I love everything about Nelson alarms. Mark was out today, outstanding work and wonderful customer service.

The company I work for has used Nelson Alarm for fire and burglary for over a decade now and they have always been an easy company to work with. Their response time to system issues or needing to put the system in test mode has always been top notch. Their technicians are always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They also have a range of options so you can decide on the quality of equipment that you want for the application, from best value to best quality.

This is a great company. I have used their services for almost 10 years. Their after-hours tech, Tristan, was extremely helpful walking me through an issue due to a low battery. And there was the courteous follow-up on Monday to make sure I was happy with the service,

Excellent service from Mark. He called ahead of time, explained what he was doing, and made sure we knew how to operate our updated system.

Tech provided exceptional service and answered all questions I had. There were a few issues with set up but he stayed until all issues were resolved and made sure I fully understand the system before leaving. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I just had the team from Nelson Alarm install a new security system with outside surveillance cameras at our home. They did a tremendous job with having to install this new technology in an older home. The guys were professional, courteous and friendly. Installers showed up on time both days. They had a schedule and stuck to it for 2 days until the job was done. Very organized and did a great job for us. Will use them again for future projects.

Nelson alarm does a great job for our home security.

Nelson alarm took over the security installation of our home from another company. The original system was older, half hard wired and half wireless with multiple smoke detectors, heat sensors, glass breaks and door sensors. The wiring at the control box was a tangle of cut wires and ends all wadded up together and nothing was marked.The service technicians were amazing, and working in a single, long day for extra hours.... they finished the job and added and set up two new system control panels.Despite the long hours and having to trace and label the existing wiring, the helpful and cheerful attitudes and the professionalism and knowledge of the service technicians were above and beyond what was expected and necessary for a business to be successful. They asked questions in order to provide the service we wanted while maintaining the aesthetic quality of the home when placing new equipment and were able to prevent any major reconstruction when removing the old.The service technicians even made a video for us on the operation of the control panels and helped us set up the app on our phones.Thanks to Nelson Alarm and its trusted employees, our home is both safe and secure,Thank you Tristan and Spencer.

Great experience with Nelson alarm. They were able to schedule and upgrade to our system with less than a weeks notice, and when they had a cancellation they offered an earlier slot to us. Spencer was the tech who came into upgrade our system and he was great. Very flexible with my schedule, efficient in getting it installed, and personable when showing me how to use the system. Would highly recommend Nelson Alarm to anyone who asks!

Nelson Alarm is a great company. We are out of there service area, but since we have another store that uses them, they agreed to helping us out! I would definitely recommend them. Their team is great, there product is good, and it was a lot less expensive than our other options.

I wont use anyone else at this point. The self-serv companies offer weak products and the old school, hands-on security companies are too expensive. Nelson Alarm has found the perfect middle ground for the serious home security customer.

I have requested many times for you to stop charging me for the service that I canceled, do not need, and for which you have no right to continue billing me for. What do I need to do to make these charges stop and to get a refund for the unauthorized activity on my credit card? Your agent who contacted me this morning replied to my email after many days, then charged me without authorization, without any service period or itemized list that defines why Im even being charged, yet again. What a completely ridiculous way to do business.Please have someone contact me as soon as possible and not the rep who thinks its acceptable to continue billing for a service that your customer is requesting to cancel.
