If having your vehicle serviced, be prepared to nag them for information. Had a repair done a month ago and they were waiting on approval from me, but didn’t reach out to get that approval. I had to call them. I was given an estimate. I had to follow up to find out that it was “finished”. The bill was $900 more.Now the truck is back in the shop. Same symptoms but different problem. I have to call or better yet physically show up to get any status update. It’s been a week. I went in for the estimate and they did not give me the detail of what the charges were. “The service manager will call you”. Yeah, I’m sure that will happen.I’ll update the review if I hear from him. I plan on sitting in their building until I can get some information on my truck that is basically hostage in the shop.
Excellent road Service, Mr Tom Maloney, Service Manger for Road calls in my experience is one of the best persons that I have come across. A man who understands the pain of somebody whose truck has broken downon the road. Very caring a person who enjoys helping people. This guy lied about everything what they claimed could take 3 to 12 weeks took the guys at Whiteford Kenworth of Lafayette 24 hours say away for these crooks. And I would give them a negative 5 stars if possible

I have been bounced around from one person to another to another to another and on hold for a half hour only to be stuck in a voicemail box. Just trying to order a part. Come on! Doesn’t anyone have pride in their work anymore? It pretty bad when as soon as someone hears you want to order a solenoid they pawn you off. Maybe you should go flip burgers somewhere.

Very busy but really nice guys, let me explain what my truck was doing & didnt make me feel rushed. For as busy as they are, they were able to do an initial assessment the next day, considering I turned the truck into them late in the evening I feel like they got on it pretty quickly

My husband arrived at 900am this morning they hooked the truck up to do a diagnostic test. He was given the code, and told his truck would be next. Finally they pulled the truck in, it sat for two hours untouched, almost 5pm he was told they needed to do a diagnostic on the truck and he needed to get a hotel room because they could not complete it today. He explained they had already done the diagnostic and the response was oh well they didn’t tell me.. he had to leave without getting a repair. Very poor service, I would recommend you stay away...
Pleasant experience! But, as all large truck service centers are these days dont expect to get in and out quickly. You are basically first come first serviced. Even tho I only needed to update the computer software I spent two days and nights waiting.

I’ve written in the past about how bad this place is. I though I had something worked out with Andrew but I was wrong. They stopped calling me back and communicating with me. As a new truck owner I feel I was taken advantage of. They replaced several parts that I know where good now and missed things that they shouldn’t of. They said they replaced wiring and fixed my port so they could diagnose my truck and charged for it just for me to find out it didn’t work the next time I took it in. They replaced fuel pump and parts just to have the same issue when I picked truck up. By the way let mechanic know it was oil in wiring. Seal where it passed through the head was bad. The short in history code that showed up couple hundred times in a row then goes away should of lead to wire. Stay posted people. I plan on going through paperwork this week and writing about every mechanic and what they did.
My T680 had a transmission issue so I came in without an appt at 5pm and was up and rolling at 9pm. Kyle and the team did an outstanding job, thank you guys for helping me out.

Ok so there is a conundrum, this place has awesome folks they nice,friendly, helpful but I had to get a part and its a neccessary part and they gave me the wrong part and I found out like 200 miles up the road where the shop I got to put it on said he this is the wrong piece, so theres that but Ive een there couple times before they r good folks was probably just a end of the day error but they have worked on my trucks in the past and they do an awesome job

Avoid if possible. Trucks been in their shop since Friday today Wednesday. Ill call to get updates they keep saying truck is in line for the shop several trucks ahead of you sorry. When I finally decided just to go up there they said the same thing truck is still in line so I asked if its in line why is in that bay looks like half the engine tooken apart. I only went in for inspection of 5th wheel and adjustment of locking jaw. THEY ARE WORKING ON THE ENGINE!!! wow people

Good service on the parts department. I Called on a sunday afternoon about a starter and they had it on the counter ready to go when I arrived a few minutes later. Good helpful people, they do a good job.
So far so good. The lady at the service desk (I think her name is Andrea?) Is a total sweet heart. Place is big with lots of room to wiggle a big truck around. Overall a pretty decent shop from what I can tell.

They did great work on my truck. Was in for dpf issues 62 hours later I was rolling out. They found a coolant leak also which I had no idea where it was leaking from. Only reason for 4 stars. They left my cab leveling valve unhooked and wooden blocks under my cab to hold it up.

Be patient and these guys will work you in, the best they can. Been coming here for 6 years, I live in Florida. Same prices on parts as anywhere. Labor rate is only slightly higher, but 24/7 is worth it. No shower, but stores nearby. 10 minute walk to restaurants and grocery store. Nearby hotels will pick you up if needed. This place is highly recommended!!!

Great people in service department, but I had a bad mechanic. He didnt know how to replace a simple wiper arm and damaged almost the whole linkage/transmission. I waste couple hours for that and had to paid the bill anyway.

They do have an alternate location across town thats not as busy (because its disguised as a truck leasing company), but they have a shop, and theyre also very good. Nice people but prepare to wait. Busy place. Checked in Thursday, left this morning. Turn signals not working right, found out we need a new dash cluster that no one stocks. Signals work only when the headlights are off. Not safe, or fixed. Got to run and build up money to fix it right. Part will cost $1300. Already spent $470. to find out the problem.

Called prior to arriving due to an active code that derate the motor. They advised they needed to hook up a computer to determine time frame on sensor replacement (code referred to bad boost sensor) and to come on in. Upon arrival I waited an hr for a fella to tell me he only clears codes. My problem was clearly explained upon arrival. I was advised afterwards they needed the truck inside the shop and next available appt was 2 days later. Im not a huge fan of wasting fuel and my time. They did just that. Im sure the work, if I was able to wait 2 days, would have been completed without a problem. Ive since scheduled an appt elsewhere. But as a first time visitor, my first experience was quite the disappointment.

I got my truck out of the shop on a Thursday, has some more issues the next day. I called and spoke with Chris, the service manager (who is extremely knowledgeable by the way) but by this time I was in Des Moines. Des Moines couldn’t get to me until Monday. Chris didn’t stop until I was in the shop Friday night. He worked very hard and after hours to make sure I was taken care of. He also took care of the bill at Des Moines KW for me. Great guy!!

After picking up my load, I had an issue that required being towed in. Seeing as this is a 24 hr shop, albeit only M-F, I thought Id be out a lot quicker than I was.NOPE!These guys are SUPER BUSY! Why? Because they ARE a 24 hr shop.I arrived at around 4 am on an early Tuesday morning and they didnt even touch my truck until someone brought out a laptop to read my ECM codes on Wednesday afternoon.My truck wasnt in a bay until Wednesday evening.However... these guys do excellent work. They dont go just replacing parts and send you down the road. They take the time (remember, theyre slow (which means methodical sometimes)) to actually troubleshoot (like a good shop should) and find the part that actually failed. In my case, it was a resistor that went bad and was restricting twice the voltage it should have been within my SCR system.Since the part I needed wasnt in stock, I asked them to look at my 5th wheel and see why I was having trouble releasing from trailers. They found that problem, too. Ill spare you the details on that one. Suffice it to say that they did what they were able to and avoided another very lengthy delay in getting me back on the road.After signing all paperwork, I did discover that my dash lights were inoperative where they were working before. Both Andrea and Chris took care of that problem without complaint. Top notch but highly methodical service.
