I have been going here for years and have always had exceptional service until now. We dropped our car off around noon on Saturday and was told it would be done that day. No one ever called us and when we called, they were closed. Theyre closed on Sundays, so we had to wait until Monday to pick up the car. When I spoke to the manager he said there is a note that my guys called, despite me informing him that I did not have any missed calls from them or voice-mail. He than said, I dont know what you want me to do. I was simply looking for a genuine apology.

Amazing service. Took my SUV in for a tire patch. They not only patched it for free but re-configured my tire sensors that were off since the last time dealership rotated tires. I told them I did not purchase tires from them and would happily pay for service but they refused to accept payment. They only asked for future consideration if I needed new tires. I will definitely be purchasing my next set from them based on this experience.

I brought my car to this location in May for a flat repair. When I left, my tire was full of air and things seemed to be good. I brought my car back in about a month later because it developed a slow leak. They checked it and said that they couldn’t find an issue. I moved to another state shortly thereafter, and the slow leak has been an ongoing issue. I brought my car into a different chain of tire shop today because the leak has gotten less slow.I was informed by the shop that an improper repair was done previously. My tire was “repaired” using just a plug which is a practice that isn’t supposed to be used on street tires and is actually dangerous because it can increase the chance for a blowout. I had to buy four new tires because Belle Tire acted in a disreputable way providing a dangerous repair.I am annoyed at now having to pay a bill to replace all of my tires, but my review is because of the potential hazard that is incurred by using Belle Tire.

They have the best price of the tires I want and their tire installation includes free alignment which is super worthy in addition to other free services like lifetime rotation, flat tire repair etc. their staff is friendly too. Strongly recommended!

I have always loved belle tire in Fort Wayne and it’s been the only place I’ve gone cuz I’ve always felt treated fairly being a young girl. Again, that was in Fort Wayne.So I assumed since moving to Indy this would still be my go to place.However today I was completely ignored.When I walked in, I was ignored for minutes. Every other person was greeted IMMEDIATELY.I was left for over 3 hours waiting for an oil change. EVERY single person who came in was brought in the bay within 15 minutes.None of them had an appointment.I almost left when a woman came in and said “I think I have a nail in my tire” the desk person said “can you hang around for an hour?” And she said “no I’m gunna leave with my friend and come back later”HER CAR WAS BROUGHT BACK WITHIN 12 minutes. She was not even THEREHow do you not notice someone sitting in the same spot for over 3 hours? And not even a $1 discount was given.Oh and this happened last time I was here as well. I had to ask 4 times when I would get brought back. The lady then gave me a small discount and apologized. So I decided to give it another try.Unless you’re a man or come in with makeup don’t bother trying to get service.I’ll never come back. I’m invisible anyway.

The service was reasonably priced and so were the tires BUT I experienced the WORST customer service I have ever had while at this belle tire location. Now I’m sure it’s not like this at ALL belle tire locations, but the 86th street belle tire has some grade A scumbags working there. They don’t bother to acknowledge or look at you when you walk in. They were eating snacks and talking to each other while I was trying to drop my car off for a repair appointment because they damaged one of my wheels. They then proceeded to tell me I was at the back of the line even though I SCHEDULED AND APPOINTMENT to avoid having to wait 2+ hours to get my car back. The staff in the front room where you check in is very flippant and slow and seem like they don’t want to help customers when they walk in the door. 10/10 BAD customer service, but decent pricing for a set of new tires.

Stopped in with a challenging persistent low air problem. No appointment but prior customer. They called me an hour earlier than I expected. They had isolated and repaired the problem and gave me my free rotation and balance that came with the new tires I bought from them almost a year ago. Incredible company and staff!!

Check your receipt. They tacked on a tire protection plan on tires they didn’t even install with no indication to me. I had to go back in and get it taken off. No apology, no nothing. I won’t be back.

