Jeremy was AMAZING. I had a huge issue with my security system and could not for the life of me figure it out. He took the time to deep dive the issue and got it all squared away and even helped me do some of what I needed to do. He was very kind and I truly appreciated him taking the time to not only help me but to also educate me as well!

Shady business practices. automatically renew services without you as a customer requesting it. Then have the audacity to send you to collections, after you call and write to cancel your services. they actually sent me to collections on a home i havent owned in almost a year and agan, i canceled my services and never requested them to have service at a home I DONT OWN ANY MORE!SCAM, SCAM, SHADY

I have had my system since 1998 and I have had peace of mind ever since it was installed. The staff that monitors my system have always been very helpful the few times that the alarm has sounded. Every time it has been a minor indicator but just knowing that someone is on the other end of the phone when needed and help is on the way if necessary gives me peace of mind.

Our tech Rocky that services our location on 146th st is awesome. Very knowledgeable and takes a lot of pride in his work. Highly recommend this company

We had a break in recently and Circle City Security Systems came out and gave us a great quote and had it installed within the week. They have great customer service, answering all of our questions and prompt communication over phone and email.

This company is a really wonderful service they are local and easy to get a hold of I just had my alarm installed from the start of business trying to find quotes to the install everyone handled themselves very professionally Lisa was very helpful with getting me set up for a very reasonable price!! I was so thankful once the product was installed they did a walk through tutorial with me they call and check on me everytime my alarms go off this company has been very helpful very polite now that my home is protected I feel so much more comfortable at night now I can sleep like a baby again I am so happy I was able to find them through google if your looking for something cheaper then ADT and frontpoint this is the place!!!!
