Great selection of beer and homemade root beer. Kids are welcome. Very select menu that tries not to waste food or ingredients. Smart concept. They sell cans of each type of beer on tap.

Not my thing. I think it is really uninviting and very confusing. I seem like a bother just being there. If you like beer it might be worth a trip as the actual product is amazing but the establishment was not my style at all.

Made a stop at Triton on our way out to Deer Creek for a show. We enjoyed a flight and some pretzels. It’s a pretty cool spot! Would definitely come back.

First time going. I ordered a beer flight and smoked shredded beef tacos. Both were phenomenal. If your near Carmel I would suggest visiting.

Walked there from the Fort Harrison Inn for dinner. Atmosphere and decor was great. The servers were busting their tails all night and were very friendly. Unfortunately they were either short staffed or unorganized in the kitchen, as it took an hour to get our food from the time we ordered. We had a burger, which was fantastic, and the loaded mac n cheese, which was very good. Without us complaining at all, the server comped our drinks since he was well aware of and apologetic for the kitchen delay. I would give it 5 stars, but had to drop when dinner takes 2 hours.

Best fried mushrooms weve ever had, great beer and great brisket tacos. Staff is very friendly and outside seating allows dogs. Wife had the fish and chips, absolutely delicious.3/17/19 update - Triton does not disappoint! Just had the best tenderloin Ive found since moving to Indiana. Great beers as usual.

I love Triton! Matthew is a great server and he is always attentive and on top of his game. He gives us a great experience every time and is very passionate about the beers, giving a good description of each one when we ask for it. Thanks for good beers and excellent customer service!

So, the beer is good and no complaints here. Was really excited for the Barley wine, but their policy prohibited fills of that particular brew, and it was only available on tap. Disappointed, but no biggie.However, I ordered online and just picked it up. I got 3 orders of wings @ $12.00 per order. Got home, and there were 3 wings in each order. THREE WINGS! Feel absolutely reamed spending $36 for 9 measly wings. Maybe my taste buds were overwhelmed by my disgust at the portions, but guess what? They werent that compelling.Would definitely never order the wings again and doubtful if I would try anything else on the menu if this experience is indicative of portion size. Considering the other options in Indy, and lack of value for the money spent here, returning to this place for anything is a dubious proposition at best for me.

Great place! There’s a pretty extensive beer list and some wine options as well. The food menu is also pretty good! There’s a nice outdoor patio for the summer. Service is quick and friendly. I’m not much of an IPA person but I wanna try every one of their beers at least once!

Very very disappointed. My dad, a disabled veteran, was, up to today, a very loyal patron of this brewery.Our group of 10 was seated outside, we ordered our beverages and quietly reviewed the menu. The waitress took our order and returned inside.Another waiter came outside and awkwardly informed us that our waitress was not comfortable serving us alcohol. Im one to admit when there are some out of control within the group but we were completely behaved and can only imagine that it was my stroke ridden father who relies on a cane due to his unsteady gait that led the waitress thinking we shouldnt be served. Sad to say they lost very loyal customers today.

I want to love and support this restaurant but Ive been burned twice now. 1st time I chalked it up to just a bad day for them. Unfortunately my last to go seared yellowfin tuna kohlrabi bowl was lacking the yellowfin tuna. Gave em a call, they apologized and offered/told me the full price of the bowl had been refunded. LIES. No refund. If you are looking for honesty and consistency this is not the restaurant for you.

Wife and I gave Triton Brewery a try last Sunday based on a recommendation from friends. Nice atmosphere and decent selection but absolute HORRIBLE service. The guy waiting on us was rude, seemed to have a “chip on his shoulder”, was super slow and smelled heavily of alcohol himself. We will be taking our business back to Sun King along with letting others know of our experience. Sorry Triton. Hope you rectify your issues with staff.

I have been coming to this place for years due to the proximity. I like a few of the beers but its always been a little pricey there to me. Went in with a friend the other day to eat dinner, drink beer, and refill growlers. The few people working seemed overwhelmed. We only ended up getting one beer each and left. Great they keep adding more and more tables but they might want to add some staff to support it. Sorry Triton.

We visited this establishment on March 20th after hearing good things about it from friends of ours. Unfortunately due to poor service and a messed up beer order we will not be spending our hard earned money there again. We went to Sun King Brewery after leaving Triton and had excellent service even though Sun King was packed with customers.