I went to this location to get my tire repaired one morning right after getting off work. I was tired and hoped I could get in pretty quick. I had already been online and knew that these places required appointments so I was prepared to be told it wasnt possible last minute. I knew that I needed another tire as well, so while I waited for them to open, I went ahead and purchased my tire and set up an install appointment for the following week. But I was blessed this morning to be waited on by Juan! He not only made room for me to get in right away, but did the service for NO CHARGE!!! I thanked him and told him Id see him next week. He looked perplexed until I told him about my other tire. He then told me if I didnt mind waiting a little longer, he go ahead and do the install so I wouldnt have to make another trip back, and I got both services. The customer service here is impeccable, and nowadays thats seems impossible to come by a business where that is still important. From here on out I wont go anywhere else.. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

This review (about the Castleton store on 86th) is not going to make a bit of difference to their overall rating, but I thought it was worth sharing nonetheless. I bought 4 tires at Belle about a month ago. Since that time, there has been an audible squeak when driving the car. I thought it would go away, but when it didnt I decided to have them look at it - after all, my initial experience was that the service was good and the prices reasonable. So, I made an appointment at 1030 on a Monday morning. At 1210, I asked for an update and was told Hes taking a look at it now. When I turned from the counter, I noticed the car sitting exactly where I had parked it (an hour and 40 minutes earlier). I asked for the keys and left. If they will lie about what was probably an honest mistake, they will lie about other things in an effort to upsell. Disappointed and will not be back.

After buying a used car I took it to Belle Tire for some new shoes. The guys here helped get me squared away with some new tires. Now Im rolling quieter and smoother before and Belle Tires great prices have a lot to do with that.

Josh and Alex were incredibly helpful when my tire picked up a nail. They were able to accept my phone call for help, squeeze me in, and complete the tire repair all within a 2 hour timespan. I appreciate their haste, knowledge, and friendliness.

Service was good. What really won me over was the convenience of their website. Plus they had the best tire prices I could find. Dropped the car off in the morning and they had it back by mid afternoon with everything balanced and dialed in.

Belle Tire on 86th st is wonderful. In my opinion it is the only local place that I will frequent with general vehicle needs. I’ve met several staff there over the last year to 18 months for my and my wives vehicle. Courteous, professional, informative, and willing to help and assist with many things. Everything you can hope for a place of business. Very glad to have a place with people like this close by when needed! The place has always been clean, bathroom included, and the music and people working there singing to it intermittently let’s you know they enjoy their job. A mechanic there was able to hear my wife’s car and tell what the issue was. That’s not uncommon for a good mechanic or probably even a bad one, but they don’t harass you or make you feel bad for wanting or affording certain things, they put you in control. Thankful to them as I found how dangerous it could be if left unfixed and with my wife and children safety is key. They got me the tires one week and the next were able to change both front end wheel bearings. Thank you guys!

Hands down, Belle tire @ 86th St. has been phenomenal to me on several occasions. I bought 4 new tires from them a year ago plus an alignment package. They gave me the best deal on the tires. Since then I have managed to get a nail and a screw on two different tires (I swear I’m a nail magnet 🧲🤣). The first time the screw was really causing air to leak. I called them around 4pm and they close at 6. They said head on up, we will get you taken care of! Not only did they fix my tire when they were already busy, but ended up staying late to do it. Most recently I had a nail in one of my tires again! It wasn’t as urgent so I called and made an appointment for the next day. They fixed that tire as well free of charge, and had me on my quickly. Always nice and professional. Highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service. mislead when they sold me a tire and didn’t seem concerned or interested at rectifying their dishonest practices. do not shop here. they are disrespectful and only want to scam for as much money as they can get. walmart even does better

