Very nice, friendly and considerate. I had to replace all 4 tires. I was able to get in and get it done fairly quick considering its FCFS. They called to let me know as soon as it was done. Will use them again.

We stopped here on our way out of Indiana. One of my tires was making us a bit nervous for traveling any farther. We finally found our way into the car center lot, and we were assisted fairly quickly, but it was very chaotic and busy. After we waited in line to pay, we were told that the 2 hour wait we originally were told about, it was changed to 3 hours. They were short staffed according to the gentleman at the counter. We just simply could not put the trip off any longer, so we had to find another place close by to assist with our tire purchase and installation.
They dont take people as they show up will never come here again I would pay more money for better service go somewhere else
Called to purchase 600.00 intires and guy answered phone, wallmart tire department, we are closing soon then when I asked for a price he said our computers just went down. Call me about this.
Lost my tires that had to be special ordered. Told me theyd be there by the next day and they got lost. The guy called me told me that for sure be there Thursday so he scheduled a time for me to come in. That time comes we go to the shop and theyre not there and they didnt call us to let us know so we wasted our time, gas and the tires that were bald for the reason we needed new ones. Just basically lack of communication. Or no communication is more like it.

All 5 of these stars are for Jimmy in Sporting Goods. On Saturday 10/27/18 the automotive department had an employee that wasnt able to make it to work so Jimmy was moved into the cashier role in the auto dept, which as other customer and myself saw, is more that just cashiering. A couple of us had to wait 3+ hours to get out. I always take my cars to this location for oil changes, usually on a Saturday, and it has never been over 1.5 hours. I dont dare go to the County Line and Emerson location. Jimmy had to call for a manager a couple times for help but one never came. He kept a great attitude and communicated to upset customers the best he could. The customers that had to waste 3+ hours of our Saturday should have been offered something for our time and bad experience. Jimmy said he has only worked for the company for 2 weeks. I hope Wal-Mart promotes him before someone else that can offer Jimmy more money discovers his upbeat attitude and willingness for hard work. Great Job Jimmy! Would you please buzz me out? Thanks
Update: Still come here to pick up miscellaneous items for my vehicle, They do have a few nice people that work here, especially ☆Tyler☆! Hes always been very helpful. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~After finding a new mechanic that only charges $30 for an oil change, my car no longer ticks or sounds like a wooden roller coaster going uphill! I think maybe they werent changing my oil every time. Or maybe they werent changing the filter!? Oil started leaking, something was not right! Now my car sounds fine. Garvins Auto is were I go now!Previous review:I think most of the mechanics quit today!?! One car in a 4 car bay. Customers car thats in there said hes been here for 3 1/2 hours for a tire repair.Employees act like customers are bothering them when you come in here.Just found out they DONT even have a grease gun for the chassis lubrication that customers are paying$$$$ for!!!Isnt that called FRAUD?!?!Would be a great place to open a garage!!!
Prices are fair but caused me 700+ in damages, overtighten lugs, next time I went for service broke 9 studs off out of 16 on car, never will I bring back, techs are clueless. Use lube dummies, take at own risk
This place has extremely rude customer service reps. I’ve never been to Walmart to have my oil changed, however they were the only service place opening up at 7 a.m. and I was nearby. I get there and it’s unclear where I should go. I ask a customer if I’m in the right place and she tells me I am. I walk to the customer area only to have a customer come to be and tell me the customer rep says I can come back where I was and talk to her. Once I walk back outside I can barely hear what she’s asking of me and I tell her I want an oil change. She tells me it’s going to be an hour. I told her never mind, I can find better customer service elsewhere for a wait time like that. Never again will I go to Walmart for anything other than what they’re good at and auto service is not that. I was going to inquire about other services but they blew it with my business.
Came in and had great service, Bill was very helpful and I am glad he was our technician tonight.
Dont waste your time.....thinking 1030 on a Monday wouldnt be busy I decided to stop by to get an oil change and pick up a few things in the store. I pulled in line behind one other vehicle, Since no one came to check me in, I approached the young woman playing on her phone at the desk.At this time there were two vehicles in bays and two employees on smoke breaks, so I asked how long it would be for an oil change. I was told at least 2 to 2 1/2 hours. When I asked why so long I was advised there were 4 cars in front of me. The message was delivered in a matter of fact manner, as if this was usual.Deciding to give this business in which we literally spend thousands of dollars a year, a chance to address this lack of service, I stopped by tbe service desk to speak to a manager. When I inquired about staffing, i was advised 4 staff members are usually scheduled in the dept...2 to write everything up, and 2 to do the work. I suggested at that speed they close the department as it was not providing any real service.Googling the closest oil change service, I went to Jiffy Lube 1.5 miles south, I arrived at 1101 am, was greeted at my car, and advised 1 customer was in front of me. At 1120 am, yes 19 minutes after my arrival, I was on my way. Oil changed, car vacuumed, and windows cleaned. And they have coupons on line.I also made my other purchases at another establishment. I dont need to spend my hard earned money at a business that doesnt value me or my time.
Came in around 6:30 to purchase 2 tires didnt need them installed, guy said they had 2 brands I asked for a price on one of them then he gave me some bs about the door automatically locking... And therefore theyre technically closed which makes absolutely no sense do yourself a favor and heed the reviews just go elsewhere.
Wish there was a 0/5 star option. This place is just insanely terrible.1. I had them install tires on my jeep, they put the tires on backwards.2. They didnt even balance the wheels even though I paid for a lifetime balance deal.3. Went back a week later for them to actually balance the wheels this time.4. I left after they finished balancing the wheels and heard a strange noise. They told me my car was making that noise before service. Lol..... that was a lie.....5. I later found out what the noise was. They STACKED wheel weights on my rim, so when I drove they would scrape against the brake caliper making a very loud noise.Long story short they did a very poor job, and instead of relaying to the customer reasons for mishaps, they just lied to me and told me to go elsewhere for serious service. lol so I went back and got my refund for the life time balance deal and will never take any vehicle back to this Walmart Auto Center.Walmart Auto Care Center, lol nope it should be Walmart Auto IDGAF go somewhere else for service Center
Getting new tires is frustrating no matter where you go, but I have been happy with the Goodyear products from Walmart, which are priced well below the competition. I had an issue during my install at this location, but am pleased to report that the manager addressed it very quickly and appropriately...thank you for that, honestly didnt expect it to happen.
Called twice to get an eta on wait time, each time someone picked up phone, waited a few seconds and then hung it up. The 3rd time I called the lady answered the phone lime she was at home. I asked is this the Wal-Mart Auto center, she said no, its up by the front of the store. Youll have to callback and ask them to direct you to the auto center. I said Ive already called 3 times, can you... She cut me off, said uh huh, and hung up on me. Why would I trust them with my vehicle when they cant even be trusted with a phone call.

