They responded quickly and took care of my issue immediately. The customer service reps on the other hand were no help at all. Save yourself time on the phone and message them through Facebook. You will get a much better response.
I ordered an e-gift card as a Xmas gift. Received conformation. Several hours later received an email stating they are unable to complete the transaction. I checked my bank account and there is the money pending. Called the joke of customer service. 1st I had to call another number(which she gave me the wrong number) to get to the gift card number to call. I wanted to either get the gift card or have them release the hold of my $100. All i got was an insecure apology; and she kept repeating it will take 3-5 business days to refund my money. Obviously I have no card or money. What the rep suggested was to go buy another card while Im waiting for the refund. Now they will have $200. Not acceptable. She would not give me a manager or give me the corp number. Then she hung up on me. Called the other cust service number again. He would not give me the corp number. Then he hung up for me. Never, never again will I shop at this place. I understand why the ratings at all rating business is so low.
I ordered my shoes 9/19/15 and I still dont have them. On 9/22/15 they said they were shipped but there was never a tracking number and there still is no tracking number to the date. I talked to 10 different people and waited on line for hours after all the times I called in trying to get information about my shoes and there was always a different story and always a promise to follow up if in the meantime I didnt get hung up on which is terrible customer service. With the inconvenience of it almost being a month and still have no shoes they only gave me a 10.00 credit which I dont feel is right because I have spent so much money with finish line. On Thursday 10/8/15 Betty put in a replacement order but still no tracking information and all the people before who I spoke with why couldnt they have done that. All in all Im still waiting but in the mean time they got my money.
The very worst online, and in general customer service I have ever had. Any online place in the world has to be better. I am now a member and fan of Foot Locker. 17 days to get my order and that was after i canceled it. Then corporate calls and says well i guess you dont need a refund beings have your order waiting at an accesses point for UPS. I am taking my order straight to a brick and mortar store for a refund, and going to Foot Locker. They have the same shoes 20.00 cheaper anyways
Finish line in jackson, Mississippi have poor customer service. They dont ha e enough staff and too many attitudes. Finish line didnt have my shoes in stock so, they order online. They told me my shoes will be here 3 - 5 business days. I never received my shoes. I called finish line my shoes never left the warehouse. I called customer services asking for a refund or could they ship overnight. They couldnt ship overnight. I contact corporation office. They will refund me money back in 3-5 days. I never received the shoes. I willnt be shopping at finish line again poor service in the store and customer servics.

I entered for the raffle my ticket was chosen they called once and didnt leave a v/m unlike the ticket said they would. i asked to speak to the general manager and of course Anthony was unable but was able to relay a message through another associate named Jasmine that if the people didnt answer he went to the next person and didnt even bother to leave a voicemail which mean he disregarded the raffle rules for Finish line . Also i called back within a few minutes to see who number is was and it was a busy tone numerous times i called. finally two hours later i was able to get a hold of someone that told me they gave my shoe to another person. I will be calling corporate because the store manager didnt follow the rules that was stated on the ticket and i dont find this fair. Cumberland mall Ga

I ordered Ultra Boost in true green size 12. They were available in size 12. Placed the order got confirmation a week later they cancel saying not in stock. This is the SECOND time this has happened to me with Finishline and I’m never use them again! I’ll be contacting BBB as well. This is ridiculous. Don’t put an item up online if it’s not in stock. I really think an employee took them for themselves as it was a limited colorway.... unacceptable!
FinishLine doesnt deserve 1 star. They dont deserve any. You are taking an approach to ruin Christmas all over America from what Ive already read online and next to my own experience I understand why people are upset. I am livid to say the least. You sold me a product that you dont even have!!! The audacity. I didnt want to buy something you sold to someone else yet you took my money and arent even sorry about it. When I called customer service not only was I barely able to communicate with your representative but she made sure to tell me a store had fulfilled my order and now youre not getting it... I wonder why she had a clear and certain answer yet no one reached out to me to inform me? What I find even more disturbing is that I have confirmation that your store is known for selling items in store at a higher price even after using the items to fulfill online orders. Isnt that illegal???? You cant sell 1 thing to 2 different people. I am going to make sure anyone who can read, any ears that can listen and eyes that can read lips know that it isnt worth it to spend their money at a business that will screw you over and ruin your childrens birthday, holidays or any other special occasion and not even have the decency to apologize let alone contact you. I will tell every person I know to dump their FinishLine stock while they can still get anything off of it because it is worthless.
I ordered a watch for my boyfriend for a Christmas gift and I never received it. It had been a whole 2 weeks after I had placed that order. So I called customer service and the lady said shed send me a new one or whatever & that I would receive an email regarding the new watch coming in, I received a completely different email than what she said I was going to get. So I called again and was on hold for an hour. The first couldnt even speak English, and then the second person I spoke with said I would receive a refund. Its almost a month later since I placed this order and I havent received anything. A refund .. Or the product. I will never place an order with them again.