I had a poor experience at the Castleton store.My wifes Lexus needed tires and I told the store that two of hers were known bad, but the other two should be saved if they were good enough.As we approached the store to pick up the car, they called me to ask when we were coming to pick up the car, as they were closing. (They had not called me to tell me the car was completed, nor that I needed to be there by a certain time.) I answered the call and heard the woman ask someone nearby whether they had bagged/saved the two decent tires. As we were at the stoplight by the store and about to turn into the lot, I saw two employees standing at the rear of my wifes car, trunklid up and about to put two bagged tires into the trunk.We pulled in, parked the car and I went inside to pay. Imagine my surprise when the woman told me that the tires were dry rotted, cracked and not worth saving.I wrote a note of complaint, which started a dialogue with the regional guy. He was friendly and used a lot of words, but there was no substance. I didnt get an offer of accommodation, a partial refund, anything.I also had asked them to assess her cars need for suspension parts and to let me know what they found, so I could likely ok the service. They didnt call to tell me anything about their findings. At checkout, the woman told me what the car needed; I replied that I wished they had told me prior, as I would have had them keep the car and do the service. She gave me an estimate and it was for quite a lot of money, but told me to call three other places, present her their prices and shed blow their prices out of the water. I asked her if she couldnt just offer me her best price to save me the trouble and to guarantee that she got the job, but she said that this isnt how their process works. This would have wasted my time, plus I they had already lost my trust, so I had the work done at another shop.I cannot recommend this store.If I need warranty help, Ill go to another Belle Tire location.

Do not take your vehicle into this store to be serviced, under any circumstance. They are incompetent at best, or just crooks. They wanted to charge me $775 to replace parts that should have only cost $400 tops at another shop. Which I did. But when they got into it, they told me that the parts weren’t even damaged. Go ahead and get tires from them. But Castleton Auto Repairs is the most reliable and honest mechanic in Indy.

Absolutely amazing service. We hit a pothole north of Indianapolis while on a car rally. We had an impact bubble on the front right of Lamborghini with rare tire size. They personally went and got the tire from a location 30 miles away and got back on the road within a couple of hours. Highly recommended!!!

Id gotten a nail stuck in one of my rear tires and was hoping to get a repair. After a terrible experience at Tire Discounters on 96th St. the day before, I was relieved to walk in here and be treated professionally.On a weekday afternoon, they were busy (which I actually was relieved to see...surely, theyre doing something right) and told me it would be a substantial wait before they could get to my car, since I didnt have an appointment. Not wanting to stay and wait, the employee offered an appointment for the next day, since my tire was still just a slow leak. He also offered use of their free air pump at the back of the building and suggested I fill it all the way up and advised I would probably be just fine until tomorrow. He even knew my recommended PSI off the top of his head.The next day, I was checked in for my appointment promptly when I arrived. Unfortunately, they werent able to repair my tire given where the nail had punctured it. A different employee than Id dealt with the day before gave me a sheet with my options, including pricing with and without a warranty, for a single new tire. Again, he spoke to me respectfully as he went over them with me, not rushing through to make a quick sale, not pushing toward the most expensive just because and he did so without being condescending. Basically, he just treated me with respect. He offered some advice, like what would be most similar to what I already had on my car, but ultimately let me make my own decision.I waited maybe 30-45 more minutes before my car was done. They have free Wi-Fi, chairs and a table with stools where I was able to use my laptop.All in all, I would definitely recommend & I plan to return to purchase 3 more tires as soon as I need them.

I recently moved to Indy and was nervous as a young single woman to find an honest repair shop. My other in Fort Wayne was a belle tire so I started taking my car here. This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this location in a year and I feel they are very honest. The first time I went they didn’t tell me what the repairs would cost before going ahead and doing them and they apologized profusely, but it was only a blinker change so it was no big deal, it was like $25. But it was a big deal to them and that’s important.Today I had a very hefty bill/repair and they gave me an actual print out of costs and made me feel like they were very honest.I even called my grandpa to double check and he said that’s a great price for that work they didMy car feels brand new and I’m extremely grateful they were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road safely!

I had a great experience. My tire had been losing air for about a week even after i filled it up. My coworker recommended Belle Tire. I went there after work around 3:30pm.. they were able to take my car into the garage immediately after telling them what i was experiencing. They found a screw and patched my tire for free!! Everyone was respectable and i had a great experience.