Beer has always been terrific and the new tangerine rail splitter is terrific! After talking to management about some issues I had with the fried food I was notified by one of the employees later to come back because they had switched the recipe and would love for me to try it! Wide selection of local beers, food and ample seating (indoor and outside) to enjoy this local Indy brewery. A great idea is to visit this place after hiking or biking at Fort Benjamin Harrison State Park and celebrating with a beer afterwards.

Really lovely place. Food was great. - onion rings fried to perfection! Good mix of flavors in their other dishes. Lengthy beer menu as well. Lots of IPAs to choose from.The service was friendly and prompt. This is a place we will return to many times.

A cool space, especially during the summer months. My wife and I stopped here while touring local breweries, and we were happy with our experience. Staff was friendly, and the beer was good enough. We bought a bottle of our favorite sour to go.

Super cool vibe here, the beer is great (though I must say I was crushed when they didn’t brew the strawberry blonde), the employees are super nice, and Triton supplied us with difficult to find items at the start of Covid when they turned into a bodega!Prepared food can be hit or miss, I liked the chili a lot and the pulled pork nachos, but the Pasta and chicken dish I ordered arrived with cold pasta and used what appeared to be frozen chicken tenders - would not order that again.The re-branding they’ve done is fantastic. Also enjoy the outdoor seating area they have. All in all, I can forgive the food because it’s a brewery and they’re well versed when it comes to beer.

My first time here really enjoyed it I had the OG mac and cheese was incredible. I tried three different brews including two stouts they were all excellent would recommend.

Fantastic local beer brewery and restaurant. They have a great selection of beer and some visiting taps, such a ciders (the peach cider was delicious, especially on a hot summer night). They have a nice outdoor patio as well as inside seating. We only ordered a few appetizers, but the fried portobello sticks were awesome.

Not really my first time. Been coming here since they first opened. Still coming back. The bistro was a nice addition. Ive had most variations on the food menu and all are very good. A bit spendy but the quality matches price. I do miss the food trucks they used to do. Oh yeah, beer. Great. Good selection of IPAs sours, stouts. If you areucky enough to be here when their waiting on wood series is served they are great

Triton recently started serving food. Ive eaten there a couple of times and can highly recommend it. I have had the BBQ sandwich and cheeseburger. Both were very good. I also highly recommend their beer battered onion rings. Of course they brew their own beer and have one for every taste preference.

Love the beer, love the space, and the patio is pup friendly for well behaved dogs on a leash. They now have food, I did not try any this visit. Kayla gave wonderful, attentive service to our group that was there for an extended time. We never felt like we had over stayed our welcome! Cheers to an all around legit place🍻

I have visited many breweries all over the United States, and Triton has been one of my very favorite. From the first time I walked through the doors I was treated courteously, and since then the trend has continued by EVERY member of their staff. Also, unlike many breweries, every staff member knows about their beers and is excellent and giving recommendations.Something that is unique to Triton, is their ability to continuously change their brews available on tap. If your visits are even a week apart, youll probably have something new to try.Thank you Triton for introducing me to amazing new beers, always treating me like one of your friends (and all of the other patrons as well), and keeping the atmosphere cozy/clean. I hope to see the Triton family thrive in the future!

The new food was amazing! Im a fan of hard ciders vs beer and the drink that was recommended to me was great and a coffee/chocolate ale I tried was interesting as well. Great experience!

Had the beer before but never been to the brewery till the other day. Nice little place, didn’t try the food but from what I saw looked good. Tried the peanut butter stout, very very good. Will try to come back sometime if I’m back in the area

Will not be spending money at this business ever. After refusing some one service and threatening to have them removed by police over a game on their personal device the owners should feel ashamed. Huge let down to the community. After this experience I now know where not to eat or partake in beverages. There are so many better places to eat and drink with much more choices and much better quality of beer while dont discriminate their customers for playing a game on their own phone. The staff here should worry less about violating peoples privacy by peeking at their phones and should start learning how to make beer and making their paying customers happy.

Just moved to Indianapolis and this place was the first place I went to on moving day. I tried a couple of their house beers and they were both excellent. I like sours and they do not disappoint! I took a couple more home (not sours) as a six pack and a half growler and I liked both of those as well. I will be back, no doubt. My only complaint was the only item on the menu other than a salad suitable for vegetarians was a quinoa based veggie burger which was just not good, kind of slimy and void of flavor. I would have been much happier with a basic Boca burger patty and I dont love those, but I appreciate when meatier restaurants at least try. So thanks for the effort, although I would love to see a little more meat-free options on the menu.Just for the record, if you eat meat and you think a certain meatless meal is tasty, so will vegetarians. Grilled cheese, mac and cheese, sorry vegans and even a portabella based burger option would make me give them five stars - because the beer is really good.An added bonus for me was seeing a rainbow flag hanging in the restaurant, which helped me feel better about moving to a much more conservative place than where I used to live. Ill be back!