They take your money and tell you lies about shipping and ordering and then give you the run around. Customer service is a joke. They are foreign and have 5 canned phrases: are you a member of our loyalty program? Thank you for choosing Finish Line is there anything else I can help you with? let me put you on hold for 2 to 3 minutes and call the store where your order is. Ironically, none of those statements is real. They dont care. I have been on the phone for about an hour either on hold or being lied to and there is no way Im interested in their loyalty program.My end result: we will send you a $20 reward coupon for your inconvenience and we have cancelled your order. But since you paid case, it will take 1 to 2 weeks to get your money back to you.I said how about you take that $20 and put it toward sending me my money back sooner. The fake supervisor will see what he can do. yu huh. Ill probably never see it again.

They do not stand behind their product.I purchase shoes for my son 3-7-2016 and tried to return them on 3-8-2016 was told that they did not have another 12, I could try another size or spend more money. Went back today 3-18 because my son cant wear these shoes they have a bump in the button that made his foot raw in 20 minutes.I asked for a refund they refused asked for a manager and he would not give me his name when i said i want to civil sue the company. I am hoping this will get a response so i can file papers Monday.

If I could give Finish Line negative stars I would. This company is obviously suffering and is working on bare bones technology and staffing. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Devon, supervisor Michele Powell both in Customer Care in Indianapolis. Both employees are slow, incompetent and in need of looking for employment in a simpler environment. Additionally, their Pineville store #96 store has the same problem. The information and technology doesnt work and they do not take care of their winner circle customers. All I needed to do was exchange a pair of sneakers because of size! I asked for some sort of compensation for the total of 2 hours of my time for this exchange and was told no!Well Finish Line, The Wall Street Journal article dated 1/7/16 For the latest reporting quarter, the retailer posted a $21.8 million loss, a swing from a profit of $2.6 million a year earlier. This is the worst company i have ever delt with online. They charged me twice for the same pair of shoes, once for a pair they canceled the order on becuz it was out of stock, and twice for shipping and handling. I have waited HOURS, and DAYS to get a representative on the phone. And they have all been EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. They dont care about youre time or apparently your money. Twice a supervisor was supposed to call me back and it has never happened. They said 3business days to get my money back to me. And it has been almost 2weeks. This is bullshit. I will never use this company ever again
I ordered shoes in the store on 2/28/2017, a week later I get email stating that shoes are out of stock. Went to store to receive my refund and they informed me that I have to call customer service. From there I have been talked to rudely placed on several long holds, asked to be connected to supervisors and was not able to speak with anyone. I have not yet received my money and or product. They sent a check out to a wrong address. Had I not called would have never known that I was suppose to get a check refund. The item ordered was my sons birthday gift. I have no gift or money to replace my sons gift. Very dissatisfied with Finishline customer service policy and refund policy that i was not made aware of when i ordered items in the store, and will not be a returning customer.
I contacted corporate 4 times about how I was treated at the Elyria Oh store. I never got a call back from the regional manager I called back to speak to someone in a higher position and every time was told someone would contact me. I have been trying for about 3 weeks. Poor customer service from corporate office. One time I was put on hold for nearly 15min. While they checked on a contact for me and then they eventually hung up my call. Who wouldnt get frustrated. Its all ok when you are spending your money but other than that they dont care anything about you. Do yourself a favor and shop at another sporting goods store.