I had scheduled online an appointment for 12pm. I got there 10 minutes early and checked in. They said they would get right to it. I decided to walk to Sapporo right next door to eat lunch thinking they would be done by that time, great lunch by the way. I get done eating and start walking back almost an hour later and I see my car in the same spot. I walked in and they said “oh we got backed up.” Appointments are made for a reason. I asked for my keys back as they didn’t deserve my business. I will take my car to a place that honors appointment times.

This was my second experience with Belle tire and just like the first visit, it was a wonderful experience! Fast friendly service, and amazing prices. I got in same day, and only had to wait for about 45 min.-60 min. I am very pleased.

I was so impressed on a situation that took place at belle tire! The team went above and beyond, I was thrown back literally on the decision that was made. I will always respect belle tire for making sure there customers are taken care of and I will always do work with them is some sort of way!!!!

I made an appointment online, and the next day was called and told I would need to choose a different time as the website lets you make appointments when theyre closed.So I had to schedule a new assignment for 3 days later, which is a pain when you have a flat. I arrived at my 4pm appointment at 3:45.My car didnt get rolled in until after 4:30. Its after 5 now and its not done. Expect to be here well over an hour, while one person works on your car and two or three chill in the empty bays in the back rocking out to Sublime.Also, tell Josh to put a damn mask on. Hes working the front desk and were still in a pandemic.Edit: 5:45pm before I got my keys back. Thats two even hours all said and done.

I bring my car here for oil changes and diagnostics. They do a good job. They try their best to explain what they find in ways most people can understand.

I want to commend the fine employees that helped me with my tire on Tuesday 04/06/21. I was quoted a very reasonable price on a tire which would have set me back a little but after checking the tire I brought in it was a bad valve stem and slow leak on the backside of the rim. They fixed my tire and the young gentleman told me he had me fixed up. I was ready for my charges, he said I got you. I was beside myself when he said no charge. This blessing couldnt have come at a better time after recently losing a loved one. I didnt catch his name but know I Thank You! Your establishment is A1!

We received outstanding customer service in correctly diagnosing a slow leak in one of our tires that was caused by a nail. The technician pulled the nail and patched the hole without charge even though we had not bought the tire at Belle! We also appreciated, and have used, the “free air” pump by Belle’s building several times, during and after normal business hours. This company knows how to attract, and keep, its customers. My wife and I highly recommend Belle Tire.

Belle tire has been fantastic. My one complaint is theyre TOO busy. For good reason. It can be hard to schedule a time and I have to drop my car off if I dont want to sit for a few hours. However I usually go on Saturday so its expected.

Needed a very last minute tire replacement after getting screwed over by another auto care center, and these guys were able to hook me up! And my tires are considered hard to find! Thank you guys!

Paid for warranty on my tires so if I had a problem, I wouldnt be stuck waiting. Got here at 1:45, after having another belle tire tell me they didnt have my tire in stock. Was just told my car would not be finished until 6. Unacceptable service considering I paid for the warranty on my tires.

I had a 2 o clock appointment for an oil change. I’d asked them to check out some lights I had out as well. They took about 30 minutes to get the vehicle inside the shop and went about 30 minutes past the “promised time” on the receipt. (50 minutes from start to finish on their end but it took 1hr20m). But they were nice and I’m impressed with the quality of the oil change service otherwise.

Young man was quick and pleasant had to wait a little bit but it was fine since I didnt have an appointment and they squeezed me in.

Trevor was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. After 3 trips to my previous tire store, the team at Belle tire used road force balancing and fixed the problem in one trip. The steering wheel vibration is now gone with balanced tires.

I set an appointment, thinking it would help things go quicker. That did not help. I was without my car for 2 days for some fairly simple repairs. Breaks, a sensor, etc. But the guys did their best to give me a good deal and I appreciate that. I would suggest to them that they prioritize the appointments. The ones walking in and dropping off should be the ones waiting; not the appointments.

