They had a good selection to choose from. I was very happy with my purchase. They has plenty of cashiers so I got to check out and leave pretty fast.

Bought my son a pair of boots and he was very pleased with my selection. I like Shoe Carnival you can always get great deals.

Ive not dealt with their customer service too much, but the selection at this location is incredible! They seem to have almost any style of shoe that one could think of, with plenty of options of sizes as well.The most impressive thing to me was the amount of work boots offered. Many other shops only offer two or three brands of work boots.

I feel like they have to be understaffed but this store was a chaotic mess when I went. I usually love the deals but I didnt want to search through the messy aisles and mismatched, unboxed, and sometimes missing a partner mess of shoes. I hope they can get it back together because it has always been a good store to shop for the family.

They had a good selection of childrens shoes that ( I think) were reasonably priced. Store was clean except for the random shoe boxes on the floor but thats to be expected. I wish they had another person doing check out cause we had to wait for a while. But all in all pretty good.

It was the day before the first day of school. It was completely slammed. But they had good selection and employees were helpful. The line went quick. My son loves his cool new red pumas.

Greenwood shoe carnival is the better than other sites in my opinion. But I can only give 2 stars because shoe carnival no longer does the buy one get one half off. That was the main reason I shopped here. Bring that back please!

Obviously a great place to purchase a pair of shoes… however this is an awful carnival. Exactly 0 cotton candy booths, no rides or games. I did not even see a clown.

They didnt have enough tennis shoes in stock. Plus no buy one get one half off deal right now. Disappointed and the line was really long wrapped around the other side when you first walk into the line to check out. The cashier we had just walked up and she was quick for us to get out. Thank goodness for her speedy ring out.

Good shoe store, but didnt have what we were looking for this time. I wish they had a bigger boot selection. They have heaps of work boots, but somewhat limited selection for casual boots.

Love it when they have great sales. I always shop here for good quality every day type shoes. I always find cute nikes or sandals. My only complaint is the tiny aisles. You can never try a shoe on right there and let someone pass. They are too narrow vand the lines always long because they only have 2 cashiers. Working.

I was upset that they no longer have the buy one get one store wide, I could have really used that!!!!!

Worst place to shop for shoes. Got our shoes, waited 30 min in line to check out, and came to realize they had put the wrong size shoes in the box. Instead of letting me pick out another pair and check out. The horrible and unprofessional management told me I would have to go to the back of the line and wait when all they had to do is go get the correct size and check me out. Would never spend my money here. My advice to anyone is just to stay way from here.

Selection was horrible. Encountered a dozen grouchy employees who did not in any way care to help. Waste of time

Went here to get a family member some new shoes. Greeted as soon as we walked in the door. Very clean and organized shoe store. Pricing was average. There was a buy on get one half off sale going on. So, he got 2 pairs of tennis shoes for $88. Not bad. I do wish there was a bigger selection of shoes available in wide width. He has wide feet and not all average width shoes will fit. He did find a few pairs though, so we got the deal.

Very nice staff! Good deals on some good shoes. I bought a 100 dollar pair of Nikes because they are comfortable and i work in a warehouse. They were totally worth the money havent wore down yet!

As soon as I walked in I got hateful looks from the staff. No body helped me, not did they ask me if I needed help. I stood in line for over half an hour and finally I sat my shoes down and left.

This is the biggest shoe carnival I have ever seen. Its clean and nice. But I did see some southside hillbilly get thrown out last time I was there. Who knows why.

I have been there three separate times and could not find the right shoe in the right size. However, the service and help was pretty good.

Found my work boots great price under 100 bucks.

Line was toolong and they didnt have enough converse to choose from.

Was never greeted by associates. I needed help for a size and could not locate an associate other than the one at register and she was busy.

I bought a pair of Fila shoes that were on sale. I should have known better than to buy shoes that were on sale because obviously this place was just wanting to get rid of them.The shoes are poor quality and after only two weeks of light use the sole is starting to wear.

Clean, staff was helpful, shoes were being updated when I was there.
