3 months to get a patio door installed. Horrible communication even with Management. 3 people working with me and nobody Never knows what step we are on. Shelly ( ast manager), Monty ( department manager), Ron ( Associate ). I just spent $3400 on a washer and dryer, which was also a headache. Paid extra for installation and it was installed wrong. And I had to spend my time and effort contacting the manufacturer when it wasnt even their fault. SAD. Definitely looks like I picked the wrong home store to trust

Well it was frustrating trying to purchase basic washer and dryer sets advertised but on backorder. The $400 and $500 models were out with no availability date predictable in numbers to satisfy anticipated orders. As a result we had to go for $600 models.

They were very helpful returning merchandise that was damaged during shipping. Thanks to all the employees

Asked for a flat bed cart and the person at door said, go outside and get one because people leave them there. Sad that the manager doesnt have employees picking up carts and they except their customers to go get them, just sad..
