I was put in a horrible situation and needed my window to be fixed ASAP. It’s cold outside, winters coming and I had no passenger side window. I called Century Glass Auto at 9pm on a Friday night. They were there the next morning... fixing my window! They are the most amazing company I have ever used in my life. During this stressful 2020 year, they came to my saving. I love them! I’ll use them for all my auto glass needs.

They did an excellent job. They were easy to talk to and the customer service was great! To top it off they had the best deal on the windshield that I needed as compared to the other places I called.

Called at 9:00 am. Had my right rear window replaced by 1:00 pm that day, and they came to me. Every other place I called needed a day to get the parts, they didn’t. Competitive price, phenomenal service, good guys who did the work. Would 100% recommend.

Very professional and knowledgeable! Sentry has done 3 of my vehicles and i am 100% satisfied and at ease knowing theyll do it right. I own my own body shop and paint cars and understand the improtance of doing a job right. Also there is a difference between amateurs and professionals and these guys have proven over n over again that i want THEM to do my glass! I read other reviews about the company, and well they mustve changed people because Ive seen 2 of there crews now and both are timely and professional and polite. Good group of guys id say! Havent had any problems and I watched the install every time and talked to em and no doubt they have years of experience. I would recommend them to anyone. Price and quality cant be beat. And quick and clean. Best in the Indianapolis area by far.

I had a broken windshield from a flying rock and was trying to leave town on a business trip. In a couple hours I stopped by the Sentry shop and was on my way. Great value also. If you go somewhere else you are doing yourself a disservice.

3rd times a charm? Took them 3 tries to get it right. Got glue all over too. Might be cheap and fast but Id rather pay more for a job well done.

Sentry Glass has been servicing my fleet of semi trucks for years. Every time you call - you get the owner on the phone. They often have the best pricing and can usually be out the same day. I dont trust my trucks windshields with anyone else.

I had a chip that became an 8” crack, so I called around and they were the cheapest in the area. They came to me within 24 hours of calling, and did a thorough job putting a new windshield in my pickup (not an easy job). The technician actually fixed a piece of plastic molding that had been out of place below the window for years. The windshield looks like new, and it only took about an hour in my office parking lot (plus it was 99 degrees out). Great company, great service – highly recommended.

Couldnt get them on the phone, couldnt find it by the directions. Are they in business or is it just not a place to drop by during business hours?

They have serviced a couple of my vehicles now. They were on time for both jobs, completed the job in a timely manner, will definitely use them again.

Sentry was the lowest price of the three places I called which is good, but the service was great. They used to have a storefront but now they only come to the customer. Arrived as scheduled and did quick professional work. Hopefully I wont need to replace glass again but would use them.

I called Sentry Auto Glass for Windshield Replacement in Indianapolis area. I looked up Auto Glass Shop online and found their location was very close. I was able to get my Windshield Replaced quickly and out of there. They were nice and charged me less than other Auto Glass Shops would have. If you need Windshield Replacement in Indianapolis call Sentry Auto Glass first.

Would give 0 stars if I could...They didn’t get my windshield replacement right the first time or 2nd time. Now they have messed up my sensors and I have to get it replaced by the dealership. On top of that when it was raining the inside of my car got soaking wet and smelled like mold. They aren’t doing anything to fix tho situation. Save your money and go someplace else.

Really I wouldnt even give sentry glass to credit to have 1 star. The crew works very hard overloaded on jobs with little to no help while management sits back and does nothing. Probably the most crooked management I have seen.

They are very unprofessional and also she only takes cash money.They put new windshield in my truck and next day I noticed air coming inside then I called them and guy didn’t diagnose anything and put glue on my camera wire and left.I told them about issue again bcz this time I was in rain and water is coming inside.Then she was very rude and guy came in put more glue outside and within 5 min he left.I told them you need to reinstall the windshield but now she said we can’t fix it and also can’t refund money.She was super rude and calling me lair and dishonest.I paid $300.00 cash to them.Beware of these people.I am going to make appointment with Safelite now.

Very bad and unreliable people.They gave me appointment and I took day off and they never showed up.Then she gave me another appointment in morning and same thing.I took 2 days off but they wasted my time.I got pissed off and called her but she told me we take care of bigger customers who have accounts with us.Finally safelite fixed my windshield.