Did the tour here while vacationing in Asheville. Great time! Our tour guide was AWESOME! Funny and informative. Im not a big beer drinker, but what I tasted was good!

Quality is the word I associate with Triton Brewing Company, from the brewery to the bistro. The staff is knowledgeable and beer list is extensive. You dont have to be a beer nerd to feel welcome there.

Came in mid afternoon wasnt busy. We waited 10 minutes for water. Then another 15 for beer. Let alone, not even taking our order for food.

I used to pop by for some fish n chips (which was decent) and play some Pokemon Go while I ate. Woke up today to a very rude post about Pokemon Go players on the Triton Brewery FB page (which has since been deleted) and a story from a respected community member about lack of service and the owner threatening to call the police, all while he was not playing the game. I wanted to read reviews and give Triton the benefit of the doubt, until I noticed every response from the owner on here is a cut and paste about only asking players to get out of handicap spaces, which someone playing GO might have done (I have no idea what transpires when other people play this game) but is absolutely not why people are angry and to my knowledge had nothing to do with the community member in question. This blatant dismissal of the issue and the aggressive response by Triton makes me very uncomfortable, and I wont return to a location that will call the police on me for sitting and eating my food while I play a phone game.Edit to the owner response:Case in point.

You can’t go wrong with the Sinbin. It’s the best beer i’ve ever had ( i think). Awesome place and cool people. Dog also welcome there on the patio which is awesome.

I am disappointed when I wake up this morning and find my sons and I are no longer welcome at Triton. Took me a few hours to piece together what happened the other night. Your mediocre customer service and underwhelming food will not be missed. The atmosphere will be though. My sons loved being able to go into the general seating area, sit down, play Pokemon Go, or let their batteries charge while we played Uno or some other game. Going to the bar with Dad was one of the highlights of the community days we attended. The fact that I am not welcome with my sons despite not having anything to do with an incident leaves a terrible taste in my mouth. It also leaves a lasting impression with multiple generations in my family that we wont soon forget. EDIT The apathy from the owners cut and paste response further confirms my judgment. I appreciate the follow up.

Ingredient quality is inconsistent. For example, the pork nachos have excellent smoked pork and fresh jalapenos with cheap, canned nacho cheese. Its a disservice to the quality ingredients that theyve skimped on the cheese.

Excellent beers and location - one of our favorites. Rail Splitter is a great local IPA.

Used to be a decent place to go and have a drink, but not anymore. The owner does not support the community, has refused to serve patrons, and threatened to call the police. If we arent welcome in his establishment, he is not welcome in our community.

Went twice. First time service was sketchy, gave them another chance today and will never go back! Service was worse. Beer not very good either. Been to many Indianabreweries and this one ranks close to the bottom.

I would say the negative response is due to your mistreatment/discrimination of a customer, whom you served water, then proceeded to not serve them for 30 minutes while you served other newer incoming customers. You try to spin the story saying that its all about the handicap spaces, when it has been so much more than that. Sorry, you arent the only one with a narrative. People should know that you chose to discriminate against a customer who was trying to support your business, but what did they get out of it? Bad service and apathy. This is truly when you deserve these negative reviews. You earned it. Everything happens for a reason. Everyone can interpret it for what it is, but truly as a business owner you are free to operate how you want, but be prepared when you decide to discriminate against customers, period.

Great food, the nachos and their chilli are both really good! everything is fresh and tastes homemade especially the chilli! Their beers are always very clean and crisp tasting too!

This place was fantastic. Being someone who has visited so many breweries in the US so far (40+ and counting), its not very often that I am impressed with a brewery. But this place impressed me quite a bit. They have 20 of their own beers on tap at a time!!! Oh my! The Funky Gingerbread Man is an awesome brew. A little bit on the pricey side ($13 for a standard flight, $17 for a specialty flight), but overall, worth it. They have food trucks stop outside that serve pretty righteous pizza. Only wished I lived closer...

Really it should simply be enough to say best IPA in the Midwest but as the kitchen is about to open, its a great place after work or anytime to find a fine selection of locally brewed beer is called for.

Nice brewery with good beer, but someone PLEASE help me understand why kids are allowed to run around in your brewery at a place thats supposedly 21 and over????? Kids and alcohol dont mix, so why are you allowing children in your brewery who are also disrupting a good time by paying, drinking adults?????