I order two pairs of shoes on 07/18/2017. I received the order on 07/24/2017. One of the pairs had two right shoes. I contacted the company via email and was sent a return shipping label. The representative asked if I wanted a replacement order or refund. I responded to the email stating Id like a replacement. On 07/26/2017 I used the label to send the mismatch pair via UPS. On the same day I received another email with conflicting information stating I would receive a replacement once my return was received and also that a replacement had already been sent and I should receive it within 4-6 days. Because of the confliction, I emailed back stating I would rather have a refund. A Clarence responded stating it was too late because the shoes had already been processed and expedited. On 08/01/2017 I verified with UPS that the mismatch pair had been received by Finishline. I received no confirmation from Finishline that this was the case. On 08/04/2017 I emailed again stating the replacement order had still not arrive. I received no response. I emailed yet again on 08/06/2017 requesting a response from customer service. That same day a Sheila P responded stating the mismatch pair I sent back was received on 08/01/2017 but the replacement order was still in processing status. Her exact wording is as follows, Please be informed that it may take within 4 to 6 business days for Rush Shipping via UPS. The fastest that the replacement order fulfilled, it will ship via 2nd day air shipping. Once again, the information is conflicting and confusing. I have now been lied to three times by the company and feel that I am being scammed. I have attempted calling as well, but am put on hold while they search for my order only to be hung up on. After reading other reviews and complaints, I have discovered that many many others have experienced this same type of circling around customer service.
Worst customer service ever charged me 428 dollars for Jordan 12 masters and I did not receive the shoe... Held my money up so I wasnt able to purchase the shoes elsewhere. No way am I letting it go money money was wrongfully taken and I was robbed from the right to purchase anywhere else. I need the shoes I wanted or compensation for the 214 dollar shoe period....
Finish line SUCKS. Worst experience ever I even ordered 2 pairs... Actually was in store and they tried screwing me into purchase the wrong asics. They didnt realize Im a asics nut and thats all I wear. Try to tell me the GT4000s are the same shoe as the Kayano 22.. Anyhow gal says, no problem I can order and have them sent to you. I then receive 3 days later(today) the wrong size and some Flash yellow shoes instead of black. Huh??? So I call customer service, and now I dont blame the lame ass call center they have hired to do their customer service I blame the corporate joker that has the title over customer service. They wouldnt help me, said that they can not send me the right shoes and that I would have to make 3hr round trip to the closest store to exchange, oh and they dont have them so then again I will have to wait 3 days to get em and then hope and pray they dont screw it up again. Seriously disappointed in this company for their lack of service after the sale. Its one thing to be a company that can put a store up in a mall or even make a website but a completely another when you actually take care of the people that pay your mortgages, feed your families, and keep your lights on. Oh and enjoy your vacations this year on the hard working folks of the USA. Did I mention that its bad enough your selling products all made my kids working in sweat shops across underprivileged countries, you could at least make sure the people buying it are taken care of. Trying to make an online purchase for the past 4 days. Website constantly having issues, unable to do check out. While trying to get my purchase there was a cyber 20 promo code going on for 20% off your entire purchase. Now that the website is up and working the promo code has expired and i cant use it to complete my purchase. Called customer service in hopes to resolve my issue and hopefully they would still honor the 20% off my purchase but instead got nothing but appoligies and i wasnt able to purchase the 5 pairs of shoes for my kids for xmas! Not a good experience, used to always het my family shoes at finish line, guess that will change. I will take my business somewhere else, where they appreciate it and make me feel like they care!