Open later than anyone else, so I went by with a nail in my tire in need of help. Mike, who is the manager, said he would try to squeeze me in. There wasn’t a lot of time left before close. 30 minutes later they came out and handed me my keys. They fixed my tire, which I didn’t even purchase there, for free. All the employees were extremely professional and nice. My car was well taken care of. Thanks again Mike and team, I’ll be back!

I went there to change my tires and have my front breakers replaced. I got a good deal on the tires with money back. However, they completely messed up my brakes. The next day, every-time I would hit the brake, it will make that hissing noise. I took it back there not once but two times and they had the same guy working on my car, eventually, he didn’t find anything. So today, I went to a different location (the one on Fishers) and thanks God they have real mechanics there. My car is driving smoothly now and nobody at this location even called of emailed me to apologize. Bottom line is, if you need tires you can check them out they actually have good deals and will match the competition’s price, on the other hands do not take your car there for any mechanic issues, long wait, bad work, and poor customer service.

Went to this place on 86th street on Friday afternoon for the first time. The front desk professionals asked me, if I had an appointment and my answer was NO. They scheduled an appointment today afternoon at 12.30 PM, Just to give a simple rough estimate. I was told to wait for 30 min. (Never understood what is the point of having an appointment when we have to wait for 30 min :)) After 45 min, I asked them mentioning the wait was too long and got a response like they do not know how much time it would take for someone to check as everyone are busy to give me a rough estimate. I just took my keys and drove back home after having almost an hour of wasting my time going there twice, thought an appointment is required to waste our time for an hour. Hope Belle tire has to plan the staff accordingly not to waste the time of would be customers and existing customers.. Not a great experience..

I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had here! Juan at the front counter made sure I received the absolute best pricing, and Duane in the back did a very detailed and attentive alignment on my truck, both were more than courteous and professional. I walked out of there with a better price on my tires and alignment than I planned, faster than I expected, with waaaay better service and professionalism than I have ever seen elsewhere! I’m definitely a Belle tire customer from now on! Thanks guys!

Today was my first time with Belle Tire. I first spoke a few gentlemen over the phone at one location, and they were very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had an answer for all my questions. I ended up going to a closer location due to the condition if my tires. The gentlemen at the second location were great. They were very helpful with getting my car inspected and getting me pointed in the right direction of what my car needed. Thank you Juan on for your time and patience. While leaving the grocery store today I noticed I had a flat tire and discovered a nail right smack in the middle.Belle Tire was the closest spot, so I decided to stop in. I was greeted and taken care of immediately. A mechanic even offered to keep my cold items in the fridge while I waited. Staff was polite and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and had plenty to offer while I waited. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and plan to bring my car back again when needed.

The best place to get tires. My girlfriend and I are going out of town and I needed a tire replaced. They noticed that I had another tire that needed replaced but I couldnt afford two tires and Trevor and Juan went out of thier way to make sure I had two new tires so we would have a safe trip. This is the only place I will get tires now.

Ive been to just about every tire center in the northeast Indianapolis/Fishers area. I was reluctant to go with an unknown tire center in Belle Tire. Following my appointment, I definitely regret the decision. Their pricing was more favorable compared to other tire centers; however, that was primarily due to the timing of promotional rebates running around the 4th of July and a $30 dollar off new customer coupon. Mind you, the rebates take four to six weeks to process. I scheduled an appointment to have two tires replaced at 11 AM on July 1st. Two hours after dropping off my car for the appointment, the installation is still in progress. I approached the front desk, and the assistant manager (Juan) made no attempt to assist me. Im finally acknowledged after approximately ten minutes and Im informed that my car is on the alignment rack (I did not request an alignment and nothing regarding an alignment was mentioned in the quote emailed to me). I declined the alignment service and mentioned that Ive been waiting for over two hours. While Im speaking with Juan, another employee walks into the waiting area and proceeds to hand me the keys to another customers car which leads to more confusion and more unnecessary time spent at my appointment. Approximately fifteen minutes later, my keys are provided and I pay for my tires. Im not privy to Belles business model, but I would think the goal is to sell as many tires/wheels and complete as many appointments as possible within a standard business day. I dont see how taking nearly three hours, with a confirmed appointment, to install two tires lines up with this business model. If Im the exception, then maybe I caught Belle Tire on a bad day. However, if you are shopping for tires, and your time is valuable to you, do yourself a favor and shop around amongst the many quality tire centers in the Indianapolis/Fishers area.