Terrible service. Kept the car for the entire day, said they would call when it was ready but they never did. Turns out they wouldn’t do the oil change because of a leak but didn’t bother to call.
Doesnt take 2 and a half hours to change 2 tires. Hire adults, not children.
So needed new tires for some used rims for a truck i plan to sell. went to camby walmart waited 4 hours and they used so much lube and didnt wipe it, that it slung all over my truck and tires and stained, they put my directional wheels on wrong, and tried to over charge . went back to address the problem and was informed thats the way they do it and was nothing wrong. finally after much stress the mechanic (and i use that title loosely) agreed to pay for new tires from another shop. So now we are at this walmart on US 31 explain the issues to the manager and they agreed to take care of me and appologized for the crappy service at the other walmart. Well low n behold they did the exact same thing, grease all over my tires n truck and rims still on wrong. Talked to the assistant manager of the store, after i was cussed at by one of the techs that refused to fix the problem, and was no help, asked to talk to the head manager of the store and he would not give me a name or number to contact them. BE WARNED TECHS DO NOT NEED TO LEAVE TIRE LUBE ON WHEELS TO THE POINT IT SLINGS OFF AND CAUSES DAMAGE OR JUST LOOKS REALLY BAD. In my opinion walmart will hire anybody who has the ability to turn a wrench not the know how to do a job right, even the simplest like changing a tire. I guess you get what u pay for and Walmart charges like a hooker, to screw people n leave em high n dry. BTW Antonio and Ronnie i got the Head managers name and did one better n also called corporate. Ronnie assistant manager why would u care if i record a convo in a public space, when any walmart you walk even close to will record you 24/7?
Worst customer service EVER!!! Fred in the tire center was extremely rude and acted bothered by having a customer. I will never take my car to this Wal-Mart tire center ever again!
