Came in from California to do a rap show and I scheduled an appointment with Sam to get my car done. This dude is unprofessional at keeping up with our schedule, never calls back and had more excuses than a convict in prison!! Im recommending all of my rap homies far and wide to boycott this place!! I ended going elsewhere to get it done!

Its been a week since I had my remote car started installed. I have used it every day and have truely enjoyed getting into a car that is already warmed up and defrosted.When dropping my car off for service I spoke with the owner/sam regarding the install of the starter. He took the time to discuss a potential issue that could surface due to the make of my vehicle. He wanted to make sure I was aware of additional expenses that could arise with my car. I truley appreciated that extra effort!! With him explaining things up front only reinforced his customer service ethics to me. Very unusual to experience such and I was very impressed.Fortunately there were no additional expenses and Im driving pre warmed up car. Thanks for the great customer service!! Its CRAZY to me how your open for business but your installer is out for a week if YOU DONT HAVE ANOTHER INSTALLER TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS THEN YOU SHOULDNT BE OPEN UNTIL U CAN SERVICE EVERY CUSTOMER especially spending the kind of MONEY I SPENT HERE‼