I would leave zero stars if I could. I have had nothing but problems with this company since I began shopping there less than a year ago. In store most of there employees had a ton of attitude and seemed annoyed to answer questions or help me at all. I bought a pair of shoes through them and tried to returned them less than 24 hrs later with the receipt after finding the pair I really wanted at a different Finishline that had an employee that actually helped me. They tried to tell me that I had worn them outside and not just around my carpeted living room and they couldnt be returned. After fighting them on the issue I finally received store credit but it wasnt even from the store I purchased them from. The second store let me return them knowing I had bought the other shoes since the first store lied and told me they didnt have what I wanted at any Finishline. They were just to lazy to put it in the computer and look. Months later I purchased some insoles online (the only ones I found that help). I had a $10 gift certificate Finishline sent me for my birthday but when I entered it into the order it just kept telling me it was no longer valid(it was and yes I rechecked the #). It was late in the evening and I really needed the insoles asap so I bit the bullet and purchased them with out the $10 off but I wasnt thrilled. After entering all my info I placed my order and took a screenshot of the final page telling me my order #, the product ordered, the date I would be receiving the insoles and Note containing my email address saying I would receive an email once the insoles shipped. 8 days later I looked up my order # on the Finishline website to see where they were in transit and it told me there was no order # matching what I had. After talking to customer service through email and on the phone the only answer I got was that my order didnt go through but they couldnt tell me why. All my info was correct and I had the $. They couldnt even find anything matching my order # or anything on my account(and Im a reward member). They told me if I didnt get a confirmation email then my order didnt go through when I clearly have the screenshot telling me it did. I asked why I didnt even receive an email telling me there had been a problem with my order and they just kept telling me I never had an order. I got nowhere and now am contacting corporate. For such a large EXPENSIVE company they dont seem to be able to figure things out. Considering its not my first problem with the company and I see several negative reviews Im not sure how they are even still in business if this is how they do it.
The customer service I think are idiots hired as a game to play with the consumer. I order a pair of shoes and couldnt even get a notice saying they didnt have them in stock. A week later called and more none sense.then reordered a different pair if sneakers and got 2 different sizes. I just dont get the incompetence they have and how ignorant a company so large can be. Placed a order and a full 9 days later they cancel part of the order, however the items showed on the website available and in stock and in real time inventory from what I was told by customer service. The prrices went up, bait and switch going on there.Terrible service, no way to do business with.
When I first joined the company I enjoyed it very much. I spent 1 year and 5 months there while going through DM after DM and Store Manager after Store Manager. I became an Assistant manager while working there. The newest Store Manager was hired based off of no one wanting to take over the store that I was working in without having any knowledge of what to do in the position. She did not know how to do anything at all! My question to that was how do you expect to excel as a company if you dont even care about who you hire? Well, recently pending an investigation I was terminated by the company without an specific explanation as to why. All was after I told the DM about how the store manager goes on dates with sales associates, loses her keys, comes to work hungover, allowing family in the back room, allowing sales associates to do interviews, etc. Only thing that was told to me by the DM was that I was insubordinate to the new store manager and causing a disturbance, which was completely untrue. He told me that my actions of not leaving the store while asked by the store manager after telling him those things was insubordinate, even though he himself told me to just go out on the floor and sale after she was upset when I told him, but still continued the termination process. I tried calling corporate, but they never contacted me again or responded to my phone calls. Now Im hearing from some of the employees who still work there of mistreatment and they are nervous to go to someone about it because of what I dealt with. This company is very unprofessional and does not care about its employees.