Took my car to Belle for new shocks and they beat the dealer by 50.00. Great staff the car was done later in the day for pickup. Recommend working with Thomas. Will return with future service and tire needs based on this initial experience.

My wife and I was traveling the Indianapolis when our truck tire drivers side began loosing air and was going flat. We pulled o we and changed the tire . After looking up tire repair we found Belle tire just a mile from our location. We arrived pulling a 36 ft 5th wheel camper needing to repair the tire. Belle tire came out, asked what they could do for us, they repair a faulty valve stem, replaced the spare with the main tire that they fix and when it was all said and done they said have a nice day!! I asked the charge of the service and they said No Charge and “Thank you for you Service” you see I’m a disable US Marine and they respected my service to this country that I’m very honored to have served.Belle tire has great service to their customers and great respect to the military .Thanks to all the Guys that helped my wife and I in a time of troubles. I purchased 4 tires for my wife’s car and was treated great. Then I had 2 rear tires put on my daughters car a few months ago and was treated great. She then went to Illinois and while over there, she had a flat tire on one of the two tires she had purchased. The tire place Illinois said the tire could not be repaired. She had to buy a brand new tire over there for $115.00. Today she took the tire that couldn’t be repaired to Belle Tire in Castleton. The went out of there way to help her with the bad tire. They gave a brand new tire for $13.00. She did not purchase the extended warranty. The didn’t have to do anything but the sold her a new tire like she purchase for $13.00. I thought that was great customer service. I will recommend Belle Tire to my neighbors. Great work.

I had never heard of Belle Tire, I was looking online and they match price and they were quick to respond so I decided to give them a try and happy I did. This Belle Tire location always takes care of my cars. The guys are helpful and consistently provide high levels of customer service. Juan and Thomas have been the ones to recently help me out a lot. I urge my family and friends to take their cars there for tires and service.

I purchased my tires from Belle Tire and go in to have them rotated and balanced and the crew is always very friendly and willing to help.

Great prices on tires. My size is almost never in stock, and needs to be ordered at other places. Here, they had multiple options for my size, already in the shop. What can I say- They met all of the requirements! Clean bright waiting room and restroom, the staff was always in the room, ready for progress updates, lots of options for price and type of tire, and within safe/easy walking distance of a restaurant. Im going there again for my next set of tires!

2 hours to get the estimate. Exactly what I told them when I scheduled yesterday. Another 2 hours to do the 1 hour repair. The 2nd guy I talked to was nice, but the first guy would not given time estimates while I was waiting, and again. 2 hours just to look at it after not having time the previous day so I scheduled to come back. I missed an important appointment at 2 pm, would have been nice to know ahead of time that I needed to cancel. Meanwhile I had 4 new tires waiting for me next door at costco that I then had to wait to get those on at . Would have been nice to know I could have just had you guys put them on, since I was waiting so long anyway, but by the time I found that out (the second guy) my car was done so I just went back to costco.

My folks were driving cross country and picked up a chunk of metal in a front tire. With their GPS having issues, I guided them over the phone (I was 800 miles away) to the nearest tire place, which happened to be this Belle tire. They took fantastic care of my parents, got the tire repaired, got them back on the road extremely quickly, and didnt even charge them! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my parents, Ill forever recommend you! They raved about you to me when they arrived. :)

Happily checked out my car for free. I was in the area and my car started making a noise, recently had another Belle change my tires. They verified everything was all good.

Top of the line service! When I got a flat tire they sent someone to my location and put enough air into it so I could make it to their shop. In addition, everyone was so kind and friendly! Belle Tire will always be my go to place! Thank you so much!