The question is asked what did I like about it? Is this for real? I will never shop here ever again. I ordered just a tshirt in the beginning of November and it is now January and still have not received it. I have been calling and emailing finish line for a refund. First I get told ops ups never picked it up its still at the store so I asked for them to send it and give me a refund for waiting. I got $10 refund... OK sounds great was told by December 1st I would receive it well December 1st came still nothing gave it another day tracked my package and oh what does it say? Ups voided my package. Oh OK finish line... so I emailed them like a million times never got a response called the stupid customer service line and waited on hold forever. Never actually got to talk to someone cause the phone would just hang up on me. So I kept on emailing and finally after Xmas I get a response and Im finally getting a full refund. .. well I thought... they gave me a partial refund so I email again because I am not paying Dr something I do not have now I have to wait even longer just to have a full refund. I will never ever shop here again. How do u a run a business like this? You know you arent the only place that sells sneakers and tshirts right?
Recently made an online purchase of a very high profile basketball shoe. Of course Finishline sent us the wrong size.Upon calling them and telling them they made the mistake they offerd me no solution besides a refund. My sons xmas present is now ruined thanks to finishline.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IN REGARDS TO HIGH PROFILE SHOES.

Wish they had 0 stars 1 star is too many, placed sn order and whie placing the order, I noticed that I order5the wrong size, I called immediately and was told thst they will try and cancel, a few hours later I noticed it was never done, I placed a new order and asked for them to cancel again, was told unable too, but I would get a refund once product was returned, have veen waiting on my refund for a month have to speak to customer service st least once a week and still no refund. Btw the sneakers I ordered were previously used. This company sucks. I contacted better business Bureau hoping they csn help.
Ive been trying to contact them for over two months about fraud on my credit card. I call and always get some out of the non speaking out of the Country/ English person that doesnt give a crap about what I have to say and doesnt want to help at all. I get transferred several times and then disconnected on. How do Finish line sell shoes at two prices on line but if you pay the full price they will cut the shopping out for you and then the Supervisors cant help you out but they can take the shoes down after you call in. I will know longer shop at Finish line and I will know longer tell people I know to shop there !!!!

I will not be shopping with finish line ever again, Im stuck with 170.00 pair of shoes I cant return. I went and bought the retro 11, 72-10 and I wasnt even allowed to try them on before I bought them, after I purchased them, I tried them on in the car they didnt fit how I like I tried to return them and was told I wasnt allowed because they are Retros. But Before I even cash out for them I was told I could bring them back, been on the phone with there customers care line since Saturday for hours .... Horrible, wont spend my money with them again,
I am livid to say the least. My husband ordered shoes 12/16 that unfortunately were lost or stolen (still didnt get a straight answer). I called on 12/28 to request further information based on tracking saying it was undeliverable and that later showed to be a waste of time. I stayed on hold 50 minutes(which I understand with it being holiday season) and the representative advised package wasstolen/lost but will issue refund. She advised that refund will be 5 days. At that time I asked if there was any way to expediate refund or if they can issue a store credit or gift card but she said that was not an option but I can rest assure it is being done. Fast forward 5 days, Jan. 2 2016 and I check my husbands acct. and no refund so I decide to call to ATLEAST make sure it is just a bit delayed. Unfortunately, that was not the case and the refund or record of order discrepancy was not shown. Representative then provided the same options as I had 5 days earlier, a guaranteed refund. I apologized to the rep. (as I know this is the script they are provided) and requested to peak to a Sup. or Manager. And the reason I asked for one, wasnt to complain abut my current rep. but most importantly receive an email confirmation that the refund was actually being issued this time beng the rep. advised FinishLine does not provide email confirmation and only her name and batch # can be provided. The previous rep. provided me with that same info. and nothing was able t be retrieved with that so I didnt have confidence that this time it would be done. She provided me with a gift card option for inconvenience but no superior was available both times I asked for one. I then asked the same question if an insta-giftcard can be provided as an insta-giftcard can be purchased online. She said she would check with her superior ( funny how they are available for her question shortly after, right) and after a few came back and said unfortunately they cant. Im 50 minutes at this point so I decided to trust in the process this time. She provided me with her batch # and name so lets see how it goes.I think every complaint should go along with a recommendation. This is all could be avoided with a simple email that refund is in process. I dont know if you can check how many times we order from you but it is a shame that the first time we have an issue it isnt being addressed correctly or any urgency.

I place an order on Friday the 18th, By Monday the 21st I received an email telling the order was processing and shipped on the 20th. I was prompted to track my order on Finish Line site but all that was stated was that the product was Shipped again No Tracking #. By Wednesday I still have not received a Tracking number, So I called the Customer Service and after 28 mins. I was greeted by a representative from the Philippine. After 20 min. of communication barrier, the Rep. advised they would call the store in which my shoes would be sent from. The passing of 15 more mins. ended with the line being disconnected.I was greeted with this same experience two days later and again the following Tuesday (The day I am writing this review). After 11 days I feel as I was taken advantage of and I hope other can advoid the frustration and the time lost while on hold as Customer Service will be right with you as Your time is valuable BS.
Customer Service was so helpful . I was insterested what tye of cushion insoles were available . I was happy when I was given information on what they were made of (it makes a huge diffrence ). I was however, not able to make a purchase at the time . I will shop with Finish Line in the future. Thank You :) to Jessica for your time!!!
